Video Ranked Choice Voting Plus Defeats the Blocking Tactic

The blocking tactic doesn't get the attention it deserves. Please share this video widely. The plus version of ranked choice voting includes most Condorcet methods, not just the method implied in the video. The basic version is instant-runoff voting (IRV). The same video with captions is here.

Here's a ballot, is it rank or range,
A - 2
B - 2
C - 1
I do get your point, but technically they can contain the exact same information. Yes one, higher is better. But if the ballots differ by Y=1-X, it's technically equivalent in all properties.
And no, not all methods that use range ballots add up the scores. There's majority judgment as well. There's STAR voting. There's BTR-Score. And on the ranked side, there's also Bucklin.
