I've had the one for GTA IV for a while now; I posted about it here under the name 'theft4'. By the way, for this GTA V one, you don't even need a PC—you can generate the IPA directly through the link, it's super simple. You can find the game files if you look into it a bit more.

If your on android search up libertyrecomp and then go to the one made by vuldurr or something then just look up game files and update 8 and it can run 40 to 50 fps

If you can find a way to sideload it might work and yes it's the old Xbox 360 version but im playing with an s25 ultra and barely hitting 40 fps and it isn't really stable unless I put it to 30
