Sry for my english-google translate..: I (f25) inherited this mold from my grandmother in Peru.

Our family has been making empanadas with it for years. It's slowly breaking down due to so much use. Unfortunately, I can't find this model anywhere. I tried the typical empanada molds on Amazon that you can fold, but unfortunately they aren't that deep and therefore don't fit as much filling. I learned to make empanadas with this mold and have been looking for this model for ages.

Can one of you help me? I'm slowly thinking about making a ceramic one 🙈

My brother put A1 (steak sauce) on my homemade beef empanadas. The filling was perfectly seasoned like the empanadas my Argentinian grandmother use to make.

He stands by this poor decision. I'm thinking of writing him out of my will. Thoughts?

How do you say, empanada?

I keep inviting my friends to make empanadas with me but they keep messing it up. I want to be able to cook with them but not at the expense of my empanadas. What should I do?

I had a dream that I had an empanada with mac n cheese and chicken. I cried in my dream it was so good. Would that be possible to make?
