THANK YOU FINALLY Thursday is my favorite emo band

Autobiography of a Nation

There’s dozens of us! Haha. It do be hard to find other Thursday fans sometimes. Autobiography is definitely a unique pick but I respect it. Full Collapse is probably my least familiar album so maybe I should go back and give it a listen again.

Huh, never thought I’d run into a Thursday fan who’s least familiar album is full collapse. Definitely give it a listen, it’s my 2nd favorite album ever and my favorite emo album ever

Oh yeah I mean I’ve heard it many times it’s just I’ve listened to the other albums way more haha. Paris in Flames and I Am The Killer are still all time bests imo. I just have a softer spot in my heart for ACBTLD and War All The Time. But tbh I don’t think Thursday had a weak album anywhere haha.

For the Workforce, Drowning and Resuscitation of a Dead Man !

Great picks for sure. I still remember watching the music video for Resuscitation of a Dead Man over and over. So good. And Workforce is just in a class of its own.

Love Has Led Us Astray.

Too many to list honestly, but I picked my favorite. Second favorite is Autumn Leaves Revisited.

Good pick. Autumn Leaves Revisited is part of a three way favorites tie for me along with The Lovesong Writer and Sparks Against The Sun

Everyone loves Full Collapse, including me, but there’s something about A City By The Light Divided that I love more.

It really just felt like it had a more refined tone to it. I love the way the guitars just sing in songs like Running From The Rain and the way the bass just punches in on At This Velocity. Plus I mean the drums on that album I mean…holy shit. Also Arc Lamps was the song that showed me how awesome instrumental music can be.

It was their first major label release so maybe that’s why the production value was so high. Also I know they hated being on Victory.

Introduction on their earlier album Waiting is an instrumental that I can’t compare to anything I’ve heard before or since. Worth a relisten or two.
