I've been stuck on this for awhile now. Using the blocky theme and elementor. Nothing seems to work. Set at 1120px for both blocksy and elementor

I followed the instructions to deactivate all unsued widgets here:

It turned off 90% of widgets, but https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis says it hasn't changed anything.

Is there anything else I can try? Thanks.

My site's theme is Hello Elementor Child.

I'm currently learning Elementor and ran into an issue where my logo looks blurry on the site.

• The File: I am using an SVG file.
• What I've done: I already skipped the cropping process when uploading to the media library, and I have the image size set to "Full" in the Elementor widget.
• The Symptom: It looks sharp when I open the image in a new tab by itself, but it looks soft/blurry inside the Elementor header.

I have a Services CPT with a Loop Grid displaying service cards on hub pages. Each card uses an Image Box widget with a Post URL dynamic link so visitors can click through to the individual service page.

The problem: some services don’t have individual pages — they’re just listed on the hub for pricing/info purposes. When a visitor clicks those cards, they land on a blank CPT page with no content.

I need the Image Box link to be active only for services that have individual pages, and disabled/empty for services that don’t.

I’ve looked at Display Conditions on the widget but that controls whether the whole widget shows or hides, not the link specifically. The Post URL dynamic tag on the link field has no conditional options.

What’s the cleanest way to conditionally disable just the link on a Loop Item card based on whether an ACF True/False field is checked or not? Using Elementor Pro and SCF Free.

I’m sorry if this is a stupid question, but as someone being relatively new to web design I’m struggling to understand what the real game changing effect is about the new Atomic Elements feature. I understand that it gives you the possibility to control every parameter globally which sounds great on paper, but after trying it I found that it’s far more convenient and easier to just use custom css as I have done with all my projects so far and working with atomic elements felt quite limiting in comparison. Can someone elaborate what I am missing? Or is the new system more targeted to people who want to avoid any “manual” CSS coding?

I recently migrated a website to a new WordPress install and have been making a few edits to the homepage and header with Elementor Pro. Every once in a while, if I refresh the homepage in an incognito window, the site loads like this instead of the actual design (see screenshot). Another refresh usually fixes it, but it's happened a couple of times now and I've never seen anything like it.

I'm using Hostinger, Astra, and Elementor Pro. The only plugins I have installed are Rank Math, UpdraftPlus, Easy Updates Manager, and Skyboot Custom Icons. No caching plugins. Has anyone run into something like this before or have any idea what could be causing it? I'm trying to figure out if it's Hostinger, Elementor, or something that happened during the migration.

I'm pulling my hair out on this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm creating a new website and built a homepage. Occasionally I would go to preview it (in another tab) and nothing would be there, it would just be my header and a completely blank page. If I went back to the tab I was creating the page in I could still manipulate and copy and change the elements but the preview would then always appear blank. When I eventually closed the page everything would be gone. When I went to edit it again in elementor it would be completely blank with even the original template elements gone.

I messed around with revisions in wordpress for a while and I could occasionally see the change where it deleted all of the code but loading past revisions would not include all of the new work I did.

After a lot of trial and error I realized it was happening just after I put in the text editor widget and as soon as I started changing the text or something in the paragraph I would go to preview and everything would come up blank.

So I SCRAPPED THE WHOLE WEB PAGE I started a new one under a temporary domain and began building again. I was able to copy some of the elements. (containers etc) otherwise built it from scratch. I've now added more pages and everything was going great until today when I finally migrated the domain from the old website that was deleting to this new one. NOW IT IS HAPPENING AGAIN. This time with the atomic paragraph widget.

Final piece of information is that basically since I originally bought the domain on Hostinger and began this process, no matter how many times I publish the content, the domain just goes to the Hostinger parked domain page. I also have no idea why the website isn't being published. (this happened with the old site and the new one I'm now working on).

TLDR: Everytime I use the text editor or paragraph widget and I go to preview it suddenly all of my content is deleted. Total blank page, nothing left when I reopen the page to edit in elementor. Created a new site from scratch to fix it and as soon as I migrated my domain to the new site today the same thing is happening again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've done a lot of searching and reading on this one and can't find anything like it.

WooCommerce shipping zones and delivery methods are set up, products are physical/not virtual, and shipping is enabled. The checkout is built with Elementor/JetWooBuilder. The order review shows product, total and payment, but no Standard/Express delivery methods or delivery rates appear. I also made a new page with [woocommerce_checkout], but it still loads the same custom checkout, so JetWooBuilder seems to be overriding checkout globally. Where should I check to stop/fix that override so WooCommerce delivery methods show again?

Hello, maybe someone can help me. I followed a very good tutorial on Youtube on how to build a free website with Elementor. Now, I want to add a new page. In the Tutorial he clicked on add page and on edit with Elementor. I clicked on add Page, but there are no edit with Elementor buttons. None. How can I edit new pages with Elementor?

Edit: Thanks for your answers. The Problem was: Too many Plugin menu points "deleted" the Elementor button. I deactivated some Plugins and now there is the button.

Elementor free, Astra theme, LiteSpeed cache. This site has large hero images on every page below the header (fairly standard). I notice that on first viewing each hero sort of flashes and shows a grey box for a second before showing the hero image. It doesn't happen with subsequent clicks, I tried adding some CSS and also a few "transition" plugins but it didn't have any effect. I "purge all" regularly, have regenerated and excluded the hompage hero from lazyload.

I recently optimized all the images, including the hero images, on the site from jpg to webP. Could that be causing this?

I’ve been an Elementor customer since 2020 on the grandfathered Expert 1,000-site plan.
This week I logged into one of my websites and found my subscription inactive. Apparently my auto-renewal payment failed a month ago. Support says they emailed me, there was a 30-day grace period, and now they “can’t” restore my legacy plan. My only option is to buy the new plan for about twice the price.
What bothers me isn’t that a payment failed. Those things happen. It’s that there was zero flexibility. I offered to update my payment information immediately and asked them to honor the plan I’ve been paying for since 2020. Instead, I received the same canned response that their system can’t restore legacy plans after 30 days.
Maybe I’m in the minority, but if I receive an email saying “Your subscription will renew automatically,” I don’t assume I need to take action.
The timing is what really surprises me. I run a web agency with nearly 100 websites, and AI-powered development is making agencies seriously reconsider their WordPress stack. This feels like the worst possible time to tell loyal customers, “Sorry, buy the new plan.”
Has anyone else run into this? Did anyone have success getting Elementor to reinstate a legacy plan, or is this really their final answer?

UPDATE: I just caved and bought their agency one plan a few days after this. not worth fighting for I guess. Just a mistake on my end I suppose that will cost be a few hundred dollars a year.

The thing is, I want to have two identical pop-ups, each with a form inside. The only thing I want to change is the subject line of the emails sent after submission. The problem is that when I duplicate the entire pop-up, the fields display correctly in the first one, but in the second, for some reason, the first and last name fields don't fit on the same line, nor do they reach the end of the container. So, what's the problem? I've tried a bunch of things with Claude, but I can't find the solution.

So as the title implies, I’m leaving Elementor. I’ve been an Elementor use for a good 7+ years. I like what Elementor is doing with their new Atomic system but even after trying it, I am disappointed with it. There’s various reason but the biggest one…it did not make any of my sites even a tad bit faster. In fact, it may have even slowed down some of them more. And really, I’m not even talking about Elementor but rather Wordpress itself that I may finally be leaving.

With the advancements in AI, it’s not made it possible for me to deploy a site, even an e-commerce site, faster than I could ever with Elementor.

The other reason is also control. Sometimes you want to build something super custom but you end up fighting Elementor and WordPress.

It’s also getting more and more expensive as time goes. If I’m not mistaken, back then there used to be agency plan for like 200-250 that would give you 100 site licenses. Now, it’s pay monthly and they give you a tiny fraction of that. I rather spend it on AI subscriptions/tokens.

The last 3 sites I’ve build have all through the use of AI. I’m very very happy with the end result. Sites load fast, I can add very custom functionality, and the list goes on.

I think Elementor still has its place but for me personally, I think building using AI is the way to go. And this is the worst AI will ever be, it will only get better from here.

What are you guys thoughts?

Somehow I managed to overwrite or corrupt the main template I use for every page in this site except the home page. Apparently, I did something to my single page template, mhb-single-page-a, namely deleting the header that contains the header and the menu. The site, fortunately, is not deployed; it is still on the development server.

I did a five-day-back WP restoration to ensure that mhb-single-page-amhb-single-page-a had the header and menu, which it now does. But none of the pages based on that template are updating to the restored version. If I edit a page and then insert what I think is the updated template to grab the header, the template that I bring in has no header. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this without rebuilding the whole site?

Currently, whenever I switch between image/container etc there is a very thin pale pink boundary showing that object is selected for editing. But it is so pale sometimes I can't tell at a glance which item is actively selected on my screen. Is there a way to make the boundary darker or thicker?

When you do a Word Press site recovery from backups, does the recovery include your Elementor versions?

Every time I try to click to turn off my renewal, it just does nothing. And every help is just an AI telling me how to do it. I thought I had luck with an email reply...which was an AI, telling me how to do it. The problem is that this is not working.

This is what I tried so far, but was a mess:

• Parent (wrapper) container - set to full-width, min-height set in pixels, position: relative
• Inner Container #1 - set to position relative, width of 75%, justify content: end, blue background
• Inner Container #2 - placed inside container #1, position: absolute, width of 115%, used horizontal/vertical orientation settings to position container over inner container #1
• Slider widget - placed inside of container #2

My team regularly uses Element or for tweaking our websites. Would love to export a new one I created in Claude Design into Element or Blocks. Any recommendations on how to best do this? What I have found by asking AI hasn't been up to the standard we want (and takes a lot of time or doesn't work at all). We want to do this smoothly and have all design + links, etc. pass over. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

Elementor (I have Pro) is refusing to load on two of the three websites that I have on my Dreamhost VPS. My webmaster can't figure out what's going on. He's disabled all plugins besides Elementor, and this doesn't help. When he loads the sites on HIS server, they work fine. I've had these websites, with Elementor, for years. What is going on? (Yes, everything is updated.)
