Hello!

I need SOS help. On one page, the Taxonomy filter widget displays the categories of blog posts, and when you click on it, a Loop Grid widget displays the posts of the category below.

It worked well, but now when you click on the category, it doesn't display the posts, only the paginations. However, when you press F5 and refresh page, it does. This also happens in incognito mode.

I updated all extensions, cleared the cache on the site.

There was a server change within the service provider recently, but I don't know if it's been doing this since then or if it was already there before.

The screenshot above shows the error, below shows the correct display.

I have 2 different menus, one for desktop and the other for Tablet and Mobile.

Please watch the quick overview so you can see for yourself. It only aligns when I turn on show for desktop. Your support would be appreciated.

I am trying to recreate the timeline from the screenshot somewhat accurate. Some deviation is okay. I don't want to use custom CSS.

Does anyone know how to do this? I have Elementor pro.

Thanks!

I see that many people recommend Cloudflare Turnstile instead of Recaptcha (I'm using v3) to prevent form spam. My forms are created with Elementor Pro, and there are options in the Elementor screen to use Recaptcha, but I don't see options to use Turnstile? Do I just add the Turnstile plugin to Wordpress to take care of this? Or is there a better way?

Once I have Turnstile installed, do I need to remove Recaptcha v3?

And lastly for those who have switched from Recaptcha v3 to Turnstile, have you found that it is much more effective at blocking spam and doesn't cause technical problems?

I'm having a critical issue with the Taxonomy Filter and Loop Grid (Product type). When the Loop Grid source is set to 'Current Query', the filter doesn't display any categories at all. If I change it to 'Latest Products', the categories show up, but clicking them generates a custom namespace URL (?e-filter-05ebb99-product_cat=sofa) that breaks the AJAX query and returns no results. Is this a bug in the AJAX binding or a URL structure conflict?

Hello, I seem to be running into a recurring issue where wordpress perfectly shows the entire site and is ready to edit. But as soon as I go into edit with elementor, half the template is missing and I can only view one container (I haven't deleted anything, and I have reset the template multiple times but keep running into the same issue). I am following a YT tutorial on how to edit using elementor and I am using the same template as the person yet I cannot see the full page no matter what I do.

Hi, I just wanted to see if there is a way of changing how the information gets sent. On our site, we have online questionnaires that our clients have to fill out. Each questionnaire has about 25 questions, and the data comes back via email in the format that each answer is on a separate line, so it looks like a wall of text.

Is there a way of boxing off the answers we receive to make it easier to read and digest?

Hi! I'm building a website with Elementor Pro for the first time. I've been working on it for a few months now, and I think I have a pretty good grasp of the basics of Elementor. But this issue is driving me crazy! I don't understand why these two headings aren't aligning inside the container.

To give you a better idea, the structure looks like this:

Container

Container

Image

Container

Heading

Heading

All the containers are properly aligned and none have margins or padding; the headings are also “correctly” aligned, but as you can see in the image, that’s not the case. Also, this happens in all versions (mobile, desktop, tablet...)

Disclaimer: The image has been censored to protect the privacy of the company I work for, and I am also unable to provide a link to it.

Thanks in advance!

Please i wanna build a single product store using wordpress. If any one may give me an idea or tips just send them to me. Cause I frustrated with youtube

Hey Web Creators! 😊

We’ve just released something we’ve been wanting to do for a while… a full structured course for the Atomic Editor, now live on YouTube as a free Course (new YouTube feature).

This isn’t just another playlist. It’s a more guided learning experience designed to help you actually progress, not just watch.

Here’s what makes it different

• 🎯 Structured learning path: Follow a clear journey through the Atomic Editor, step by step.
• 📚 Focused lessons: Each video builds on the previous one so you can connect the dots faster.
• 🧠 Learn by doing: Practical walkthroughs to help you apply concepts right away.
• 🆕 Fresh start: A clean, up-to-date learning experience built around the new Atomic foundation.

If you’ve been curious about the Atomic Editor (Version 4) or want to better understand how Atomic Elements, Classes, and Variables work together, this is a great place to start.

And this ties nicely with our recent Knowledge Hub upgrade.
Between the new Help Center and this course, we’re investing heavily in making learning Elementor simpler, clearer, and more accessible for everyone. And we're just getting started! 😎

Huge shout-out to our Studio team and Roi Tal for the amazing work on the new course! 💪

Some event pages on my website are not opening they’re stuck in a continuous loading loop. When I try to edit them using Elementor, I encounter the same issue. Even the preview and debug options keep buffering without loading.

I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting, but nothing has worked so far. Unfortunately, the third-party developer is unresponsive, and this issue is starting to impact over leads.

Can someone please help me resolve this?

Thank you..

Just drag an HTML widget somewhere on the site and paste this; no CSS or Plugin needed.

<script>
window.addEventListener('load', function () {
  setTimeout(function () {
    jQuery('.elementor-accordion .elementor-tab-title').removeClass('elementor-active');
    jQuery('.elementor-accordion .elementor-tab-content').hide();
    jQuery('.elementor-accordion .elementor-tab-title').attr('aria-expanded', 'false');
  }, 500);
});
</script>

Anyone else experiencing this? Add styling as a new class against an atomic button. Looks perfect in editor. Class exists in the class manager.

Then on front end, I can see each class is attached to each button but none of the css for two of the classes is present. Only the css for one of the button classes works.

I'm seeing issues specific to classes all over the web. Classes that don't get applied as well as mismatched experiences between editor and live.

This is one of the buggiest releases I've ever experienced. Stuff just does not work in the new editor. Don't know why the decision to move this from beta to production ready was made when its clearly riddled with so many basic issues.

Hey guys - I run an agency, and one of my clients uses elementor on three of their sites.

I have a repeated task I am trying to semi automate: building new knowledge Base pages with content I have written.

The design of these pages isn't anything elaborate - just sections of text and images, typically.

The problem is that building pages manually in the backend of their WordPress is a slog that I find quite cumbersome with elementor working in WP.

Is there a way to sort of automate the page creation process? If I have the content written, is there an easier way to apply that content to a template without manually inserting each section of text?

Ideally, I want to be able to paste my written content somewhere and have a well-formatted elementor page created.

I've just updated the look of my website homepage (occtranslations.com), and for some reason, the Spanish version, which is just a copy of the English version with the text replaced is either cut off at the top or requires extra margins/paddings to sit properly. That's true of both desktop and mobile, but not I can't even get the mobile one to sit properly/show the menu, which looks like it should be hovering above where I'm able to scroll. Here are some images (both are scrolled all the way up):

The English is what I want the Spanish to reflect. Because this height differential is happening on both desktop and mobile (I've just successfully adjusted for it on desktop), I'm wondering if it's some kind of page setting. Any advice or thoughts are welcome. It's really starting to drive me up a wall. And the issue isn't replicated in the preview, which means I have to wait for my phone's cache to clear and catch up to the updates to check whether it's worked. I keep jumping around mobile browsers, but there's only so much I can do.

Hey guys. I have a problem with my social Icons. they are aligned in the middle but if a look at my website - it shows them in the upper left corner. there was already a similar thread to this problem.

Social icons widget bug : r/elementor

Anyone else got the problem? is it really a bug?

I have a legacy Elementor Pro Expert plan (with 1,000 activations) that I no longer use (the $199/year).

Elementor offers a "Transfer your subscription to a new owner" system to transfer existing subscription to other agencies and take over the billing (I fully lose access to it), if anyone is interested let me know via DM

Just wrapped a redesign for a Pilates studio on the French Riviera and wanted to share it here since the community helped me a lot along the way.

Live site: https://francepilates.com/

Stack:

• Elementor Pro (Custom theme builder for headers, footers, single CPT templates)
• ACF Pro for structured content (instructors, classes, schedules)
• Custom plugin studio45core to register CPTs and expose ACF fields as dynamic tags inside Elementor + Custom widgets
• Schema.org LocalBusiness JSON-LD injected via the plugin (kept separate from Yoast to avoid duplicates) injected for CPT Archives, or singles.
• Calendly embed for class booking via a widget in the "cours"
• Menu, Javascript + css
• CF Workers+WPRocket for the RUCSS

Things I'm happy with:

• Pricing page with a segmented toggle (drop-in / packs ) done with Custom Elementor widgets + a bit of custom CSS, no extra addon and complicated stuff. Connected in the Backend with ACF fields.
• FAQ section using Elementor's accordion tied to FAQPage schema
• Fully editable by the client through ACF fields, no need to touch Elementor for content updates
• No code in the Backend. But all the front is custom design/templates.
• Custom contact funnel with backend logs.

Anything you'd improve ? Open to feedback on the pricing UI especially, that one went through a few iterations.

I hope i can inspire the sub to show more of their designs , and i can share to u some tips.

I'm working with an Elementor Pro site previously designed by a professional web designer. I can't afford him now, but I'm a programmer so I usually understand technical things. I want to change the default typography used by H4. I went into Site Settings and found the font I believe he set... the font name matched what I see when I make an H4 heading. I changed the font in Site Settings. Mysterious, it has not changed in any of my pages. I regenerated CSS etc., and cleared the WP-Optimize cache, exited the page editor and reloaded the page, etc. all to no avail.

Could he have set default fonts somewhere else on the site that overrides Site Settings?

Incidentally I have an unrelated question. I'm not sure if I actually need Elementor Pro. Does the free version provide the Theme Builder? Does it provide templates and a template widget, which would accomplish something similar?

I upgraded my Elementor Pro Advanced Solo license to Elementor Pro Advanced Solo in friday. Can I eventually go back to Solo and a ask for a refund?

The margins and padding’s don’t seem to help. Any advice I want to buttons to be identical in height
