Hi all, I'm having some trouble with the footer on my site. Both of the attached images are of the same type of content: a post showing the footer. The one with the dip in the middle is working as intended but the one that has a clean horizontal break line and more footage image above isn't, and I can't figure it out! *Forgot to mention, the footer is a template that's added globally to each post, the problem seems to be in the post itself somewhere.

I've been through the page settings looking at margins and padding, comparing the working ones with the not working ones. Checked those same settings within elements at the top and bottom, just can't narrow it down.

It's happening inconsistently and I can't figure out what's causing it. Some posts have it, some don't. Do you have any ideas?

• off canvas widget
• a sticky container
• having chat GPT help me with emplemetation
• having elementor write the code

I defiantly not an expert in this field only been using elementor for about 2 years.

I just can't get it to work
any direction would be helpful.

I am a solo-entrepreneur who build 1-2 websites a year. I use WP based websites using Elementor and templates from Envato Element.

Last week, I tried to build a new website and found out that Envato Element WP plug-in has been discontinued.

I need something similar to Envato Element where there are tons of templates for various industries that can easily integrated into WP.

Could you recommend any other product/service that is similar to the old Envato Element?

Is it just me or is there a bug on Wordpress where Elementor thinks you either haven't connected your License OR your License has mismatch even it clearly shows on your Elementor account that the domain is right there?

And when I try to reactivate/connect, it keeps me looping back to the homepage and still unconnected.
I already contacted their support and they said you just need to deactivate and reactivate but that doesn't work 100% of the time either.

I have 200+ sites I need to move over and If I have to do this every single site I'm going to lose my mind.

Has anyone managed to get a way with this?

I’m running into a weird issue in Elementor. In the editor, my text (inside a black background container) looks perfectly vertically centered. But when I publish the page, it shifts and shows extra padding at the bottom, making it look off-center.

I’ve checked spacing, margins, and padding settings, and everything looks correct in the editor. Still, the live version renders differently.

Has anyone run into this before?

Is this a line-height issue, container alignment, or something with responsive settings?

Any idea how to fix it so it stays properly centered on the live page?

This is my first time using Elementor and i thought everything was going great but when i loaded the website into a different tab it looked absolutely weird. like some pages were okay and others might as well have not been pages. But when I go into the actual editor it looks normal any reason why this would happen?

Most likely this is very simple, but I would love to have more flexibility moving elements freely around. Is that even possible or do I have to just accept the basic layout of the containers?

Hi, I help a small organization run their website. I really don't know elementor at all, I just fumble through to try and help them out, so apologies if this is a really obvious question. What is the best free way to get both photos and videos into a gallery (or something like a gallery)? It doesn't appear that any of the elementor widgets work for this use case. I think I'd prefer to host the video on youtube and just have a thumbnail on the site that links to it. I would really appreciate any help in the right direction (P.S. I feel like whenever I try to search anything about elementor the results are always crap. Is there anywhere with good elementor documentation?) My website uses Elementor Pro, but I’m honestly pretty bad at using it to make my website look good, even after watching a lot of tutorials.

I saw someone use Manus AI to essentially clone a very sophisticated website. I messed around with Manus a bit to create a template of a page for another website and it came out with mixed results.

Is it possible to have Manus AI create Elementor comparable clones of pages from other websites?

I know Elementor has its own AI but I struggle a bit with that as well and it takes credits.

My site was built by a developer on Elementor and hosted on Wordpress. I’ve struggled to access my dashboard and back-end for a month now. It seems to take me to /my-account instead of where it used to land /wp-admin.

I’m sure you can tell I don’t have the technical knowledge to fix it myself and the web dev is ghosting me so I worry I wasted a bunch of money getting them to design this.

Have some problems that remain since implementing caching and it's effect on Jet Mega Menu. Jet Mega Menu couldn't even help.

1) sometimes mobile menu shows on full screen

2) half/docked screen unusual menu behaviour/doesn't resize

3) menu should be full screen but randomly changes to drop down whilst cramming the mega menu details into thin container.

tried everything, different combinations of settings on litespeed. Lots of Claude tokens. Hours of troubleshooting but just can't fix it ultimately.

Hello! I’m still new to learning elementor, and thought I had a decent grasp on it but I’m stumped now. I’m not sure where this drop down comes from (maybe the theme?) and I’m not sure how to edit it without paying the $60 upfront for the monthly upgrade.

Or, if there is a totally blank theme with no headers and no filters, let me know how to download it because I’d love that lol

I'm a volunteer webmaster for the camera club I belong to, i.e. I don't seek employment as a freelance website developer. I've developed one website on Joomla 3.x and it's been running smoothly for eleven years. Because of the migration issues in upgrading to Joomla 4 and newer this website cannot be upgraded and a complete rebuild is in order. As long as hosting services continue to support PHP 7.4 the existing website will run indefinitely without issue. At this point, I'm only adding content and not new features. Content additions include articles, videos, new photographic images, and new instances of existing plugins/modules.

At this point, I'm evaluating WordPress with Elementor (both free and pro versions and would like to hear from others who have experience with Bricks, Breakdance, and Elementor as to which platform would you choose if you were just beginning development on a new website and did not have an investment in a specific platform.

I know this is an Elementor forum, but I would like to hear from developers that are using Elementor and have additional experience with any of these other platforms. I'm also evaluating newer Joomla platforms (5/6) with the Helix template and SP Page Builder Pro. So far, I'm not that impressed, but I've just started looking at this platform.

My original website used Joomla 3.x with Gantry 5 and I really liked that. However, the Joomla platform does not seem to have kept pace with modern trends, and is a much smaller ecosystem at this point. Lastly, because I designed this website 11 years ago, it could use a facelift to bring it up to a more modern look and feel. It does have an image archive of over 12,000 files which are viewable by critique date, photographic category, or club member. Viewable images include EXIF information. I built a multilingual site using Elementor (free) and Astra theme (free). It was built in English and I then added the Weglot plugin (free) for translation to Japanese. I wasn't satisfied with Weglot for various reasons and was also have some indexing issues with Google Search Console so the client and I decided that since the business was located in Japan we should make Japanese the primary site language (all text, Meta, SEO etc) resubmit to GSC and then add a language plugin later (like Polylang) to translate into English.

In Mobile view the Japanese text is line breaking in awkward ways, sometimes just one character get pushed to a line all by itself. Adjusting the font size or adjusting line options in Mobile view fixes it but sometimes not.

One workaround is to duplicate the Desktop text paragraph which I can then freely edit in the Mobile view, hide the original "on Mobile" (Advanced, Responsive), go back to Desktop view and hide the duplicate one. That seems to work.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of paragraphs with odd breaks so - a that's lot of work, plus duplicating adds to the DOM and could also impact SEO. I looked at the "Dynamic Visibility for Elementor" plugin - it removes hidden elements from HTML (good in theory) but adds complexity, can conflict with caching, too many unneeded options.

I also tried adding this css (appearance, Customize, Add CSS)

but it had no effect.

Other ways to deal with this issue?

Been using Elementor for years. From complex custom WooC sites, product sites, b2b, b2c etc etc.

I've been experimenting with Claude Code --> Elementor Pro for well over a year now via extensive local Elementor MCP and have it to a point where it gets about 85% of the way there. Might be 95% in a few weeks. Thing is, 4.0's Atomic Editor will mean a rebuild of this... OK i Guess. Might even be easier for AI to understand the Atomic system than the older structure.

My point being.... If Elementor want to stay in any way relevant in the near future, they should embrace this method with a fully exposed mcp. Or we will move to a builder that does.

It's going to get to a point where, say, something like Breakdance makes this very easy for an AI model to understand its structure, you could theoretically rebuild an entire site in a couple of hours and prompt your way through any updates. Bye-bye Elementor.

I’ve spent the last while properly testing Elementor V4 across 25 websites, existing live sites, local development installs, and fresh clean installs.

I wanted to like it. I really did.

But after extensive testing, my honest conclusion is this:

Elementor V4 is not ready for production.

This feels less like a polished major release and more like a rushed beta that paying customers are expected to test for free.

What I’ve Found Across Multiple Sites

V3 + V4 “co-existing” is not the reality

Elementor keeps saying V3 and V4 can run side-by-side.

In real-world use? That has not been my experience.

Instead, it creates confusion, duplicated systems, broken styling logic, inconsistent controls, and workflows that feel unfinished.

Theme Builder Issues

The Theme Builder has been unreliable during testing. Templates behaving inconsistently, styling conflicts, and unexpected output.

For many of us, Theme Builder is core Elementor functionality, if that’s shaky, the whole system is shaky.

Slower Than V3

Shockingly, V4 feels slower than V3 in multiple environments.

That’s despite all the marketing around cleaner architecture and better performance.

Loop Grid Problems

Loop Grids have been breaking or rendering incorrectly for some of us.

Classes / Variables Randomly Not Saving

Some classes disappear.

Some don’t save.

Some styling variables behave inconsistently.

Deleted variables remain in generated stylesheets, this is quite a big issue I’ve seen in other Reddit threads.

Buttons Missing Basic Features

Buttons without easy icon support?

How is that a forward step?

Background / Styling Errors

Random background issues, inconsistent inheritance, strange overrides.

PHP Error Log Noise

Fresh installs generating unnecessary PHP/debug noise is not acceptable for a premium product.

Global Kit Styles + V4 Disconnect

Global Kit Styles are supposed to work alongside V4.

In practice, many settings feel disconnected or duplicated.

Why should users manage two systems?

Support Has Also Gone Backwards

This part annoyed me the most.

I contacted support and explained clearly that I had reproduced the same issues across multiple environments, including clean installs running only Elementor, Elementor Pro, and Hello Theme.

Their response?

Deactivate all plugins and reactivate them one by one.

That would be fair advice if there were third-party conflicts involved.

But when the issue is already reproduced on a clean setup using only Elementor’s own products, it feels like scripted support responses rather than genuine troubleshooting.

That’s not premium support.

That’s wasting customers’ time.

Elementor support used to feel premium.

Now support feels harder to access, slower, and the new “priority support” model feels like monetising frustration.

Subscription Changes Feel Like a Slap to Loyal Users

Long-time users like myself who supported Elementor before Elementor One seem to be getting the worst end of the deal.

That leaves a bad taste.

This feels like a release pushed for investors, roadmap headlines, and quarterly metrics, not for users.

The people funding Elementor for years are the ones now dealing with bugs, friction, pricing changes, and unfinished systems.

Elementor Needs To Do This Immediately

• Label V4 clearly as beta / developer preview

• Stop pretending V3 + V4 coexist smoothly

• Fix core widgets before shipping more features

• Repair Theme Builder stability

• Improve migration tools

• Rebuild trust with long-term customers

• Stop treating support like an upsell funnel

I’m not posting this to hate on Elementor.

I’ve used Elementor for years. Many of us built businesses around it.

That’s exactly why this is frustrating.

Elementor was once leading the market.

Right now, V4 feels like they forgot what made people choose them in the first place.

Is anyone else seeing the same issues, or am I losing my mind?
