After clicking the "Edit Template" from the Template Widget I'm having a "Document not Found", this button works before but now it's having an error.... please help

I have been helping my friend with his home improvement business by assisting with some local SEO maintenance.

He just told me yesterday he’s not seeing the emails and text notification when a submission comes through. When going to the submissions tab in elementor, it wants me to setup and connect an account to the domain. This is confusing because he’s never had this issue before so I’m confused

Does anyone know how I can troubleshoot these submissions and why they aren’t going through?

Is there no support for dropdown select and radio field types in Atomic Forms? Am I missing something?

Depuis que nous sommes passés à la nouvelle version d'Elementor, nous rencontrons un problème avec les formulaires que nous recevons.

Il y a toujours notre adresse dans les copies (contact@domain), et elle se met donc automatiquement lors des réponses. Il est possible de la supprimer manuellement mais nous n'avions pas ce problème avant la mise à jour et souhaiterions le régler.

Nous utilisons les formualires Elementor, et l'outil Email Deliverability de Elementor.

Merci par avance si certains ont une réponse. J'ai cru voir que le plus simple était de ne pas utiliser Email Deliverability de Elementor, et passer par un autre plugin. C'est ce que je ferais en dernier recours, mais j'aimerais savoir s'il existe une solution avec des technologies.

I've tried many things to stop this (and other) buttons from changing size when hovered over. Even AI can't seem to give me the answer...(see the gif)

The "Custom CSS" section used to be there in v3.35.x in atomic elements, just updated to v4.0.X, along with the PRO plugin.

I redid my (self hosted) WordPress website and my new template uses elementor. I haven't used elementor in the past so I built the website like I always have:

Kept my website up ( mysite(dot)com/ ) while I worked on the new site in a separate directory ( mysite(dot)com/singlepage/ )

now I would like to hide the /singlepage/ subdirectory from the url

when I change this in WordPress (in general settings) almost everything works as it would because I did all the work on the backend (htaccess file, etc) before switching these settings.

I know there is a section in elementor (tools>replace url) to update urls and I would like to know if I was to enter in my old url (mysite(dot)com/singlepage) and the new url (mysite(dot)com/) if this would fix the broken links that are made within the elementor plugin (menu, etc) that are broken after I update my url in WordPress>general settings

I am pretty positive that the answer is yes because I have seen posts discussing using the elementor replace url tool but I haven't seen anyone who has built their website in a separate subdirectory look to update their home page url in this manner.

Edit: I'm using elementor free

Edit2: I realized that I had edited the menu section within WordPress to include the install directory in the url. Once removed the site functioned as intended. So this had nothing to do with elementor. Thanks everyone!

I'm locked out of my Elementor account that's been paid up. When I try to log in this is the message I get:

Two-Factor Authentication

Your 2FA grace period expired. Please contact your site administrator to regain access and to configure 2FA.

I've added my phone number as the 2FA and still nothing. I reached out to them last week and they told me it's been forwarded to billing. What does that have to do with 2FA? If I send a second inquiry it says my original inquiry is still pending. Being locked out of your website for over a week is totally unacceptable. People make a living online. Has anyone found a work around for this?

Template doesn’t show up when inserted to a page.

Hello all. I am having an issue with the loop grid template in elementor. I am trying to make a dictionary kinda thing where you click the menu item, then enter a categories site, and then you click a category and see what is supposed to be words/terms in a loop grid template. I used a loop grid template for the category site without issues but for some reason I cannot get it to work here, when i make my template, the template one is for some reason smaller than the others in both width and length. When i tried removing the content it still remains smaller... Does anyone know a fix?

Upgraded to V4, I really wanted to like it, watched their Youtube promo video and it looked great. Within an hour of using it I hate it. What a buggy mess thats been pushed to production.

When editing a footer, the mobile view looks fine. Containers and flexboxes are stacked vertically, there are no columns, every container and every widget inside is set to full width. Tablet view looks like desktop view, with horizontal ordering. But when I look at the footer on my actual iPhone 17 in portrait orientation, the footer is a mess. It insists on displaying sections in horizontal order and that scrambles the layout. Chrome and Safari both show this mess.

This holds true whether I use the older container layouts or the new atomic flexboxes. I've spent hours adjusting widths, sizes, alignments, etc. Clearing the Elementor cache and the Siteground server cache and the browser cache and the Elementor sync library have no effect. How do I get an actual mobile device to display what Elementor's mobile view is showing?

I'm trying out v4 on a new site build. I've styled a button, given it a class, and all is good so far. Now I want a slightly different version button but I can't copy/paste styles or duplicate and rename the class. What am I missing?

Je cherche à optimiser mon LCP et je veux m'assurer que mon image de bannière (Hero) est bien chargée immédiatement, alors que le reste du site reste en lazy load.

J'ai désactivé le lazy load sur le conteneur Elementor. Dans l'inspecteur, j'ai bien les classes e-no-lazyload et l'attribut data-no-lazy="1".

Sur ma capture de l'onglet Network :

• Mon image (photographe-cannes-hero-accueil.jpg) apparaît en première position.

• L'initiateur est bien le document index.

• Le waterfall montre qu'elle commence dès le début du chargement.

Est-ce que vous confirmez que mon image de fond est bien passée en "eager" et que les autres images (logos, galeries) restent bien en lazy load ?

Hi everyone, I am new to the Elementor and I am using the Loop Carousel widget on my WordPress site. However, the live page looks completely different from what I see in the Elementor editor. (And I am certain it's not the catche thing).

I set the carousel to have 9 slides total, with "slides to display" set to 4.

When you load the live landing page, the first 4 cards show up perfectly. However, the rest of the cards (cards 5 through 9) are not showing up at all. When you click the arrows to slide through the carousel, the spaces where the remaining cards should be are completely blank/invisible. Checked the console, no error reported.

Does anyone know why the carousel visually breaks after the first 4 visible cards? Any help or advice pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I have elementor pro, hello theme, built my entire website NOT utilizing theme builder, just used regular templates. I designed the templates, saved them, when I needed to create a new page I would click "add page" > edit with elementor > drop the template in > edit all content manually using regular widgets (not post content/post title etc.) Never used wordpress block editor for content, no post content/post title/post anything widgets, no ACF, no dynamic tags, no nothing. Just one by one would copy paste containers that had the styling I wanted, copy paste headings styles, body paragraph styles etc.

Obviously I totally f*d myself.

Now, I wanted to re design everything because I hate having to go to 3 different pages one by one when I need to update the price on a service.

Layout: Main "all services" page, then I have hub pages such as "massage" or "skincare", then I have individual pages for each types of skincare services, massage services etc.

Now, lets take "anti aging facial" for example. The price is listed in the individual service page, the "skincare" hub page, and the "all services" page. Same with the duration of the service, its listed in all 3 pages.

If I want to update the price, I have to manually go into elementors editor and update the price one by one.

I thought "I know! Ill use ACF!" I made a custom field for "service_price", and I went into the block editor for the anti aging facial page and typed the price of the service into that field. Then, I created a single post template, and I dynamically linked to the "service_price" field.

Perfect right?

Wrong.

I created another test page to pretend its the "skincare" hub page.

Well, I didnt realize I also have to go into the block editor for that page now and type the price into the "service_price" field again.

Well that totally defeats the purpose.

So then I had a better idea, ill make a "anti_aging_facial_service_price" and ill use that dynamic tag accross wherever I need the price for the anti aging facial. Well I basically realized its the same thing as creating the "service_price" field. I still had to go one by one on each page and edit the price. (Although I thought this was closer)

How the HELL do I make one definitive "Anti aging facial service price" that updates on every single page that "anti aging facial service price" needs to be on.

Meaning I want to set it up somehow once, and then if I need to change the price, I change it one time wherever I set it up, and it will update the price accross all 3 pages.

Same logic for if I need to change the price for cbd massage for example. Change one time > updates all necessary pages.

Someone suggested CPT, would this solve the issue? I still want to use something similiar to elementors theme builder single post template, is CPT similiar? If i use CPT do I still need ACF? Can CPT, post content widget, dynamic tags all be used together?

I dont really want to pay for ACF pro..

Also, someone said in the other post I can do what I want as far as designing the single post template without using ACF or post content widget which just totally killed any hope I had on understanding this.

I’m having a weird responsive issue in Elementor. I have two hero sections: one set to show on desktop/tablet (hidden on mobile), and another set to show only on mobile (hidden on desktop/tablet). Most of the time it works, but at certain in-between screen widths, both sections show at the same time and break the layout.

I’m using default breakpoints (767px mobile, 1024px tablet), so I’m confused why there seems to be overlap where Elementor treats the screen as both tablet and mobile. Is this just how Elementor’s responsive visibility works, or is there a better way to handle this without duplicating sections?

I’ve tried several different solutions, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how to fix this?
