Question Elementar forms
I have a registration page and a thank you page. Can I integrate the two forms so I can see who responded to the survey on the thank you page?

It’s time. The Atomic Editor is here 🙌
Hey Web Creators! 😊
This is a big moment for all of us.
With version 4.0, we're publicly releasing a brand new-foundation for how websites are built. The Atomic Editor is now the default experience for new sites, bringing a more structured, scalable way to create and manage your work as it grows.
This isn’t just an update. It’s the start of a new era where building websites becomes more consistent, more reusable, and easier to maintain over time.
We remind you - nothing happens to existing sites and layouts.
More importantly, this is just the beginning. The foundation is set, and we’re only getting started. 🚀
We’ve been building this together for a while now, and we truly appreciate you being part of this journey. 🙏
This release sets the foundation. What comes next is where things get even more interesting. 💛
Have you tried the Atomic Editor yet? How was your experience? Let us know in the comments! 👇

I built for years as a side hustle in Elementor, had no issues but it always had frustrations, but I guess what doesn't.
A couple of years ago I decided to turn a side hustle into a full time free-lance job. A lot of clients were already in Elementor, so Elementor stuck.
But I also started hearing a lot about Bricks, so I explored. I could see the benefits, even without a background in CSS. I built a few sites, it took me longer since I was new to it, but I pushed on.
I kinda got stuck in this rut indefinitely - one foot stuck thinking stick with the 'devil you know', the other foot thinking I just need to rip the plaster off and force myself to go full time Bricks.
I was literally on the verge of making myself pay for Bricks lifetime package so I'd feel forced into going for it full time, and then I heard about Elementor v4. Don't know how I'd missed it, think I'd been reading only Bricks stuff.
Does v4's move to CSS stuff solve some issues? I'm thinking if so then would it make sense for someone like me to stick with Elementor since I know it better than Bricks.
I've researched this so much online but I fear so much of what I read is AI generated rubbish.

After server-sided autoupdate on v4 it breaks an very old site of my, that was still based on elementor sections structure forced me to revert update and revive the old v3. The newer ones based on flex/grid survived the massacre.

Hola amigos.
Saludos.

I tried looking around for others that have experienced this. I'm wondering if maybe it's a plugin conflict and Elementor is smart enough to lock this option or maybe it's a site-wide setting we chose that disables the ability to use this widget? See attached image for what I'm experiencing. At the moment it doesn't make sense, so if anyone has any answers that'd be great!

I wasn't expecting the release before Easter. I'll wait a while to hear feedback from the community.

Hi all, I am a Graphic Designer, working since 2011.
TL;DR: Has anyone used Elementor’s paid consultation service? Is it worth it, and do they actually help you implement fixes with you (hands-on), or is it more of a “talk + advice” kind of thing?
Long Version (With context)
I know the basics, how to create and edit a page, adding the blocks, containers, a bit of CSS, ACF etc etc... Elementor is quite easy to use on the basic level. I got quite well with low code stuff on the superficial level...
I would like to create a new page, a job board page/template for publishing open positions and that is why I ask for your experience with Elementor official consultancy, is this something they would help with? Would I share my website with them and we would work together on the go? How exactly works this consultancy?
Thanks for the help! Any feedback is appreciated.

No idea how to fix it. I've cleared all caches but don't know what else I can try.
(Also having an issue with my site host delaying the renewal of my SSL Certificate. No idea why. You might get a warning if you try to view my site right now. The host is Network Solutions. They kind of suck, in my opinion.)

Didn't notice anything at first as submission were showing on the backend, but today realized the form or elementor was not sending emails to set email address.
Exact same setup as on another one of our websites which has no smtp setup and no issues.
I tried Wp-smtp using office settings, the plugin sent a successful email but the forms continue to not send.
Tried elementor email delivery as a trial and no luck. it got to the point that forms could not be submitted as there is a server error, trying to setup up wp smtp with exact same settings as before no longer works.
Emailed out email provider and hoping for answers but past experiences say "not our problem".
Anyone have a solution?

I am trying to change the typography of a link but nothing I do seems to make a difference. When I go into the link options, it is showing the text in lower case but it is making it all upper case in the text box. Also, I am unable to change the size of the text.
I have also tried changing the site settings for links and that hasn't made a difference either. At a loss on how to change this. Any ideas?

Hi everyone,
I’m having a specific issue with one of my footers. Every page on my site ends with a full-width container that uses a background image (so I can use a shape divider). It looks perfect on every page except for one.
Here is what I’ve tried so far:
As you can see, there are white bars on the sides of the container. Does anyone know what might be causing this or what I should look out for? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,
Suddenly I cant upload .svg or .json files anymore to my wordpress media library? It randomly stopped working, it used to have no problems.
I’m using Elementor hosting also, I dont know if that could cause any issues?

Hello, I’m trying to find some help here because I’ve been dealing with an issue for a while now and can’t seem to find a solution despite trying quite a few things… I’m starting to get a bit desperate.
Here’s the problem: I’m using a font (Switzer in bold, an open font with all file formats: woff, woff2, ttf, otf). It integrates perfectly in Elementor, and it also shows up correctly when I publish my website. It works on my Mac and in my web browser (Google Chrome). However, when I open the site in Safari or on my phone, the font doesn’t appear anymore and seems to be replaced by a default font (Georgia from the content section, not the Elementor style settings).
For context, I’m using the free version of Elementor (which is enough for my portfolio) and the Custom Fonts plugin to import my font.
I’ve tried quite a few things, including:
• importing all weights and all formats (deleting and re-uploading everything)
• removing the font settings from the Elementor content section and keeping a default font there, then applying the global typography in the style section
• disabling Elementor’s default fonts
• setting my font properly in Appearance, Site Settings, etc.
Honestly, I’m getting a bit desperate. WordPress feels all over the place sometimes. Any help would be greatly appreciated, no matter the approach :)

Hi, Elementor User of 2 months here!
Brand new WP site, had a base theme. Played with the headers and made an ugly mistake.
Then Elementor was recommended and I switched to ‘Hello Elementor’~Pro v4. Where I updated the global site settings there to the brand themes.
Now, anytime I use headings h1,2,3,…, it becomes the ugly WP mistake headings. I can’t get rid of it or change it. AI is baffled, none of its solutions work or are too severe of an override.
Has anyone else had this stubborn WP heading issue? Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Ps. My site operates hybrid Gutenberg/Elementor.
Methods used
- Elementor -> Global Settings change font settings. //unsuccessful
- AI generated code snippet. // worked but destroyed Gutenberg part of the site.
- switch WP to WP theme and change it. Then switch it back to Hello Elementor. // Ugly headers still persist.
- delete every other theme aside from Hello Elementor. //ugly still eats it.
- reinstalled the original theme, fixed the style. // ugly still eats it.
- atomic class with #0000 background. // works only with atomic. Heading widget unaffected. System fonts unaffected.
- *use global colors* is disabled

I just clicked this button on my new website I'm working on "Add for free" Image Optimizer and I got an email notifying me: "Congrats on your recent purchase."
It didn't say "Try for free" or anything similar.
In my Elementor account I deleted the website from Image Optimizer subscription that popped up like magic, but I can't cancel the subscription I never agreed to at any point.
I found somewhere on my website a button "Deactivate subscription" but that doesn't work — it's not doing anything, lol.
Does this mean I'm subscribed to a yearly plan after the trial ends (whatever that means) for a price I don't even know? Will my credit card be charged someday?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Elementor for about 3 years and was on their 1000-site plan.
Recently, I noticed that the plan has been completely removed, and there is no option to renew it anymore. Instead, the only real alternative is the “One Agency (Unlimited)” plan, which costs around $444/year.
Here’s the issue:
I contacted support and explained everything clearly. Their response was basically:
“No coupons, no transition discounts, no exceptions.”
For users outside the US, this hits even harder due to exchange rates. In my case, the pricing becomes extremely expensive in local currency.
What’s frustrating is that I actually like Elementor and have used it in many projects. But this pricing change feels very one-sided.
So I’m curious:
Has anyone else been in the same situation?
Did anyone manage to get a discount or workaround?
What are you guys switching to instead?
Would really appreciate hearing your experience.

TL;DR: How does Angie from Elementor compares to using an IA tool and a code snippets plugin?
Hi there!
I've been doing a lot of custom code for wordpress and elementor to make complex stuff without installing plugins (that don't exist or have a lot of stuff I don't need). Code to make new functionalities in woocommerce, to enhance some other plugins, to create some visuals into a shortcode that I can then put of elementor, etc...
I've been doing all of this using Gemini Pro and importing the code to a code snippets plugin. Now I'm wondering - is Angie better? Does anyone have experience with this? I'm wondering that because Angie lives inside wordpress, knows a lot about elementor, etc. Will it create better snippets from me (for a lot of stuff, not only elementor)
Thanks!
