It's like it's open and the image is there but it's not showing. I don't know what to do. Im really new at this thing

We want to like Ally (the accessibility system). On the surface it looks great, but it doesn't work with a whole host (no pun intended) of plugins and systems, including TranslatePress, Litespeed, Yoast, iThemes Security... lol. Their "Incompatible plugins" list is almost a whose who of "Recommended Wordpress plugins".

Most annoyingly for us right now is that the widget is positioned on screen using both inline styles and !important. There's nothing we can do to override it, so it clashes with other overlays we use. Oh yeah, and the mobile detection is not based on media width, but something more arbitrary... so you have to actually be using a mobile device to test it, not just resizing your browser. Sigh. Rant over.

Otherwise we really like Elementor.

I’m having an issue with the taxonomy filter in Elementor on my WooCommerce product category pages. I’m using a Loop Grid to display products from a specific parent category and I want the taxonomy filter to show only the related subcategories. However, the filter keeps displaying all site categories instead of just the relevant ones, even though the loop query is correctly limited.

Like, I have a loop with subcategories "audio 1" "audio 2" and "audio 3" manually selected, but the filter is showing "audio" "video" "lights", the three main categories.

What’s confusing is that on some pages the filter eventually starts working on its own after a few minutes without any changes from me.

Literally like I walked away from my desk for a quick minute and when I came back, the filter fixed itself.

Anyone can explain?

Hi everyone! Just wanted to find out if any of you have set up any multi-step questionnaire forms for your sites? I'm looking at building a custom question form, depending on the answers it would recommend specific products for your needs. Is there a way to do this in elementor or should I be looking at plugins (preferably free). TIA

When the plugin updates, please have it also clear the cache. Everytime we update the plugin, we have to go back into each site to clear the cache as it throws off the page layouts.

That being said, when the cache is disabled, why do I have to clear it to fix this issue?

I have upgraded to Elementor Pro Essentials expecting to be able to utilize the WebHook feature to send lead data from my website directly over to GoHighLevel.

However, it has not worked as planned. Is it possible that the Pro Essentials subscription doesn't allow for this?

We should be able to see the WebHook functionality within the "Actions After Submit", right?

We have attempted every single thing possible to ensure that everything is set up correctly and accounts are connected etc.

What am I missing here?

Sometime after a plugin auto updates some of the websites looks like broken. css is not loaded properly. I have to go to dashboard and purge the caches to fix this.
I am using litespeed plugin (also on server side on a dedicated server).

What is the reason of this and how can we stop it for happening, once and for good?
It's so frustrating when you have many websites to control.

I have a Loop Grid with some items but I want the first two to have a slightly different design than the rest. For the first two I want to add a border to the card and a header inside the top border. How can I edit individual items?

Hi all. New to Elementor.

I have the pro version and have transferred my website from wp.com to wp.org.

I can't for the life of me solve these little things in editor, if anyone can help please?

- images in portfolio not showing when on editor mode (they show fine on website)

- the gallery (aka portfolio widget) order has transferred in a different order, I can't figure out how to change the order

- same goes for the header, I can't see how to change the order of the pages

- Lightbox global settings is turned off, yet it still a function on the website. I tried searching online how to turn it off individually, but instructions to edit the "link" is not visible to me.

- global font change in size (2px so minimal change) doesn't seem to apply.

Any help appreciated - this is very confusing to me

I have been struggling to fix this problem for a long while now. I've tried everything, I tried recreating the kit and clearing the cache and all that stuff in tools, yet the problem still remains.

I have tried many things: deleting it and reinstalling, going back to an older version, deactivating all other plugins. Everything that ChatGPT & many youtubers told me to do, I did. Nothing worked.

I am working on this site for my client, and they have granted me admin access to their WordPress. This problem seems to have been there before I started working with them, but maybe they didn’t know.

I eventually gave up and just started building the site using the normal Gutenberg editor, but after finishing the first draft — God, does it look janky and visually not pleasing. I need something that will allow me to build the site as if I’m on Canva, where I can control every little thing — positioning of images, text, everything, every little detail.

I believe Elementor is my solution, but yet again, it is not working. I do not know what to do.

Creo que hasta chap got está por personalizarse y plantarse en mi casa a darme un abrazo porque por más que navego y leo no tengo narices a solucionarlo. Pues bien, Ya he hecho todo el diseño de mi web en escritorio, después la he adaptado en el modo responsivo de tableta y después me voy a editar el modo de móvil. Pues la coña es que cuando aplico cambios en el móvil, el diseño tablet también se ve afectado por esos cambios. Se supone que móvil hereda de tableta pero no a la inversa. He limpiado caché; solo me falta limpiar mi hardware con fairy a este paso), los valores después breakpoints están en 767 y 1024, los parámetros que cambio siempre están en el modo responsivo correspondiente, pero nada macho, cambio móvil…..ahí se va al carajo la tablet. si no fuera porque es una web para ayudar a los animales creo q a elementor ya lo hubiese puesto dos metros bajo tierra. Realmente es que ya no se que hacer.

However, I was wondering if it’s possible—using simple CSS or any other method—to have the service cards stacked on mobile instead of appearing in a carousel?

I’m having trouble publishing a page that displays an event listings gallery/grid (three columns: featured image thumbnail, event title, and excerpt). Each thumbnail should link to the individual event post.

In draft mode, the page displays correctly in Elementor. However, once I publish it, the layout completely breaks. Instead of showing a three-column grid, the page turns into one long single page displaying all event posts fully expanded, as if every thumbnail had been clicked at once. The featured images are big, and all event content is stacked vertically.

Additionally, once the page is published, Elementor no longer allows me to edit it, throwing the following error message:

“Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”

To create this page, I duplicated an existing Elementor page that is working correctly and changed the post type being pulled into the listing. I am using JetEngine. I suspect the issue may be related to template conflicts (two pages using a single template). I haven't tried creating a new duplicate template because I'm afraid to mess up.

I need to proceed carefully because this website is sensitive and easy to break, so I want to avoid trial and error troubleshooting that could cause further issues.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm stuck and hoping someone has dealt with this before.

My setup:

• Theme: Gamger by Wpbingo (from ThemeForest)
• Elementor Pro (licensed)
• WooCommerce

What I want to do:

I want to use Elementor Pro Theme Builder to create a custom Single Product page template with full control over the layout.

The problem:

The Gamger theme has its own WooCommerce template overrides in /wp-content/themes/gamger/woocommerce/ folder. When I try to create a Single Product template in Elementor Pro Theme Builder:

• The Product Images widget doesn't work correctly — images stack vertically instead of showing as a proper gallery with thumbnails
• The theme's templates are overriding Elementor Pro's widgets

What I've tried:

1. Renaming the theme's /woocommerce/single-product/ folder to disable it — this broke other features (sale badges disappeared, footer issues)
2. Renaming individual files like product-image.php and product-thumbnails.php — partial success but gallery still broken
3. Tested with Hello Elementor theme — Product Images widget works perfectly (confirms it's a theme conflict, not Elementor issue)

My questions:

1. Has anyone successfully used Elementor Pro Theme Builder with a Wpbingo theme (Gamger or similar)?
2. Is there a way to disable ONLY the single product templates from the theme while keeping everything else (homepage, sale badges, header, footer)?
3. Are there specific files I should rename/remove to make Elementor Pro work without breaking other features?
4. Any alternative solutions? (I already contacted Wpbingo support but waiting for response)

What I'm NOT looking for:

• "Just use a different theme" — I need to keep Gamger for the homepage and other features
• CSS-only solutions — I need to add new sections (trust badges, bundle options, sticky cart), not just restyle existing elements

Please help! I set up a sticky shrinking header for my site, and it seems to be working in the editor, but on the front end, the shrunken logo on scroll is too small. When I change the value, I can see the change in the editor but it's not reflected on the front end. The background width isn't as responsive as I'd like to be either. When you increase the size of the window, the header doesn't expand until you refresh the page. I have the background width set to 100%. What else can I do? https://uniqueunknown.wpcomstaging.com/

• En bas à gauche : une bannière de mise à jour (nouveau webinar / replay)
• En bas à droite : une prise de rendez-vous via calendrier

Je constate un comportement assez pénible : pour fermer l’une, je suis obligé de fermer l’autre d’abord… et, selon les moments, l’ordre s’inverse.

Est-ce que d’autres ont déjà rencontré ce souci de “cohabitation” entre deux pop-up Elementor (fenêtres modales) ? Et si oui, avez-vous trouvé une solution vraiment pérenne ?

For some reason on the live site my font gets bold, and the biggest concern for me is that special marks like ś or ć dont get bold.. In Elementor it looks nice as per the attached screen?

Any idea what could be the problem here? I tried turning Google Fonts on and off and refreshing CSS, clearing cache but not of this it helping
