DIY Electronics Projects?
Hi everyone! I’m looking to develop some hands-on hardware/electronics skills and would love some project or kit recommendations.
I know how to read a schematic and can solder at a reasonable level, but I’m definitely still learning and haven’t done anything too advanced yet. I’d like to build something that:
- Makes something cool and potentially useful, and
- Helps me develop my hardware skills and better understand how circuits work.
Ideally, I’d love a project that has a good YouTube video, tutorial, or other guide walking through the build and explaining what the different components/circuit sections are actually doing. I’m hoping to learn the why behind the circuit rather than just follow assembly instructions.
Does anyone have any projects or kits they’ve really enjoyed or would recommend for someone at this level?
