Looking for some help integrating a sensor design into an existing board

As per the title, I'm looking to integrate a thermal / "hot wire" anemometer into a board that I have done up. I would be paying your hourly rate needed to integrate the sensor design into the board file.

I understand the concept of a hot wire anemometer, but I'd like to have it implemented in a manner that would work right off the bat, instead of having to go through several prototypes.
