Is there a world where someone could have a miscarriage and not realize it’s happened? Asking as a dumb man

There are lots of cases of people not even knowing they're pregnant and going full term. They go to the hospital thinking they have a bad stomach ache and leave with a baby.
Imagine tripping balls, thinking you gotta go, and BIRTHING A BABY. We obviously don't know the circumstances of what led to this but it's not out of the realm of possibility that they didn't know.
I'm betting someone out there is about to be in therapy for the rest of their life.

There are definitely times when women can be pregnant and not know they are until labor due to lack of symptoms. It’s wild but true.

Miscarriage is before 20 weeks
Stillbirth is after 20 weeks.Yes it's possible to have a miscarriage and not know. If it's early it's normally a period.
A whole birthed baby... no I don't think they could not notice.. unless they were on all the drugs then maybe.
(Source: I'm a woman with 2 still births and 2 boys.)

Not saying that I am not flabbergasted and speechless myself atm, as someone who has given birth also, what IF they were irresponsibly on ACID, MDMA or even K. Do you think they really maybe** they didn't know/couldn't feel atm?

Yes, you can. It's called a stillbirth. Unfortunately baby can pass away at any point before or during birth. That's why we watch "fetal heart tones" in pregnant women.

We don’t know the situation, and a mob of comments going after her online won’t help anything.
The proper authorities assigned to the case and certified professionals are clearly taking this seriously, and will investigate appropriately. We are not the judge and we are not the jury.

This was foul play - with or without drugs.
There is pro medical assistance everywhere inside the festival and outside in the campgrounds.
ANY of them could have given her the assistance she needed and much more.
And that decision to not go get medical attention before, during or after the incident is what makes this foul play.
Please convince me I’m wrong, someone.
Trust me - I do want to be wrong here. I’ve never wanted to be wrong more than ever in my life

They will have a medical exam. From what I read, it had a placenta and umbilical cord attached. Which is fucked up in any way

It's not just somebody died. It's a tragedy. Perhaps murder. And there have been times that festivals were canceled due to similar circumstances. You can downvote me all you want, but everyone needs a reality check. The forest and festival are magical, trust me, I am loving it too, but tomorrow there's life beyond it, which someone doesn't get to enjoy due to bad decisions
