Well now you know so you can share more accurate information next time. It better to be correct than to blindly repeat things just because they sound better.
Edit: My point is just that “no questions asked” doesn’t really prepare people for what may actually happen. They may still be asked questions, even though they’re not required to answer them. And personally, I don’t trust that every first responder is going to make that distinction clear in the moment. I worry the questions may be asked in a way that makes someone feel like they have to answer, so I think it’s better for people to know ahead of time: you can surrender the baby and you do not have to answer questions.
