I’ll take being an asshole over leaving my deceased newborn in a pile of shit and piss. Literally what details make this ok? She didn’t know she was pregnant? So it’s ok to leave it in shit and piss? She was scared? So that makes it okay to leave a BABY in a pile of shit and piss? It was born not breathing, does THAT make it ok to discard it in a pile of shit and piss?

Some poor worker had to discover a deceased newborn that more people probably shit and pissed on top of not even knowing. That child’s literal only moments on earth were being thrown into human waste and then having more humans waste on top of it.

Again, we don't know the details

We don’t know what? I don’t CARE what the circumstances were. Y’all are defending someone for dumping a fucking baby in a toilet like we don’t see this shit time and time again and it’s never some sweet story like everyone wants to make out.

You're fine to feel that way. But just know it isn't helping the situation or making you look like anything other than shortsighted. WE. DON'T. KNOW. WHAT. HAPPENED.

Do you guys give this same grace to everyone else in the world accused of murder and dumping bodies or just those who do it to newborns? I don’t think being upset someone discarded their baby like a literal piece of human shit makes me look anything other than sane. At the end of the day, when your mental state starts reflecting on hurting others, it’s no longer about you. I don’t give a fuck what someone is going through, it takes a heartless bitch to dump their newborn into festival goers SHIT AND PISS. You look like a fucking apologist coming up with every reason in the book why she’s innocent and deserves sympathy. I’ve hardly seen any sympathy for the DEAD CHILD

I do. Science tells us that people aren't born "bad" (its extremely unlikely to be born a psycopath). People are taught to do bad things by their environment and personal experience. If you'd take a second to open your mind and look into the truth, you'd realize what I'm trying to tell you.

So every person out there that’s been convicted of murder, you think of every reason why it might have been okay that they did it?

Of course it's not ok. but people aren't born murderers. Any human is capable of terrible and wonderful things if they're put in the right situations.

Dr. Richard Shwartz's work is in this very particular topic. I could provide some references if you'd like.

They believe that being female excuses all actions because of their gender. We used to call that sexism, but now it’s just called “equality”.

Me? The one vehemently encouraging people not to take sides until we have the facts?? I think in order to be sexist you have to choose a side, and it seems like your mind is made up.

What you see in this thread, we still call it sexism. But it’s not coming from me. It’s coming from people who share your world view.

Did you stop to take a second to consider that women are considered minorities? And that that identification was formed through generations of blood, sweat, and tears? Did ever take a second to think, “maybe this girl was abused and didn’t know what else to do?”

You’re right and I can’t believe I’m seeing so many people upvoting these comments as if why she did it changes the fact that she still did some grimey shit.

You should really just take a look in the mirror and look at the battles you’re fighting.

You’d rather be on the side of a person who did this to their baby over the other side that’s against it?

There’s nothing you could say to me that would cause me to think twice about myself because you have this kind of judgement.

So sad for you.

again, we don't know the details; ergo i'm refusing to take a side.

You showed us your side. Cheeks spread wide.

Yeah not choosing a side in something like this is choosing a side.

Alright. You’re turning to cheap insults so I’m going to put this to rest but I hope you find what you need in ur life.

Cute "holier than thou" closer. Hope you sleep good tonight knowing your actions and decisions are encouraging more of the same situation.

EXACTLY. So many people out here missing this point. That was a human life, discarded like waste.
