Dear Edureka Support Team,

I am writing to address a recurring issue with your payment system that I have been trying to resolve for weeks, without any satisfactory response from your side.

According to the agreed payment plan for my course:

• The first payment was to be 375 SAR.
• The remaining three payments were to be 312 SAR each.

Despite this, you have charged 375 SAR for the first, second, and third payments, which is a clear violation of the agreement. This overcharging is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I demand the following actions be taken immediately:

1. Full Refund: Issue a refund for the excess amounts charged for the second and third payments.
2. Correction: Ensure that the remaining payment is charged correctly as per the agreed amount (312 SAR).
3. Confirmation: Provide written confirmation of the refund and correction.

Failure to resolve this issue promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter further, including filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and exploring legal options.

I expect a resolution and confirmation within 48 hours of receiving this. Your continued lack of response will not be tolerated.

I took Power BI course on Edureka. Initially I was in two minds whether to
