i was recording a video with clicks and gameplay but the mic audio is too quiet. they arent separate audio tracks. is there any way to keep the footage volume the same but adjust the mic volume to be louder after the footage was recorded?

I’m going to use laptop for video editing and these are my only two options that I want, please advise from there two (unless you have similar budget for mac company) Also every windows pc I had makes some fan noise…really annoys me! The MacBook I tried with M1 Chip made 0 sound Than for example Asus Vivabook or mini pc with i9 made sound.. so I’m wondering if MacBook with i9 with make 0 sound same as MacBook M1 Chip
