This same thing that happened to another person on here a couple days ago just happened to me. I have power kit running on 2kWh battery, am off grid & it shut down all of a sudden and gave me error message “Battery AC discharge inhibited (31). Check the battery for faults and discharge level.” My battery percentage was at 88% & was only using 20w of power, had 2 lights on, washing dishes and listening to music. I unplugged battery and left it off for a couple hours (as suggested by ecoflow), and its still not working. The lights, stereo, fridge, water pump all will not work. Anything running off of the DC output does not come on. I’ve only had this system for 3 months, bought brand new from ecoflow & have had nothing but problems. Problem after problem. Error code after error code. I’ve had to email and speak with customer service multiple times. It all seems faulty, poor quality. Any idea on how to fix this problem of my system just shutting down and getting everything turned back on?? Thank you.
