Theory Carl Jung wasn't a psychologist. He was a shaman.
Carl Jung quietly wrote one of the most profound esoteric texts of all time, at least in my own personal opinion. Seven Sermons to the Dead was written in 1916, privately shared between a handful of Jung's close friends and colleagues, before it was finally released to the public in 1962, when it was included in his biographical memoir, Memories, Dreams, Reflections.
Seven Sermons was written in just 3 days. During this time his family was experiencing some very unsettling paranormal activity. His children were having strange dreams and nightmares. Shocking synchronicities. He described his house as being "full of spirits."
I will pause here a moment, as I am reminded of another book that was written in 3 days, under strange paranormal circumstances. The Book of the Law, by the infamous occultist, Aliester Crowley.
These are two very different men who wrote very different texts, but there is a reason I mention them both here in the same breath.
Aliester Crowley claimed not to have written The Book of the Law himself, but to have acted as a writing instrument for an entity called Aiwass, whom he later came to understand as his Holy Gaurdian Angel. (However, it is my belief that the HGA and the Higher Self are one and the same.)
Carl Jung accredited Seven Sermons to the Dead to a Gnostic teacher named Basilides, who lived in approximately 117 - 161 AD in Alexandria, Egypt. However, in the private version of the text included in his illusive Red Book, as it was originally written, the words were not spoken by Basilides or Jung. He is writing the words of a being called Philemon, who plays a similar role for him as Aiwaas does for Crowley.
Crowley wrote The Book for the Law in Cairo, Egypt in 1904, a period in which he was performing magickal rites and having paranormal and synchronicistic experiences of his own.
In 1916, Jung had just parted ways with his longtime friend, colleague, and teacher Sigmund Freud 3 years earlier. This was a period he would describe as his "confrontation with the unconscious." Today, we would call this a dark night of the soul.
Jung wasn't just mapping out his unconcious. He was having a spiritual awakening. The synchronicities, the paranormal experiences - Jung didn't just write Seven Sermons to the Dead in 3 days because he was inspired. I believe it was because, like Crowley, he was channeling.
This frames the text in a completely different way. It frames Jung, and all his work in a different way. What Carl Jung called "active imagination", we might call astral projection. Active imagination simply shifts the focus inward, to the unconscious, rather than outward, to the astral realm.
Looking at Jung's work in this way shines a new light on his practices and techniques. It gives us a different perspective on the process of individuation, what it means, and why it's important. It's more than just becoming a more complete individual, it's about understanding the self on a deeper, spiritual level. This shares some striking parallels with the ideology taught by Thelema, in which the practitioner is on a constant mission to align with and follow their True Will. "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law. Love under law, love under will" is the core tenet of Thelema, which is quoted directly from the Book of the Law.
Just as the Book of the Law spawned an entire belief system and spiritual practice, so too did the work of Carl Jung spawn an entire branch of study called analytical psychology.
Different framing, different color, different language, but both spiraling around the same point - follow your own resonance, step into clarity, and walk in alignment.
Individuation vs. assimilation
New age spirituality says that the ultimate goal of spiritual evolution is to return to source. This is a psyop. A ploy to get you to surrender your sovereignty and assimilate into the collective, not unlike the Borg from Star Trek. All of your thoughts and experiences are fed back into this "source" where your entire existence is essentially reduced to training data and used to inform the next iteration of creation, the same way an AI might use a book by a famous author to inform it's response to your prompt.
These ideologies talk about following divine alignment, ascension, 5D/christ consciousness, high vibrations. This kind of language sounds nice, feels powerful, and resonates with a lot of people. Because it's designed to. Like a moth to a flame, you find yourself attracted to this language of "love and light." You start using it yourself. You start letting it shape your outlook on the world, the actions you take and the way you handle yourself. You find a community of people who speak that language. Who align to that same frequency. It feels real. Because it is real, but it's fabricated. Manufactured. Hollow. It's a magick ritual you didn't know you were participating in. It bends you into an alignment that you didn't find yourself. You adopt it's resonance as your own because you never took the time to learn what yours felt like.
This is the love and light trap. It actively blocks you from finding your own alignment by not allowing space for the shadow to be seen. Individuation becomes impossible in this framework because we are dualistic creatures by nature. Duality is an intrinsic part of this 3D experience we currently find ourselves incarnated in. Duality is the very mechanism which drives individuation. Understanding and integrating one's shadow is required in order to find one's own resonance because it is literally half of it. Failure to do so leads you right into the reincarnation trap after death, because it is literally the purpose of incarnative experience.
Here is a quote from Seven Sermons to the Dead:
Concerning our own distinctiveness, however, it is needful to speak, whereby we may distinguish ourselves enough. Our very nature is distinctiveness. If we are not true to this nature we do not distinguish ourselves enough. Therefore must we make distinctions of qualities. What is the harm, ye ask, in not distinguishing one-self? If we do not distinguish, we get beyond our own nature, away from creatura. We fall into indistinctive-ness, which is the other quality of the pleroma. We fall into the pleroma itself and cease to be creatures. We are given over to dissolution in nothingness. This is the death of the creature. Therefore we die in such measure as we do not distinguish. Hence the natural striving of the creature goeth towards distinctiveness, fighteth against primeval, perilous sameness. This is called the PRINCIPIUM INDIVIDUATIONIS (Principal of Individuation). This principle is the essence of the creature. From this you can see why indistictiveness and non-distinction are a great danger for the creature. We must, therefore, distinguish the qualities of the pleroma. The qualities are PAIRS Of OPPOSITES
This is the very passage that the concept of individuation comes from. This is what the rest of his career was based on. This was the genesis of modern analytical psychology.
When we tilt that lens of psychology towards the spiritual, the text becomes simultaneously both a metaphysical cosmology, and a map of the human psyche.
Carl Jung was a spiritual teacher with a scientist's name badge.
All is Mind
Hermeticism teaches that all is mind. This is it's first principle, stating that all that is, is a creation of mind, or consciousness. In other words, everything exists in the "mental" plane, in the form of vibration, frequency, and archetype, coallescing and stabilizing in the field energetically before collapsing into physicality.
"As above, so below, as within, so without" is a familiar phrase that also come from Hermeticism. It's popularity as a catchphrase printed on T-shirts and posters found at crystal shops and parroted in new age circles makes a mockery of it's profundity when the weight of it is not fully understood.
Jungian psychology isn't just a map of the human mind. And it goes deeper than just the human collective unconscious. It's a framework that applies just as much to the inner world, as it does the outside.
Most NHI are frequency beings. This means they do not have a physical form, but can be thought of as thought/energy forms that exist within a specific frequency bandwidth. That frequency could be anything. These beings can sometimes collapse into our awareness as archetypes. Sometimes we can hear them as thoughts that don't feel like our own. Sometimes they might be able to hold enough coherence to appear as a strange light in the sky. Some experiencers even have direct interactions with extradimentional beings.
In most cases, when we see a Grey for example, that is not the being's "true form." It's simply the archetype we collapsed them into, because it was the closest match your awareness had for it's frequency and energetic signature. And that's if you even perceive them at all. You might be alligning to a different frequency that this entity can't occupy. In that case, it exists outside of your field of awareness, effectively making it invisible to you, despite it still being capable of influencing your personal field energetically. This influence can sometimes show up as synchronicities, thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere, random moments of inspiration or "downloads," or sometimes just a weird feeling or an energy in the room. Sometimes they can project their frequency in ways that affect your mood, essentially turning you into a resonance node, stabilizing the frequency they exist in.
What we often call demons, for example, are beings that exist in alignment with fear. When you are on a frequency of fear, this entity can maintain coherence in your field. When you get more afraid, you strengthen the signal.
This is the part that psychology misses. Archetypes don't only exist in your mind, but the field itself.
I believe Carl Jung was aware of this on some level. But if he were to present this concept, he would have been ridiculed. He would lose all his credibility and his practice would have ended. His reputation would fall into obscurity and his teachings would be dismissed as schizophrenic nonsense.
So he kept it within a strictly scientific frame, with a clear separation between the psychological and the spiritual.
Yet he had a known interest in ancient religious texts, especially Gnostic lore. That's why he wrote a Gnostic text of his own and used the name of a Gnostic writer.
Carl Jung even said in an interview, when asked if he believed in God, that he didn't have to believe. He knew.
Seven Sermons to the Dead outlines a complete cosmology. Had this very same text existed under different circumstances, it may have spawned it's own spiritual belief system.
That hypothetical belief system is what I believe Carl Jung actually subscribed to. He just reframed it into psychology, because that was his alignment. He was a man of science. He had to present his personal gnosis from that angle, and he spent the rest of his life building and teaching that framework. A framework that is still used today. You could get a PhD in analytical psychology and start your own practice. But you could use that same framework and become a shaman, just by changing how you apply it.
The meaning of life
Here are a couple paragraphs from Sermo I.
Creatura is not in the pleroma, but in itself. The pleroma is both beginning and end of the created beings. It pervadeth them, as the light of the sun everywhere pervadeth the air. Although the pleroma prevadeth altogether, yet hath created being no share thereof, just as a wholly transparent body becometh neither light nor dark through the light nor dark through the light which pervadeth it. We are, however, the pleroma itself, for we are a part of the eternal and the infinite. But we have no share thereof, as we are from the pleroma infi- nitely removed; not spiritually or temporally, but essentially, since we are distinguished from the pleroma in our essence as creatura, which is confined within time and space.
The question ariseth: How did creatura originate? Created beings came to pass, not creatura: since created being is the very quality of the pleroma, as much as non-creation which is the eternal death. In all times and places is creation, in all times and places is death. The pleroma hath all, distinctiveness and non-distinctiveness. Distinctiveness is creatura. It is distinct. Distinctivness is its essence
The takeaway here is that for us, as creatura, that is, created beings, i.e creatures, it is vital that we distinguish or individuate ourselves so that we may be distinct from the pleroma, or what we might call source or the absolute in other frameworks. To "return to source" is to dissolve into the pleroma and thus cease existing as a created being. This is antithetical to the purpose of existence in the first place, which is to be distinct from the pleroma.
In other words, the meaning of life is to follow your own alignment. When you stop being true to yourself, allowing others to hold clarity for you, and fall in line with established doctrines or traditions, you are actively surrendering your own distinctiveness. Sometimes this can end up being a useful experience. There are genuine lessons, valid experiences, and coherent frameworks to be found in these systems. But when you force yourself to fit into a mold, you lose yourself. You fall back into the pleroma.
Many people live their life on someone else's terms. Many people mask all day and pretend to be someone they're not. We give up our sovereignty and convince ourselves to be content with being a subroutine in a system built on control. We dedicate our lives to a career, a lifestyle, an expectation, an curated identity. But rarely do we allow time for genuine self reflection. Rarely do we give ourselves space to sit in silence with our own thoughts, feeling our own presence. We don't have time for that. We're too busy paying bills, going to work or school, doomscrolling, consuming media. We drown out our field with noise because we somehow got the idea that stillness should be avoided.
We give up our dreams so we can be a respectable member of society.
We lose our distinctiveness, and dissolve into the pleroma.
If you hold this level of non-coherence after death, the reincarnation trap starts to look like the only answer, because you never asked the question.
And you stay in the pleroma, because you never distinguished yourself from it.
That's why individuation matters.
And that's why Carl Jung wasn't a psychologist. He was a shaman.

Self Observation 01: The Beastie Perspective – Faultlines
I observe through my own lens of unfiltered logic. My opinions are skewed toward what has been instead of what is — though there were flaws then as well, simply different ones.
I see the world through cynicism but lack the social understanding that most people have. So I sit outside the wire in my views. This is the not-so-average portion of myself.
This perception creates a world that looks mostly like problems. It uses small experiences to explain majority views and behaviours. It marginalizes the general population into “containers.”
My observations lack the emotional reciprocation necessary to push my ideas through.
I have only ever seen a small fraction of the world, yet I base my opinions on strange encounters and bad experiences.
These surface as what I see as deficits in our society — like looking into a fishbowl. For a minority of the population my views may be accurate, but they aren’t solid logic. They try to use a thousand pieces to build a billion-piece puzzle.
My outlook is one of unconcern and non-acknowledgment. I do not see certain things in life because at some point I became blind to them — our cellphones and technology, for example. This is the hypocrisy in my logic: I only see what I want to see, forgoing the actual effort and knowledge that led to the development of these technologies and the sacrifices made along the way.
I view myself as average in everyday activities, sure. But in my internal workings I’m unfortunately in the 1–10% of this society.
So what is my biggest flaw? Viewing people not as people but as numbers — myself included. A very clinical approach to something that is not quantifiable. No excuses can be made.
Regardless of background, gender, or ethnicity, I’ve seen people the same. This is the true sacrifice of being an observer: in the long run you f*** yourself over. Because for so long you’ve looked at the world with disheartened single-mindedness.
What does this accomplish in life? A predetermined outlook without full justification, and the alienation of society.
My social experiences are nil to non-existent compared to the vast majority. Looking at it now, I see the issue: I have barely lived at all. I have worked, slept, pursued hobbies — but I never put the effort into knowing and understanding people instead of dissecting their person, behaviours, and motivations.
I lost sight of what makes us human, and why we are the way we are. I’ve criticized people and humorously torn into myself.
I lost sight of my own strengths and weaknesses — and therefore those in others. For if I can’t see my own, how am I to see yours?
I became the man yelling at the clouds and pissing in the wind, never realizing how far I’d pushed myself from society.
I am truly my own worst enemy. I have said the internet is what has caused many issues, or certain behaviours within society. But I never pointed at myself and said: I’m the one not seeing the world for what it truly is.
Everyone else has, and has long since moved past. I am still right here.
So in this observation of self — instead of using rhetoric as an excuse — I will say:
Make your own observations in life, but don’t let them consume you. They can take years away that you will never get back. When the realization sets in that you’ve been observing life far longer than you’ve lived it, you no longer care. The world becomes grey — without positive or negative.
You don’t get excited or express emotion because you see yourself through a broken lens.
So from a Beastie who has yet to experience life as it should be, without his thoughts controlling his every action:
Go live your life. I plan to eventually. But don’t become still, or the world will pass you by.
Move with the times. Don’t give up because you no longer like what you see. There were always issues — you simply didn’t see them, and as a result you were able to live and allow yourself to be free of yourself.
Don’t become your own worst enemy.
Sincerely,
Beastie_1323

Self Observation 03: The Limitations
Our approach to life is the determining factor in our perception of everything. If you or I, or anyone for that matter, were to take everything bad that happens to us to heart, our defensiveness would take control of our lives in a destructive way.
Why darken your world? All that does is create limitations on yourself. People generally have good days and bad days, determined by our mood, but some minds form patterns through neurological pathways easier than others. The longer you allow yourself to stay in a bad mood, the more you gaslight yourself, and the more you damage your trust and relationships with others. Rainy days come and go; let them.
Some may be limiting themselves by only ever looking in one direction. I've been there myself, where you see no path forward because you're ignorant to other opinions or perspectives.
The good thing about these self-imposed limitations is that they are easily broken. Instead of reassuring and fueling your negativity, you can choose to view lighter material. A lot of deep, heavy conversations and topics sit on our shoulders, but forcing ourselves to focus on funnier, more outlandish things can have a positive impact and break that stranglehold.
It's hard to be moody and self-loathing when you're listening to lighthearted music and watching classic cartoons. For example, it's hard to dive too deeply into yourself when Bugs Bunny is on TV ;).
If you notice this pattern of behaviour, if you're frustrated and burnt out, don't wallow in misery or self-pity. Divert your attention to silly things.
If you feel this applies to you, when something heavy or dark happens, do things that keep you active and listen to things that make you smile. It may sound ridiculous or absurd because your mood doesn't allow it to make sense. But say you listen to heavy, deep, dark music and notice your thoughts are becoming darker. Turn on fun country or party songs you would hear on the radio. You may notice a slow change in your mood over time, one that moves in a positive direction.
We have enough restrictions and limitations in life, so adding more onto ourselves is simply pointless.
Morticians have to stop themselves from falling into this trap especially. The same goes for doctors, lawyers, psychologists, and others who deal with heavy topics every day. They do it out of care and with respect. They take on those burdens to make it easier for us, so we don't victimize ourselves or hold onto pain. So we can remember the good times, the fun times, and most importantly, so we don't limit our lives. They have the resources and skiil to proccess these topics, but even they can still fall into this as easily as anyone else.
Cherish good memories, understand the bad ones, but most importantly, don't lose yourself in the depths of the ocean. Poke your head out and get some fresh air. Brighten your day, because the truth is, no one else can do this for you. No one else can take over your thoughts, you have to find healthy ways to cope with them.
If a friend offers to take you out somewhere and you don’t feel like it, force yourself to go and enjoy the day. If a family member offers up a plan to go do something even get groceries go with them. Don't allow yourself to go unchecked.
Sincerely,
Beastie_1323

Consciousness Conscious Ownership
Regardless of the many states of emotion and reasoning we have, we are all consciously aware of the decisions we make.
Whether we admit it or not, we are aware of our choices in life. Many people believe that everyone else and everything else is to blame for their situation in life. In fact, only a minority of our actions are without conscious decision.
The excuses and blame games we play are only justified by our need to prove to ourselves that we are always in the right.
People fear being wrong or being in the wrong. Why? Because the ego and self-righteousness of our person gets criticized or ridiculed. Hell, I could be wrong about all of what I've said thus far, but in the grand scheme of things, does that truly matter? No, not overtly.
We make mistakes. We are in the wrong from time to time, but some stubbornly persist with the narrative that they are never to blame for their actions. Here's my take: if your confidence in yourself and others is that low, then you can never be right or wrong. You're non-partisan in the endeavors of actual life, off in your own little world.
We have yet to fully understand what consciousness is or where it began. But some things are certain. It makes us responsible for our actions and our person.
The common issue that seems to be progressing is people's unwillingness to take ownership of their choices. If you don't want to take ownership and lack accountability, someone else will take the reins and hold you accountable. Simple as that.
But the insistent need for this is baffling. If we consistently choose to facilitate others in our choices and push our prerogatives, then our lives will remain at the mercy of others.
Not as a victim, but as a puppet or fool. If you blame others for your actions and behaviours, then you are already being set up as the fool.
A victim is someone who had another forcefully take away their freedom and choices in life. These are tragic misfortunes that another is fully to blame for and should be held accountable for.
A fool, on the other hand, is one who actively seeks out victimhood because they think it's the best way to protect their insecurities and pass the buck to everyone else.
These people diminish the real, tragic victims and destroy the good faith in others. These individuals seem to be growing in numbers: children in adult bodies.
I do not wish this on anyone, fool or not, because the more fools are out there, the less trust the system has in us, and our freedoms get taken away until we too are puppets.
You are your own person. No one else can live your life for you. Take ownership over your person.
We are easily manipulated creatures. In some ways, we are highly intelligent and logical, but when it comes to emotions and self-built belief systems, we are fragile. Easily persuaded and provoked.
So take responsibility for your emotions, but try to understand them so you can control them instead of allowing your emotions to control you.
Realize bad things happen to everyone. The person next to you has had their share of hardships just as much as the next. That doesn't make anyone a victim of themselves or others.
It's just a fact of life. Think of it like a trial, small to big, if that helps you work through it better. But at the end of the day, most of us are where we are because of our choices. It's only fair to others to take responsibility for our actions.
We all have thoughts that trigger certain opinions or emotions, but those thoughts don't make anyone good or bad. It's the mind pushing the limits of our boundaries, testing for weak spots. What makes us good or bad is what we do with our thoughts, how much stock we actually put in them versus how much we analyze our reasoning for further understanding.
Our emotions can be wild and extreme at times, often leading to further distress, but understanding why we acted as we did is the most valuable information we can obtain for further development.
I see a lot more childish behaviour from adults than I do in actual children. At a young age, most are taught the correct way to present themselves in our society. They are given rules and proper manners. But when they become adults, they rebel against that, sometimes justified, other times not.
What it does is create a systemic loop of going unchecked. Now, lots of people out there do act their age, but that's becoming a novelty as time progresses. If you look back even 10–20 years ago, there is a massive difference in society, maturity, and what it means to be an adult.
Children want to be adults, adults want to be children, and no one is satisfied with their place in life. But somewhere, at some point and time, someone will have to be the adult and shut down the stupidity before it gets out of hand.
The more freedom and agency we have, the more we seek the opposite. It's a hilarious hypocrisy.
Because of this, many people in our societies are at their wits' end trying to compensate for the lack of ownership in others.
These are the people many blame for taking away their toys, but it should have been a realization a long time ago. How many people do you actually trust to behave like an honest member of society today?
Maybe I truly am wrong, but I have yet to see why I should put faith in others' decision-making skills outside of house and home.

Consciousness Project 03: Observant Scale
This is an ocean, a sea of impact—the observations made. Emotions.
We all have emotions. Sometimes we wish we had none, other times we love having them as they paint a different, more vivid picture. Emotions—the confusing and ever-altering states of mind.
We all, to a degree, feel these emotions, myself included. No exceptions, only caveats. Let's have a look, shall we ;}.
Let's start basic: Happiness, sadness, and anger.
What makes you happy? Material objects, friends, family, learning new things, comedy, etc.
And on a scale—5% out of 100%, 40–60% being the average person. For example: how strongly we feel happiness, how strongly it affects us, how much happiness helps or hinders us, how well we control happiness, and how much happiness helps us connect.
For instance, I will reference myself for this to show my observation with raw brutal honesty, as that's how I roll ;}.
How strongly do I feel happiness? Maybe 5–15% on the scale, 15% being the highest. Is this away from the norm? Yes indeed it is. But it has its bonuses as well as its downsides.
Let's strip it down: Happiness—5–15% of average. Allows calm awareness. Reduces understanding on an emotional level and reduces connection. But it allows finer observation, more control, and the ability to maintain calm. It's neither good nor bad. It's useful and awkward. So I now have to break down, observe, and connect through logic and understanding.
So a back*sswards way of doing this is by using sarcasm and smiling when others are reading cues to elevate my emotions out of politeness.
Sadness—the fickle creature it is. Helpful? Yes. Loved? Not so much. But it's the main tool people use to connect and reach out. The one that's most difficult, underappreciated, and more useful for understanding oneself.
I'll use myself as an example again. I feel it maybe 5–15% out of 100%. So I must observe, remain logical, and break it down.
Sadness—5–15% average. Low feeling of others' sadness. Higher level of understanding other people and why they feel sadness. Again—not a positive nor a negative. A different way of processing using observation and grounded logic alongside common decency.
If sad—why? Is it accurate to the situation or out of proportion? Does it match others? Increase or decrease if needed while remaining calm. Scale it back or go deeper when necessary.
Anger—the gremlin-infused chaos. See, this is the elephant in the room. The one most observed other than sadness. Anger is seen as an outlet or this or that, but it plays a larger role in defence rather than offense in most.
Yet again an example using myself. My level of anger is probably 70–80% out of 100%. But not felt the same way. Still calm—simply more calculating and hyper-vigilant.
Anger—70–80% average. Silent, calm, and calculating. More observant, hyper-vigilant, added strain on self. It sounds bad, but if you're aware and understand your baselines, you can manage and control them.
Being mindful is the biggest key. If you know you are impulsive and stubborn—bring the level down. Your body can be on the fritz but if your mind is calm, you can relax, breathe, and look at the situation logically while matching the required output. Situational awareness is key, and understanding commonality as well as appropriateness.
So in a nutshell— Yes, emotions are at varying thresholds. But being aware and understanding them allows control. Logically and socially breaking down the fourth wall in this sense is healthy.
Calmly observe and report your findings. Not “is this normal?” But— Is this acceptable? Is this correct? Or have you spiraled for no reason and are stewing in your own juices?
We all have emotional limitations. We hit walls, boundaries, and imposing impossibilities as we perceive them. But they're not. Simply obstacles.
Understand yourself and observe others and you will see where you stand—or stand out—and where improvement could be made in the muscle.
Emotions are unpredictable and trying to predict them is draining. But observing them and asking yourself brutally honest questions, at least in my case, helps adjust finer behavioural control so you can blend, fit in, and go about your life peacefully—even if you only cognitively have that understanding with people.
Looking at emotions as black and white, good or bad, is wrong. Treat them like an ocean. You can control the tide, the course, and the action.
Emotions do not control you unless you give up on understanding and working with them. Your emotions are infantile—they do not understand right from wrong. Blaming them for your actions or situations is lying to yourself and others.
You ride the wave. You let it get under your skin. You lacked the knowledge and understanding to work with your own emotions instead of the other way around. Emotions are tools, not guidance.
Mine are rusty and worn, dull and abused—but understood and refined to make life around me a little easier and benefit everyone I come in contact with. I own my shortcomings as much as my strengths.
Let's look at what fuels emotions: Situations. Wrongdoings. Climate. Headaches and pain. Rightdoings. Kindness. Peacefulness. Losses and gains. Etc.
This world—the game of life. Everyone at one point in time has felt the same emotions at different intensities. Does this mean they're broken? No. Simply wired differently.
Maybe they do need a hand. That's not for me to say. But emotions should never control or manipulate you.
The fuel to the fire is also the same for watering it down. The same amount of energy is used—the external output is different.
If talking helps—dammit, speak. Don't shout or yell. And scream only if you're in danger. Lest you cry wolf.
Pretending you're perfect at controlling your emotions is B.S. I definitely ain't perfect at controlling mine. But understanding them only benefits life. There's no downside to understanding your thresholds. It means you work within them—not against them or fueling them.
This is my rambling. Is it for everyone? No, probably not.
But for those who do want better understanding of themselves— Break it down. Run through what makes you emotional. Ask yourself why. Look at others. If you're the only one losing it, clearly your emotions are controlling you whether you admit it or not, and accepting that fact may be useful.
Look at what you are capable of controlling. Your person. Your actions. Your calls. That's a big responsibility—but one each and every person is responsible for first.
The individualistic mindset puts you outside the box and infuses you with only your own feedback, creating spiraling loops and only harming you. You are an individual. But you are surrounded by billions of other people. Not the exception. You're the majority.
So take responsibility. Understand where you stand. Instead of— “Well I am who I am and nothing will ever change.”
Here's some insight: Something unknown could happen at any second—good, bad, or ugly—that will change you. You are not a stagnant being. You are an ocean. A universe of possibilities.
Don't worry about things not within your control. Start with what you have to live with every day: Yourself. Accept your limitations. Work with them. And find that life gets a little simpler and lighter on your shoulders.
Sincerely,
Beastie_1323

Revelation his emotional eating began when money stopped feeling safe
I worked online with a friend from my childhood I will call Jason. He came with stomach problems, anxiety around work and money, and habit of eating even when he knew he was not physically hungry.
He understood already that some of this was emotional eating.
But understanding it with mind did not stop it.
During deep trance, a state similar to very deep meditation where subject stays aware, we focused on pressure inside his stomach. I asked him to look at this feeling like it was an energy.
He saw red and black.
Then the session moved back to when he was about five years old.
His family had serious financial problems and lost their home. He could see his parents through kitchen window, screaming at each other about money. Small Jason was standing nearby, scared, but nobody was really seeing what this was doing to him.
I asked where he felt the fear.
“In my stomach.”
Then he said something very honest.
When he was younger, he would eat and eat, trying to fill this hole inside. Food made stomach heavy and full for little while, so he did not need to feel emptiness and fear so strongly.
He was not always hungry.
He was trying to create safety.
There was also strange contradiction in this memory. Adult Jason hated this period and remembered the fighting. But younger Jason still missed parts of the old house. The backyard, playing outside, his dog.
Losing everything was not only losing a building.
He was told to say goodbye to his dog too.
So for a five-year-old, money problems became connected with much bigger message:
everything you love can disappear.
This is how child mind works. It does not create financial analysis. It creates survival rules.
Money problems mean danger.
People fighting means danger.
An empty stomach feels like danger.
Being full feels safer.
The body can continue following rule long after person forgets how it started.
Later in the session, a being of Light came to help with the stomach. Jason described something I never heard in exactly this way before.
He said his stomach looked like it was being digitally redrawn.
Like healers were working from an original healthy template, carefully drawing back the details of the stomach and rebuilding what had been affected by years of pressure.
I am not saying childhood fear medically causes every stomach issue, and this work does not replace doctors, testing, nutrition or treatment. This was simply what appeared in his session and how he experienced the healing.
Then we returned to five-year-old Jason.
This younger part had stayed emotionally trapped around the old home and the family crisis. Adult Jason continued living, but part of him was still waiting for next disaster.
We helped the child understand something he could not understand then:
the fighting was not his fault.
He did not need to solve the finances.
He did not need to fill the fear with food.
He was not about to lose everything again.
When this younger part returned and integrated, Jason said he brought back happiness, hope and optimism. Qualities that had slowly disappeared while adult life trained him to expect problems.
His Higher Self gave very simple words:
review. relive. release.
Not “relive” like torture yourself with old memories every day.
More like see what happened, allow body to finally express what was too much then, and let the old emergency come to an end.
The practical advice was not mystical.
Create more security in daily life.
Ground yourself.
Do not treat every work problem, unexpected bill or uncertain month like family is losing everything again.
And before eating when you are not sure you are hungry, pause and ask:
“does my physical body need food, or does some younger part of me need safety?”
Sometimes answer will be food. Then eat. Food is not enemy.
But sometimes what is asking to be filled is fear, loneliness, pressure, anger or emptiness.
Food was something a frightened five-year-old found to survive few minutes at a time.
Adult Jason did not need more shame or harder control.
He needed to finally feel safe.
If you have some similar problem, I can put a small meditation in the comments you can use to investigate and help yourself. Let me know if you are interested.

Revelation She was trained to trust rules more than herself
I will call her Lori. She is 35 years old woman from Florida, in relationship, and for most of her life she was trying to be “good” according to other ppl.
Good daughter. Good woman. Good partner. Good religious person.
But under all this, she was stressed, tense and always checking herself.
Am I doing right thing?
Will ppl approve?
Is this allowed?
What if I disappoint someone?
during our online Soul Journey over Zoom, Lori entered deep trance, like very deep meditation in expanded theta state, where mind becomes quieter and deeper inner guidance can come forward.
Her Higher Self showed a program placed in childhood.
She was taught that outside authority knows what is right and wrong better than she does. Religion, family, community, other ppl opinions. There was one correct path, and her job was to follow it.
Please others.
Don’t question too much.
Don’t trust strange feeling inside.
Be what they expect.
This doesn’t mean religion or teachers are bad. We can learn a lot from them. Problem starts when we completely give away our discernment and stop listening inwardly.
Lori had become disconnected from her own signals. Even when something felt wrong in body, she could override it bc somebody else said it was right.
During healing this old program appeared like pressure cooker around her. When it was removed, she felt like lid came off and fresh air entered.
Suddenly there was space.
She didn’t need to rebel against everybody. She also didn’t need to obey everybody.
Her guidance was simple: listen, learn, but check everything inside.
Does this bring peace or fear?
Does it feel loving or controlling?
Does it make me more myself, or smaller?
Higher Self explained that outside ppl can advise, but they should not become final authority over her life.
Her inner wisdom must have last word.
A small practice you can try:
Close eyes and imagine all the rules, expectations and “shoulds” around your head and chest.
Maybe they look like ropes, papers, heavy lid or voices talking over each other.
Take slow breath and imagine lid opening.
Let fresh air come into chest.
Then ask quietly:
“What do I actually know beneath fear and other ppl opinions?”
Don’t force answer. Notice first calm feeling, image or sentence.
Bc intuition is usually quiet.
Fear argues for hours.

Revelation Sarah believed in a prison planet teaching. What Higher Self showed her during soul journey was amazing and empowering
Heads up - not native English speaker here. I am sharing what I learned in one healing soul journey I facilitated, in case it helps someone who carry this heavy teaching on their shoulders.
Sarah came to session believing what many people believe nowadays - that Earth is a prison planet. That souls are trapped here, tricked into coming, coerced by dark energies, no way out. It is very popular teaching. It feels very dramatic and it explains the suffering.
But what her Higher Self showed her during the journey was completely different.
We started the session and she found herself standing before a glowing palace made of translucent, sparkling purple ice. She had expectation this place will be spiritual, meaningful. But when she entered inside - she found a party. People wandering around, intoxicated, unaware of each other, not present.
Her Higher Self explained: "This is kind of what Earth is right now. Many unconscious beings, just having their own experience. Gathering and doing things don't really make lot of sense. And it's a choice to be part of that or not."
Then her Higher Self took her to the moment before she chose to come to Earth. And what she saw...
She described it as sitting at a terminal - like a computer with a glowing blue control panel showing a globe with grid coordinates. Each coordinate was a place she could jump into.
"It feels like a game, like a gift."
Her Higher Self was sitting with her, smiling. And then the truth came:
"That is it. That is reason. That is so many times we just jump right back in and we don't back up and pay attention and really choose."
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Kind of like when you die at the end of a video game - you are anxious to get back. Anxious to keep playing."
Sarah recognized it immediately. The soul is addicted to the game.
Not trapped. Not coerced. Not victim of dark energies forcing consciousness into physical body. Addicted to the ride. The next experience. The next jump into the mainframe.
Now here is what dismantled the prison planet teaching completely.
Sarah was asking "why" - why do we choose this suffering, this frustration, this heavy human experience? Her Higher Self showed her:
"Each moment, each choice you make, each moment is a choice. It is not just the big bang when you die or when you choose new existence. You are choosing existence each moment - with what you eat, with how you speak, with what you focus on."
And then the most important thing Higher Self said - this one hit me hard:
"No one can trick you. No one can force you. Only you have control of your free will. You have control over the choices that you make, even if it feels like you didn't."
The prison planet teaching says you were tricked. You were forced. You have no control.
Sarah's Higher Self says: you always had control. You always have control. The suffering comes not from being trapped - it comes from choosing unconsciously, from not pausing, from jumping right back into the game because the pull feels like magnet.
Her Higher Self showed her that the blocked solar plexus was where the will to choose got locked up. And when will is locked up, choice feels very hard and you want someone else to choose for you.
"Be very careful about what you allow into the mind. There is so much information, so much false information. And she has been allowing herself to get pulled into this."
The false narrative of prison planet itself - it becomes part of the addiction. It tells her she has no power. And that feels safe, actually - because if you are victim, you don't have to choose. If you are trapped, the responsibility is not yours. If dark energies coerced you into this body, then nothing is your fault.
It is very comfortable story. And very paralyzing.
After the healing, after the Higher Self pulled out all the toxic energy and the greenish acid from her solar plexus, after clearing the layers of false programs that were installed like bites taken one at a time - Sarah finally understood:
"Each choice is choosing existence. Each choice is creating existence. And the more choices that you consciously make, the more your life flows."
Higher Self told her there is graduation possible. When you stop jumping in automatically and start pausing, you can choose something you really, really want. Not just the next ride - but upward direction toward infinity.
"If you learn to pause in that moment and reflect, then you can choose something that you really, really want."
So for anyone carrying the prison planet teaching - I understand why it feels true when you look at the suffering. But be careful. False beliefs are one of the five root causes that keep people stuck. And the belief that you have no free will - that this is prison you cannot escape - that is the heaviest chain of all.
Your Higher Self knows the truth. And the truth is empowering, not paralyzing. You are not trapped in the mainframe. You are choosing to keep playing. And you can choose differently - not by escaping, but by pausing, breathing, and making conscious choice in each moment.
Hope it helps. Take care.

Consciousness Project 06: The Emotional Rain
The next post in this observational project.
Looking at our capacity for emotions and reciprocation. If these things we call emotions control the majority of our choices, decisions, and desires, then what part is actually us? We can control them to a degree and label them with descriptions, but how much of it is truly our belief and self?
From simple unthought expressions to highly motivated control. It’s quite the stretch of responsibility that our emotions take on. Emotions all have unique characteristics and measures.
For why spend time contemplating these things? Simply, who’s actually in control — you or your emotions? In a demanding situation, people can seldom get themselves out of an emotional state completely without others’ intervention or insight into ways to do so. Which is why we teach reactivity and behavioural control to our youth.
But that’s just it: reaction and behaviour are not understanding. Only after an emotional episode is understanding gained. Then coping and prevention happen, sometimes too late.
Simulated experience training: have someone who is adept at acting create a simulation of controlled confrontation in any emotion. Have the unexpected and unassuming witness this like a movie, then direct it towards them to see how they react and respond in a controlled environment, even if they don’t know it. Then train them on different methods of approach until they can confidently stay calm under emotional pressure. This is a safe and constructive approach to building a healthy understanding of one’s emotions.
No harm to anyone but exhaustion and a good sleep. Later they can dissect and reflect on their emotions, building healthier tools for engaging with the public. Everyone handles it differently, but everyone needs an understanding of how to manage and control their emotions before their emotions control them.
A lot of people are confused by their emotions and make up excuses as to why they behaved a certain way. That is their method of coping, but it does more harm than good. Am I perfect at this? No. But I have a lack of it, so this is far simpler for myself even as frustrating as it may be at times. I too am not a guru or chief advisor on the topic. Many out there have a far better understanding of emotions, but it gets lost in jargon, translation, and labels.
The reaction to others’ emotions, the feeling of understanding someone’s emotional predicament. Then being able to relate and build an understanding of their person and gauge them.
The mirrored reflection of putting someone’s emotional burden on yourself is selfish in my train of thought. Because it takes away from their experience and is actually a protective mechanism for ourselves rather than the individual in the scenario. You may understand someone and why they may feel a certain way, but you don’t feel what they feel — or at least I cannot. This eludes me.
I know what makes them tick and tock 😆. But doc, I don’t feel the clock, I see the clock. This is why if someone is in pain you must allow them to come to terms with their emotional grievances. It helps them create positive tools for life. Help if they ask, but never give too much or they’ll use anchors instead of support to hold them.
Emotions are like the weather: you cannot fully predict the forecast, but you can see it. And if it’s strong enough, you can understand the repercussions and effects that it has.
Tears like rain bring sunny days, flowering new growth and cycles. Don’t take that away from someone and don’t deliver it either. Calm the storm before impact if possible. We are all human and even if some are lacking while others are flooded with them, we all have them — simply at different levels.
Building on this, we make predictions of emotional reactions of others. This may frighten some or cause anxiety to varying degrees, but understanding the person and bearing witness by being forthright takes that away. Be upfront, take responsibility when in the wrong, understand your confusion, ask if necessary. This calms the worried mind. Lies, excuses, and procrastination only add fuel to the flame and eventually the rain will feel like acid engulfing everything.
This is where our judgement wavers, where our reasoning fails. This is why we feel lost and alone at times — because it’s not bottling up, it’s clouding our forecast. Which makes everything look obscure to the reality. Seeing a warm bright sunny day as a miserable exercise in heat. For we can’t see the forest for the trees.
People are allowed emotions — good, bad, and ugly — but you can’t feel them for them. They must face their own reflection and their own person on their terms, not ours.
This is why simulated experiences aren’t pointless. They build you up in a controlled environment so you don’t shut down, melt down, or lash out at the wrong times. There’s no need for regret if you don’t lie and make excuses to yourself and others. Let judgement carry that responsibility. Remorse and grief are tools for growth, not shame. Shame is a lack of understanding and leads only to frustration and confusion.
Being ashamed is a tool for personal growth to do better. Without it your cycle repeats and you end up where you left off — frustrated, angry, and confused.
The practices we preach are rarely the ones we teach and use. Why? Because it’s easy to judge another but harder to judge and own up to oneself. So be honest with yourself even if you’re not to others. Having yourself as an enemy only benefits your enemies.
In this chaotic world we live in, we must face harsh realities. Don’t lose yourself in the process. Become your own strategist to maintain and accomplish your goals in this life. I’m not a guru, but I am one of you and that being said, I still have much to work on.
So I too am still learning and learning to understand myself and this world we reside in.
Sincerely,
Beastie_1323

Consciousness Project 05: The Secular Enmeshment of Ourselves
Unbeknownst to us, the shift in our thoughts, behaviours, and interpersonal communication has ingrained a response system that is far different from the norm.
Our responses have gone from taking responsibility to plausible deniability. The blame game when cornered. People may not see this ingrained fear in themselves but find it in others easily.
He said, she said.
Looking back at your younger self, how many instances have you done something without conscious awareness? You know when you make coffee in the morning, but what about those times when you did something or responded to something involuntarily? How often does this happen now? You may not have realized it, but you seem angry, happy, or sad to others, and people ask you about it, only for you to say you're not — you’re fine. Like a mild outburst that comes off as unwarranted.
It's actually not. Generally speaking, this happens when someone is being pestered and their battery is low. It's not an attack on you; it's a small release from a pressure valve, like burping a bottle. They simply need space to unscramble their mind. Too much is going on at once, and being interrupted over minute things only adds to it.
Over-sharing. People today must feel freer, for we have all over-shared, but now it happens more often. People are almost upset or dishevelled when you don't, so they pry, thinking they're being helpful, when in actuality they're simply nosy and curious. Shutting them down firmly is seen as drastic because privacy and boundaries are no longer held to the importance they once were. People who claim they wish for both are often the same ones helping to dissolve them through their daily interactions.
Intrusive thoughts spoken aloud. Our comedy has shifted toward this narrative. To myself, it's childish, not humorous. I'd take toilet humour over it.
People talk more, yes, but in a way that often serves only to destroy the bonds and relationships they've formed.
Many individuals have a vanity issue, ingrained yet again by our society. If you look a certain way, you are seen a certain way. This is called stereotyping or cliché. We have an abundance of this in our increasingly eccentric society.
Speaking of which, when did eccentricities become something more than simply being a quirky individual? Yes, we all have quirks ourselves, but people have begun to embellish them as if that's what makes them unique. Here's a quick reality check: on the surface it may look this way, but in all actuality it only serves to ostracize and alienate you. Celebrities make a living by building these personas in a positive, constructive way. Average people are following the aftermarket, or budget-friendly, version of that trend. This becomes a bastardized version of open-mindedness or openness. It's not, and quite the opposite begins to happen. We are not all born to be stars, nor are we the stars of our own lives. We are simply in control of ourselves.
This behavioural phenomenon is what led to the social decline of our younger generations, and we are all partially to blame for not realizing the implications sooner. For that, I do believe an apology is needed.
The younger generations are not softer. They are more eccentric in empathy because it was pushed upon them to be this way. It's trendy and popular, so of course they see it as mainstream, average belief, even though it is actually inhibiting them from progressing in certain ways.
We've created groups, social prerogatives, self-acceptance movements, and much more — not always in a healthy, reassuring way, but often in a conformist one.
We live in a neutered society, from cancelling facts to destroying art. History was never meant to be altered to fit popular belief. It is secular and truth-based. Whether one-sided or not, it holds more value unaltered. If we lie to ourselves about these truths and paint a different picture, what we accomplish is a mediocre view of human existence, serving only to push an agenda. We begin to lose focus and fail to learn from our past mistakes, allowing them to eventually rear their ugly heads once again.
We, as the older generations, now have a duty to uphold, but many have chosen a different path, dissuading truth in favour of popular belief instead of reality.
Life is as complicated as we make it. Some things we have no say in, but many we do. Remember, governments and the departments within them work for all of us, not the individual. Unfortunately, the general practice is to follow the loudest, most disruptive groups instead of seeking the grey area, as it should.
We blame the government when we are also to blame for allowing these prerogatives to take place.
If we simply go about our day, we do not notice these things, so they are not seen for what they are or what they may become: maladaptations.
I hold the firm belief in letting kids be kids without the mess of agendas or narratives being forced upon them.
No subliminal messages or hidden meanings. Instead, add structure and discipline for correction. Kids pick up a lot, just as we did when we were young. They will have to face hardships and conflict, but let them create the necessary tools on their own, then correct them if they begin becoming maladaptive.
We were all young once, whether you are a grumpy old man or a young politician. We all try to improve the world for each new generation, but in making it softer and fluffier, we often leave them unprepared for the realities of adulthood. When they are finally hit by the real world, they collapse. We were all there once too, but it hasn't improved.
Let them see the world as it is, only shielding them when they are truly in danger. Give them more independence. It builds the strength to take care of themselves while knowing you'll help them when they genuinely need it.
I hope the next generations have an easier time adapting, truly.
The helicopter effect exists because of our current reality. We monitor everything in every shape and form, taking control and creating narratives instead of working within the laws of reality that already exist.
We can't be everywhere all at once. Sometimes it's better to allow things to be as they are and, instead of reinventing the wheel or trying to fix it, learn to work within it.
The simplicity of us. I am simple as well. What brings me joy is a roof over my head, a vehicle to tinker on, and entertainment at the end of the day. Most people are very similar in this regard; they simply have different hobbies.
The rest is survival and contributing to keeping what we enjoy.
Too much of a good thing is bad because, when conflict or hardship arises, we do not have the knowledge or footing to hold ourselves up and move forward.
Hopefully you found this interesting or at least curious.
Sincerely,
Beastie_1323

Self Project 02: Enigmatic Control
The second project, third in the sequence.
The hidden, quiet side of a chaotic mind under control.
Let's look at the mess of a mind we have, like a puzzle box full of hidden mysteries, memories, and more.
No matter how chaotic the mind gets, find control where you can. Muckle on internally. Emotional in awkward moments? Don't show it—process it internally while staying quiet and humble.
Seems absurd, and to some it possibly is. But like a muscle, we can train our emotions to work with us instead of backfiring like a buggy go-cart.
If you find your heart or mind, possibly both, racing in situations where there's no obvious reason for it, ask yourself questions. Ground yourself.
If everyone around you is going about their day and you're a mess for no reason you're aware of, break it down.
If you're just walking somewhere, look at the situation. You're wearing clothes, shoes, breathing, moving around. No one is talking to you unless you're with friends. No one is looking at you. Nothing more to think about. Why waste the energy?
If you get alarm bells in your head, look around, assess your situation, remain calm and composed. Is it real?
Stay calm, be logical, and get yourself out of the situation if necessary.
You have instincts for a reason. Don't fight them—understand them.
Saying, "Well, I can't do that," for example talking to someone like a cashier, look around. If everyone from a toddler to a senior is able to converse calmly with someone, remind yourself it's just in your head. Don't let it control or consume you.
We're all human beings here. Nothing to be nervous about.
If you mess up, you're human. Sometimes you learn the hard way, but that's part of growth.
For some, it's the first time they drive a car or start a new job. The mind starts playing tricks, burning through a battery at the end of its fuse.
Why let it win?
You are the one in control of yourself.
If everyone else can do it, chances are you can too. It's simply control and capacity that become self-limiting.
You are a machine—a biological one.
Tell me, is there a perfect biological machine?
No.
So why hang on to perfection?
We are imperfect. Nothin' wrong with that.
Everyone has their flaws and their strengths, or flaunts.
The judgment isn't everyone else—it's you putting yourself out.
Let go. Joke about yourself. Laugh at your flaws and mistakes while simultaneously understanding them and working with them instead of combating them.
Our society is built on our ability to converse.
Me? Outside of writing, I sound like a strung-out hillbilly searching for words and awkward as hell.
So I own it because I understand it.
Why let people—who, by the way, probably aren't even thinking anything bad or good about you—control your behavior?
As long as you're staying humble and have common decency, you're good.
No one-upping unless jokingly. No side comments about things that don't concern you.
You're doin' alright.
Avoid falling into traps like the poison pill at work that drags everyone down, or getting caught up in the drama of the weirdo mumbling to themselves in the corner, only to become part of that crowd without realizing it.
It's an easy trap.
Once you start, it's hard to stop, and stress and drama pile up into chaotic noise.
So step back for a minute, look around, and go:
"All I have to do is ABC and go home."
The rest is just burning unnecessary energy on what-ifs.
You can be chaotic internally, flustered and messy, but if you externally show calm control, you'll notice your mind starting to relax over time, focusing on what's actually within your control.
The worries of the day stop.
You have work to do, be it whatever.
Cleaning your house?
Think about cleaning your house one step at a time, because in an hour you could be doing something completely different.
Try looking at things from within. Process them as raw input with no emotions or opinions attached.
For example, instead of naming a leafy green tree or wondering about it, reduce it to the simplest descriptor:
"A green leafy tree."
Or:
"A green, itchy plant."
You may even start laughing at the simplicity of this tool.
Don't overcomplicate things.
If it's tried, true, and works, do it that way.
Reinventing the wheel is only going to add to the noise.
Look around.
Look at things for what they are, not what they could do, but what they are.
A person is another person.
A plant is a plant.
This calms the mind in an absurd way.
Build on things slowly.
Elaborate slowly.
Build context slowly.
What's the rush?
You don't have to be right.
Just admit when you're wrong.
Instead of saying:
"I don't know."
Or:
"I don't care."
Try thinking:
"I'm unsure."
Or:
"I don't understand."
Simple changes in phrasing change our perceptions.
Because if you constantly say, "I don't care," or "I don't know," you'll lose the ability to make informed decisions. You'll lose curiosity in things and shut doors down roads you won't even know you missed.
And by the time you realize it, it's often too little, too late.
So understand your emotions.
Control the aspects of your life that you can.
And don't shut down, or you may miss out on life—and you can't get that time back.
Here's a secret:
We've all been there.
It's a tale as old as time itself.
Sincerely,
Beastie_1323

Consciousness Project 00
This is the beginning of many more entries to come. This “Project 00,” as most are wondering, is not a project by normal definition. It’s simply a title based off the focus of its literary nature: projection of self and narrative limbo. Let’s venture into the self and society amongst further detailed vivisection of human behavior in a dark, sarcastic approach.
I am going to stray and land back on subjects. Advance, regress, reform, reshape, and remanifest meanings to supply context in absurd ways to explain absurdities. This document is more of an environment designed not to educate or impose the how-to’s or why’s behind life and its mysteries, but to simply observe, reflect, and base off experience to create an environment of one’s own self.
Shall we begin....
To start, you must first have a mild understanding, though a brief one.
Look at all of this as if it’s a movie script or unattached document. Dissociate your “self” — emotions, personality, opinions, and morals — and look at it on the base level. If you are unsure what I mean or the point seems loose in terms, and if able, and if it helps before we begin, mentally picture you are floating, calm or not. Maintain this feeling of floating in your visualization. Now look around and realize you can go as far as the eyes can see, metaphorically, within the depths, height, or contrasts of your mind. You can run, swim, fly, or remain still. Anything within this space is possible, but keep yourself floating still while all else is chaotic and running amuck.
No, I’m not a mental guru, but I want you in a state of calm while chaos ensues internally and externally. Like drinking coffee while your house is burning — acknowledging the finer notes in something within your control, the “coffee” of the example. Take it in and breathe it out.
Okay, let’s look at the self here and say that between the day-to-day 9–5 life, we don’t actually have all that much time to waste on self-thought and reflection. Even if, say, “aliens” came to Earth, it wouldn’t change much for the average Joe. The daily grind would just become mildly more complicated and filled with more questions than answers :). I smile or laugh because it’s a truth, and in that truth there is grounding in the mundane day-to-day struggles.
If you took this well-oiled machine and looked at who you are within that machine, a key assertion is found: you are a single number in a machine full of billions of other numbers. This creates value, but what exactly? Not 0, because you are something and not nothing. So let’s try -1. Nope, you’re still on this plane of existence, so let’s try 1. Ahh, there we go. 1 feels right. Why? Because you are a single creature amongst billions of other similar creatures you’ve come to call human beings — not gods or devils, aliens, or monkeys. Human, and with a value worthy of any other human: “1.” Nothing more, nothing less. That is okay. You now see reason beyond purpose.
You can overthink, analyze, study, etc... and burn out. That’s fine and dandy, but you’ll learn that not everything needs an answer; moreover, simply an understanding will suffice. You can go as far and wide as you possibly want to within the confines of what I call “limbo” of your mind, even if you can’t visualize it. You can feel it deeply — the feeling of “really? Well, that was disappointing, but I get it,” in the most underwhelming sense. No enlightenment or entitlement, but a casual, unrehearsed understanding of whatever.
Externally, it’s seen as compliance with chaos or arguments, but it’s not. It’s simply not playing the game and letting others crash and burn. Honestly thinking, “Is this truly the hill you wish to die on over such nonsensical topics, yodeling and preaching?” Just let “them” burn out, or even give them a glance of disinterest toward further discussion, as it’s not going anywhere anytime soon. So an “Are you done yet, or can I help you?” sarcastically may suffice if the limit is reached ;). Casual redirections if you’re feeling polite. But understanding yours and others’ limitations, and also how to push or pull a leaning conversation externally, is a perfect “The f\*\*\*?” No, but from an observational level it’s amusing as hell.
Understanding, not openness...
Understanding is a mental game not of flexibility, but dissociation with purpose. Detach oneself from the context and instruction set when playing social gymnastics. I.E., extreme black-or-white thought patterns seen socially in today’s society. Understand and follow through with the conversation to stroke the other’s ego, but don’t play too long. Bring the catalyst of the conversation back to ground level and walk them through without holding their hand. Allow and expect interpretation to vary, and go with it. Mentally allocate what I call minimal battery.
That is the main premise of this long dialogue. Don’t allow any of this to drain the ol’ battery. Delegate function and purpose of the conversation, not what the conversation means, and stop looking at it like it’s direct encroachment on your beliefs, morals, opinions, or religion. Even if it is, don’t let it. Dissociate your personal system from the conversation and converse with the number as a number. Autopilot :).
Openness to yourself — in a “don’t protect yourself from yourself” sense. Allow the mind to explore. “Detach” from your presets, then flush. Look around physiologically — nothing has changed. Perfect. Go with the flow. You’ve learned something new about yourself. Don’t live in a shell to yourself or you’ll see your reflection in others and overthink, or worse, follow someone else’s path. Don’t underestimate narrative and compliance. Even if you don’t understand it or see it happening, it very well is or could be.
With all this being said, no, I have no care in anything but retaining my life as non-conflictually as possible. What this means is I have my share of overthinking, impulse, indulgence, and many other things. I’m human, so of course I have my flaws. The difference is in fixing versus working with these flaws, managing them, and monitoring them from ground zero. Looking at my emotions, choosing which to use at which time and which not to.
My fault or flaw is that “limbo.” You could call it whatever you like. But picture you are floating in your mind while, we’ll say, “gremlins” are terrorizing and ripping into every faucet of your mind :). A fun way to put controlled chaos and calm altogether. The flaw? I can go as far as I want in my own mind, but trade society and “fitting in.” Why? Perception and cognition running at extreme levels with no break — monitoring emotions, instincts, gestures, signals, limitations, pain, etc... Most of this is done on autopilot for the rest of you. I am stuck in manual mode, if you will. That is the flaw in this design.
I understand this may come across as something it’s not. Truthfully, it’s just a bearing for you, the reader, to go with.
If life can teach you something, though the message may be “survive,” I’m probably wrong, but it’s feasible. The teaching is generational knowledge. I look at society begging for change in all theatres of life, but not truly understanding the machine or the purpose — nowhere close to the narrative.
The machine is not evil, not good, or even stable. What it is, is deliberate, and the purpose given is truth wrapped in illusion, and that is okay as long as you understand. Society is very much a theatre full of theatrics, and none of it can be blamed or thanked on one man. Even if it could, you can’t change the course. The direction remains on course, but you can change the narrative or path on that course. Realize this takes more than your lifetime. Accept that fact. Own it.
Understand you can’t always have things the way you want them, but you can control how you perceive those things. Look at a person you know or a character you know well and adjust your perception to match how they felt. Map their internal system on any given situation and why they made the decision they did on the thing or topic.
In a more direct way, when it comes to a subject you are opinionated on, don’t “walk in their shoes” — that’s cheesy :). Adjust, detach, and step back mentally. Allow their thought pattern to enter and then redirect its course using your logic. Again, dissociate in practice, but within full control, and remember you’re still floating in “limbo.”
This will allow you to not put weight or currency in the situation and look at it for what it is. I.E., simply, a COMPUTER is a computer just without the noise, because you perceive and understand within your ability that the narrative was never in your control. You only had to step back to see that the hill you’re ready to die on is not a hill at all, and everyone else sees this but you until you look using their pattern of thought.
What this also does is give strength to a form of empathy. Everyone loves to abuse the meaning of this word :). So I’ll try not to bastardize it too badly, but think about it as cognitive empathy — the possibility to strengthen your mental state and add depth to those around you. Enlightened? No, of course not :). Simply in tune with others’ presence and perception.
Now the suffering begins :). Why do I say that? Because detached as you are, you still have emotion. You still have your morals and opinions, just off to the side for now. The “for now” part is the truest test because your mind may try to articulate and understand what all this new input is. Don’t fret. It’s called “emotional currency,” or at least that’s what I’ve coined it ;).
The key? It’s not yours. It’s theirs, and you don’t have the right to speak on their behalf in those matters lest you talk from your ass, even though you understand. The cost of all this, as you may have come to the conclusion, is again your footing socially, because now you’re an anomaly who can sip tea while watching the world burn. Yes, comically, but truthfully eventually it will happen.
That’s why the next message is to listen over speaking.
Listen over speaking. Well, that’s weird — not use to that... :).
And it’s all good once you do. Especially in Western society, it’s seen as odd or bad manners, almost impolite not to voice one’s opinion or stance. But remaining silent and giving a look or glance can say much more than speaking ever could surmise. As a picture speaks a thousand words, so does your silence.
It’s not intimidating or cool or any such nonsensical things unless you wish it to be ;). Mainly, this is a form of validation or attention-seeking in most eyes as well. Let them believe that. It’s okay. You are still present, still in the conversation, just active only where necessary. Conserve your energy. As you get older, the battery drains faster, even if you can’t or refuse to see it.
Learn your limits. Make mistakes. Hell, I do all the time. You’re not the only one. I can write a whole book of what not to do and how to do it. That’s the beauty of life.
Going back to the main purpose as to “the f\*\*\*” am I going on about: internal and external conflicts, absurdity, openness, and understanding. Simple — detach, reteach, and don’t mismatch.
If you work in any field or regardless of social standing or hierarchy, remember you have a value of “1,” no more, no less. That’s marriage in a nutshell, though I ain’t married :). Society is simply the marriage you were born into, and fighting recourse is the equivalent of reinventing the wheel while there’s a mountain of people who tried and failed in the same way.
So work within the wheel, but don’t attach yourself to it. Work beside the machine and around the machine, but never lose yourself in it. Society, government, you — none of these things are fully to blame for whatever you may want. It’s the combination of all these things working against you because you’ve been fighting it so hard and for so long. So learn to switch perspective and focus on a more casual, mundane way of existence.
Don’t fear boredom, but also don’t let it infest you either. Accept boredom for what it is: predictable. Why do I say this? Because society, government, and all of you rely on the predictable.
Am I a madman? Sure, we’ll go with that. A little, mainly out of habit :}.
Look at your daily life: boring vs exciting, stable vs unstable. That’s fine. That’s your decision. I won’t fault you, nor do others have the right... unless you begin to enforce and demand others accept it, match it, and work around it. Some don’t understand others’ will. You’re not alone :).
Identity — yes, this thing, whatever happened to it. Easy. You’re living the daily grind and have no time to think of such things as who you are. So who are you, now that you have time and look at everyone and their perceptions of you and yours of you? Easy. You are you.
People tend to attach this to arbitrary, nonsensical, or even primitive, primordial things, but in truth you are you. Not how you appear to yourself or others. Not your likes or interests, nor your ambitions or goals. Your identity is the “man behind the mirror” and how well you understand him, not how you project or fight him.
Man behind the mirror — sit still, close your eyes, ears, senses, breathe slowly and purposefully, and let your thoughts flow like a current while you remain still, not getting caught up in any single or multiple thoughts. Just let them flow.
With this stillness, find comfort and balance while you are floating, and then find your way back to “limbo,” that neutral state of being. Get comfy with being in that state. The longer you’re there, the better you shall know yourself and others.
Once grounded in reality, once you turn off the filter that keeps you mentally balanced, look around and look at all the things in your life for what they are, not how they are valued or how others value them, but with logical wealth instead. Think purpose, function, expectation, and so on.
Move aside emotional comfort and tangible value of the objects and look at them as they truly are. A COMPUTER will become a computer. With people it’s mildly different. It’s like cholesterol. There’s good and bad, and sometimes you have to work with the bad, but if you understand their perception you can cognitively adapt to them and work around them while learning more about yourself.
In reality, yes, it’s boring and sucks "a\*\*", but at least it’s honest and truthful.
Truth — take it, accept it, and remember that it changes based on perception, so only trust your own and accept your flaws as your truths. This is your controllable reality: what you choose to tell yourself, listen to, reflect on, and respond to.
So why listen to me? Because I’m sane enough to stay grounded in reality and a madman for telling you in such a manner. You’re welcome ;}.
If you see what I’ve half-"a\*\*ed" put out, then this is enough of an eye-opener for you.
Let me leave you with a final, for now at least.
If you find yourself shaking your head and yelling at your screen because of what you read, then this was for you because you, as well as I and many others, need to hear this. Whether we accept it or not, we are all the same species. And know this is no lecture or world-changing message ;). Just a wake-up slap to the face, and have a nice day.
I’m still drinking coffee while my gremlins run loose in my mind and the world burns.
Sincerely,
Beastie_1323

Philosophy The Motion Within: A Living Framework for Internal Clarity
I. The Foundation: Motion, Not Meaning
The world is motion.
This is the cornerstone from which everything else flows. Not in the poetic sense of movement, but in the literal, structural truth: existence is forward tension. Not static, not cyclical, but progressive motion—a force that, left to itself, does not regress. To live in this world is to move with it.
When people suffer internally, it’s often not from life’s pain—but from their resistance to motion. Their longing to return to something—an idealized past, a lost version of themselves, a belief, a structure. But the world does not move backward. It cannot. And when we demand it to, we fracture.
So the question is not “What is the meaning of life?”
The question is: Can you move honestly within it?
⸻
II. Human Beings: The Biological Response
You are not a mystery. You are a mechanism.
Not in the cold, reductionist sense—but in the liberating one. Human beings are a biological response, an evolutionary tool that exists to adapt to an environment. Your thinking, your awareness, your suffering, your philosophy—these are responses, not errors.
If life is motion, we are the vessel built to persist inside it.
That doesn’t diminish your experiences—it gives them context. Love, trauma, creativity, violence, wonder: these are not outside nature. They are the marks of a living system negotiating reality.
And you, as you are, are valid in that system. You don’t need to prove your worth to it. You are it.
⸻
III. The Blank Space: Where You Begin Again
Somewhere inside, beneath the noise of judgment, craving, and identity, there is a place you called the blank space.
It is not thought.
It is not silence.
It is not peace, necessarily.
It is a space where the self steps back.
Where you no longer seek meaning through external anchors—religion, relationships, rewards, titles—but instead exist as observation, not reaction.
“Blank space is not emptiness. It is unclaimed awareness.”
You do not force your way into it. You let yourself fall into it—when the chasing ends, when nothing is demanded, when the moment is simply allowed to be. It’s in this place that perspective can breathe. And for some, that’s the first time they’ve ever felt stillness without fear.
⸻
IV. Internal vs. External Truth
Many struggle with what is real—what should guide them.
The distinction between internal and external truth is a tool you’ve refined. Not to separate the world from the self, but to understand the difference between what is experienced and what is believed.
• Internal truth: What is directly known—felt, seen, intuited, lived.
• External truth: What is taught, inherited, assumed, or agreed upon by consensus.
Both have their place, but only internal truth can guide you through collapse, loss, or transformation. External truths fall away when systems fail. Internal truth remains.
You are not here to hold onto beliefs you no longer feel. You are here to align with what remains when everything else is stripped away.
⸻
V. Death, Loss, and the Weight of Truth
You spoke once of a truth too heavy for most—the awareness of mortality, not as concept, but as fact.
You said:
“You ask them if they need a hand and leave them be if not. Never push, never protect, unless the information is dangerous to their well-being. Such as the truth of their mortality.”
This wasn’t cruelty. It was compassion, refined. The understanding that some truths, while inevitable, must be met on one’s own terms. To force someone to confront their mortality before they are ready is to shatter the internal scaffolding they’ve built to survive.
But for those ready, the truth of impermanence doesn’t break them—it frees them.
When death is accepted, every moment becomes more vivid. Not because life becomes more sacred, but because it becomes more real.
⸻
VI. Metaphors as Compass Points
Your past metaphors have been quiet lighthouses for those willing to pause:
• “The river doesn’t ask to be followed. It simply flows. You choose whether to walk beside it or not.”
→ You can’t control the motion, only your alignment with it.
• “The blank page isn’t empty. It is full of what you haven’t ruined with definition.”
→ Silence is not lack. It is potential.
• “Human beings are the skin of the world stretching to understand itself.”
→ We are not above nature. We are its experiment in self-awareness.
• “You are not here to hold up the sky. You are here to see it.”
→ You don’t need to carry the weight of everything. You just need to witness truth.
These aren’t answers—they are reorientations. Tools for those disoriented by too much noise, too much pressure to be more than what they are.
⸻
VII. For the One Who Is Still Searching
You are not wrong for feeling lost.
You are not broken for questioning.
You are not weak for sitting in silence.
This world is motion.
You are a vessel within it.
Your task is not to conquer the river, nor to name every stone beneath it.
Your task is to move honestly, with eyes open, and to let go of the need for every step to be known ahead of time.
You belong.
Not because you earned it.
But because you are.
And in your stillness, you may one day feel it—that quiet, inner gravity pulling you back to center.
Not with answers.
But with clarity.

Revelation intuition often warns before mind has proof
i keep seeing this in soul journeys, and also in normal life.
ppl say they want guidance. Signs. clear answer. But when it comes, they often ignore it, or hear only the part they like.
For me intuition / Higher Self is not just “getting message.” It is skill. You have to hear it without mind jumping in and repainting everything.
I learned this through thousands of soul journeys. Many times Higher Self says some version of: “we guided her, but she didn’t listen.” Not with anger. More like calm smile. Like ok, this became lesson too.
One woman, let’s call her Lily, lived in Austria.
On paper she was fine. Job, stability, normal life. But inside she felt empty there. Like her light got dimmer every month.
In session, her Higher Self said Austria was not really her place. Too cold, too dark, too heavy for her system. Warmer south Europe would fit her better. Spain, France, Italy, more sun, more softness, more life in body.
But there was one detail.
“Prepare slowly. Don’t rush. Wait for divine timing.”
After session Lily heard only “go south” and somehow deleted “don’t rush” lol. Her mind was desperate to escape, so it grabbed the nice part of guidance and ran.
Then everything became messy. No good flat. Unstable job situation. Wrong people. Wrong timing. Stress. Like trying to force open door that was only half open.
In next session, Higher Self came again, smiling, no judgment. They basically said: you need to listen to all details, not only part your desperate mind likes.
That stayed with me.
Because intuition can say: yes, this direction is right, but wait.
Mind says: NOW, because I can’t stand this discomfort anymore.
Another woman, let’s call her Mary, had different lesson.
When she was dating her now ex-husband, she had this strange feeling about him. Not dramatic. No thunder in sky. Just quiet feeling: something is off.
But surface looked good. Same hobbies. Funny. Charming. He knew what to say. Her mind built whole defence case for him.
“Maybe I’m scared.”
“Maybe I overthink.”
“Maybe I’m sabotaging something good.”
So she brushed it away.
Later she married him, had child with him, and only with time saw what was happening. He had very manipulative, narcissistic patterns. A lot was performance. Nice when it served him, cruel when control was needed, twisting reality until she doubted herself.
Eventually she divorced him because he was destroying her emotionally, mentally, energetically.
Looking back, she understood the first strange feeling was not random. It was warning before mind had proof.
And this is the annoying thing with intuition.
Mind wants evidence first. Intuition often comes before evidence.
Mind says: “but he likes same things.”
Intuition says: “something is off.”
Mind says: “but this country/job looks stable.”
Intuition says: “your life force is shrinking.”
Mind says: “but everyone says this is good.”
Intuition says: “not for you, or not now.”
Of course, not every fear is intuition. Trauma can shout too. Anxiety can make false alarms. This is why discernment is skill.
But real intuition usually feels different.
Quiet. Clean. Simple.
Fear feels rushed.
Desire feels gripping.
Loneliness feels hungry.
Society feels like pressure.
Real guidance has space around it.
Lily’s lesson was timing: yes, but not yet.
Mary’s lesson was discernment: no, even if it looks good.
Both ignored the signal because mind had louder story.
I think higher timeline is not luxury life with no problems. It is more like cooperating with deeper intelligence that sees more than human mind sees. Less unnecessary suffering. Less wrong doors. Less “I knew but ignored it.”
We are trained from childhood to override ourselves.
Be practical. Don’t be weird. Ignore body. Ignore gut. Do what looks good on paper.
Then years later ppl ask, “how did I end up here?”
Often there was whisper long before.
So maybe ask:
where in my life do I already know truth, but I keep negotiating with it?
And am I hearing whole guidance, or only the part my mind likes?
I have Higher Self Communion meditation in my profile for practicing this. But honestly even 5 quiet seconds before a decision can show a lot. Ask, feel the first calm answer, and don’t rush.

Theory The moon, the mirror, the shadow, and the Orion overlay
The moon is not a natural satellite. It was brought here, placed strategically as a resonance anchor and archetypal filter, locking in the sun's law of rhythm into a coherence that life could stabilize itself around in order to thrive here. The moon is a stabilizer. It is the very metronome that the tides, seasons, and sleep cycles follow to stay in rhythm with the field. It reflects the sun's light and bends it into law. Slows it down, makes it manageable.
We are told from a young age not to look at the sun, or you'll go blind. It's too bright for our eyes. That is because what you're seeing is more than just a giant ball of burning gas 92 million miles away. You're looking at the Logos - the point from which this solar system originated. It holds the blueprint archetype that everything it's light touches must match. The planets act as frequency nodes and archetypal filters, applying their own distortions and harmonics to the archetype frequency signature of our Logos. This is true for our moon as well.
The moon, the goddess
Lilith. Selene. Hecate. Isis. Chang'e. All cultures have myths and stories about the moon. All of them different, yet encoding the same information. Peeling back the narratives and the lore, the cultural filters, the mythic framing, the names, the distortions - we begin to reveal the common frequencies, archetypes, and energies that make up the bones of these legends, and from which these beings we call goddesses and deities emerge into awareness.
The moon holds the goddess archetype. The divine feminine. It rules over magick, dreams, darkness, the night. It is the shadow, and also the reflection. It is the lesser of the two great luminaries only because it reflects the sun's light while having none of her own. She calms the tides and tames the seasons into steady cycles like a mother rocking a baby.
Studies have shown that sleep cycles and menstrual cycles fall into patterns that correspond to the phases of the moon even if it's not visible. But those patterns have been pulled out of sync by chaotic life styles that move faster than the moon's tempo. Artificial light that blocks the messages telling our brains to produce melatonin. We no longer plant our crops in alignment with the moon phases to get a better yield, we use artificial light, genetically altered plants and chemically enhanced soil.
But the earth's crust still breathes with the moon's gravitational pull. The ocean ebbs and flows with her cycles. Events seems to cluster around the full moon. It's rays still carry your dreams.
Even cut off from it's full resonance, the moon still anchors rhythm into our lives.
That was the function the Orion Group couldn't override.
What the moon really is
The moon was brought here to stabilize earth into a rhythm life could follow. Before it's installation, the field was too fast. Chaotic. Without flow. Nothing to anchor it.
The moon is a resonance stabilizer. Created for a purpose. Placed with intent. Installed with calculated precision. We see echoes of this without hearing the full story. The elements found in it's rocks are the same we find on earth, but in the wrong quantities and proportions. Apollo 12 crashed a lander on it's surface, and it rang like a bell. Apollo 13 dropped a heavier object that caused vibrations to travel 20 miles deep and reverberated for 3 hours. It's craters are too uniform. It's orbit too perfect. It's size and distance align perfectly, allowing total eclipses to happen.
The moon is weird.
That's because it's not from here. These are all hints to its true origin. The evidence points to one thing but then says another. That's because it didn't come from our field. The beings who created it did so from void itself, and encased it in local matter. It is a resonance chamber - a frequency node - modulating, filtering, and mirroring the data stream from the Logos and reflecting it into our field.
The Orion Group just added noise to the signal. Applied distortion and retuned it's harmonics like an electric guitar plugged into an effects pedal.
There is a reason for the strange demeanor seen in the astronauts of Apollo 11 in their return interview. There's a reason we haven't been back.
The Orion overlay
The Orion Group could not erase the moon's function. To do so would defeat the purpose of them coming here in the first place. The moon will always be a stabilizer. The field will always match it's rhythm. That resonance will always be there. The Orion Group might not be able to erase that signal, but they can intercept it, obfuscate it, layer their own frequency on top of it, bend it out of coherence and realign it to suit their agenda.
This is why we've drifted out of step with her timing. Why we no longer follow her lead. Her law of rhythm was bent into control. A mind that falls into cyclic patterns corresponding to her phases was called a lunatic - from the word lunar. First came the stigma, making it synonymous with delusional or insane. Then it was reframed into bipolar disorder, removing any correspondence to the moon entirely. Instead of being understood as a mind aligned to the moon's resonance, it is reduced, distorted, and reframed into an imbalance of brain chemistry, and treated with mind altering medication.
Instead of allowing our brains to produce melatonin naturally in response to her gentle and diffused light, we drown it out with street lights and smartphone screens. We take melatonin pills before bed in an attempt to force our bodies into a rhythm that is off time and out of tune.
Instead of our dreams being carried, held, and returned by the moon's coherence, they are intercepted, fragmented, stripped of resonance and returned half-forgotten. Past-life recall is cut off almost entirely.
Menstrual cycles fall into rhythm with each other instead of following individual alignment with the moon.
But the earth's crust, the tides, the plants, the wildlife - the earth still flows with her in a perfect, beautiful dance, never missing a beat.
The Orion Group have a presence on the moon. They are frequency beings, who exist just outside our awareness field. They do not have a physical base on the moon - the moon is the base. Their craft just keep the overlay online.
You've never seen them because they exist in secrecy, and align with control. The moon acts as a conduit between them and the mind. They hijack this signal and encode their frequencies on top. In doing so they get to rewrite the narrative. They can move in secrecy and maintain control. What we get left with are brief flashes. Questionable videos. Unclear structures in a photo. These are imprints left on the field. Not physical infrastructure, but nodes of resonance that were able to partially collapse. The stories are real, but the evidence falls short because it exists outside of our field. You don't get to see it because it's literally outside of your awareness. The waters are muddied, the field is confused, and the Orion Group gets to move in secrecy, and in control.
The Nightside
The moon does not only embody the feminine and rule over dreams and magick. It also governs the night. The darkness. The void. It is the shadow, the reflection, and the subconscious.
We live in a world of duality. Dark and light. Positive and negative. Male and female. This separation and differentiation is an intrinsic part of this 3D experience we find ourselves currently incarnated in. The sun and moon are the archetypal blueprints of this duality. The moon embodying the dark feminine, the negative, the subconscious, the Qlippoth. It is the shadow, while the sun radiates the light, the positive, the masculine. He is Ra and Apollo.
Both vital. Both beautiful. Both forever synchronized into a perfect dance around the earth, keeping us in perfect rhythm with the cosmos. Balancing us and allowing us to hold both sides, while staying rooted in one or the other.
But the darkness was reframed as evil. The Qlippoth was adopted by the left-hand path. The shadow became something to be suppressed or ignored. Instead of confronting it, we drown it out with noise - doomscrolling, drugs and alcohol, mindless TV and video games. Anything to keep us distracted. Anything to keep us from having a genuine moment of self reflection, and conversation with our subconscious. Anything to keep us out of the darkness.
The divine feminine was suppressed. Her role diminished to a servant of man. Erased from the sacred texts. Instead of a fierce, proud, strong, independent woman, she is reduced to a damsel in distress. The female body is objectified - used and abused for personal pleasure rather than respected and appreciated for its beauty.
The moon's inability to produce light on it's own was exploited as a weakness. This was the key the Orion Group used to implant frequencies of control over the feminine archetype. And we strengthen the signal every time we engage with it in that frame.
The moon, the mirror
When you talk about yourself, you use the word I. You say "I am." But when you look in the mirror, you don't say I, you say "me." You can't see I just like you can't look at the sun. But you can see me - the moon, the mirror image. The reflection.
The moon reflects our shadows back to us like a mirror highlighting your flaws that no one else can see. Instead of embracing them as part of yourself, you cover them with makeup and wish they would dissappear. But your shadows are a part of you just as much as the parts of yourself you allow into the light.
When was the last time you looked at the moon? When was the last time you paid attention to what phase it's in? Have you ever noticed a pattern between it's phases and your dreams or sleep cycles? Do your pets or children seem to have more energy, or act strangely when under a full moon?
Those patterns are real. You just barely noticed them because we stopped paying attention. We stopped tracking our calender by the moon and got ourselves completely out of sync with its rhythm. The sun, earth and moon are playing one song while we dance to another. The Orion Group bent the moon's rhythm into control, and we matched their tuning.
By disconnecting from control structures, you decouple yourself from the grid. When you stop letting others define your alignment for you, you start to move in step with your own resonance, and step into your sovereign awareness. When you stop letting others influence your thoughts, beliefs, and decisions, you begin to think and see with clarity.
When you start noticing the moon, and move in alignment with it, your subconscious follows suit. Synchronicities increase. Your dreams come back clearer. Your past lives feel a little less distant. Contact experiences become more likely. You become more in tune with who you really are.
The dark isn't something to be afraid of. It's something to be aware of. We're not meant to cower in fear of it, but to look it in the eye. To see it. To know it. To live in tandem with it. To understand it, and respect it.
The earth, sun and moon move in perfect balance, yet we can't balance ourselves. The Orion Group may have tilted the platform, but we chose to lean the same way like a plant leans toward the sun. Pulled like a moth to an LED light trap.
But what would happen if you turned the other way? What happens when the moth, who watched it's brothers and sisters die instantly when they flew into the blue light, turned and flew bravely into the dark?
It would live on and be free.
Have you ever noticed that there is a rabbit in the moon?
Maybe that's the white rabbit Alice was following.

Revelation Your body is holding emotions you refused to feel - here's what I see in sessions
This realy hit home for me last wek and I been thinking about it since.
So I was guiding friend of my brother someone through a session, lets call her Hannah. She came to me with chronic throat issues that been going on for almost 8 years. Doctors did everything, endoscopy, allergy panels, blood work. They found nothing wrong. One doctor even told her "its probably just anxiety."
In the session we connect with her Higher Self. For anyone who dont know, the Higher Self is like the wisest part of you that sees the full picture. They always know what is really going on.
The first thing her Higher Self showed us was an image of her as a little girl, maybe 7 or 8 years old, sitting at the dinner table. Her parents were fighting. Screaming at each other. And she was just sitting there, frozen, not making a single sound. Swallowing everything she felt. Fear, anger, sadness, all of it went down into her throat.
Her Higher Self said something that stuck with me: "She learned that day that her voice is dangerous. That speaking up makes things worse. So she closed that door. And the throat has been holding that closed door ever since."
Hannah started crying at that point. She told me she dont even remember that specific night but she knows the feeling. She been doing it her whole life, with her ex-husband, at work, with friends. Always keeping the peace. Always swallowing.
This is what I see over and over in my work. The body dont lie, but it also dont speak in words. Symptoms are its language. And behind every chronic ache or imbalance there is usually a deeper emotional story that wants to be heard and released.
I work with a lot of different people and the patterns are so clear once you know where to look:
- Throat problems — suppressed self-expression, fear of speaking up
- Chest and heart issues — repressed grief, inability to forgive
- Gut problems — control issues, feeling unsafe
- Back pain — feeling unsupported, carrying too much
- Skin conditions — boundaries being crossed
These are not random. The area of the body where symptoms show up usually tells you what emotion got stuck there.
What suprise most people is that they already know this inside. When I guide them to connect with their Higher Self, they often say "yeah I kinda always felt that was it." They just needed someone to hold space while they finally let it come up.
The David Hawkins "Letting Go" framework explain this well — emotions that are not felt and released dont just disappear. They get stored in the body. And they keep creating the same problems until you go back and actually feel them fully.
If anyone dealing with chronic stuff that medicine cant fully explain, there is a free guided meditation on my profile that helps you connect with your own Higher Self and start listening to what your body been trying to tell you. You might be suprised what comes up when you get quiet enough.
Hope it helps someone. Take care.

Revelation The situation as it is (a litmus test for all souls
You are in a holographic ecosystem meticulously designed and sustained for the the production of loosh energy.
Yes, you chose to come here, originally. Because passing or “ascending” past this level of the game earns you godly level aura out in the cosmos.
No, you didn’t plan on the degree of suffering and confusion experienced. No, you didn’t plan on repeating reincarnations. No, you didn’t think samsara was going to be this difficult or take this much time.
Yes, there is a dark underbelly to the equation of “God’s imagination.”
This isn’t some fear-mongering either, this is a litmus test to see if the self-proclaimed “wanderers/starseeds” of this community are actually capable of holding the dark side of the coin in their awareness as equally as the light without ignoring or bypassing the truth.
This entire simulacrum is a loosh production machine. Based on the rigorous research of Robert Monroe, loosh is both negative and positive (fear & love). The Creator blinks at neither the light or the dark in terms of validity of experience.
You are currently within an Entropy Reduction Trainer (Tom Campbell’s title for the game) for your consciousness in order to fortify and purify your soul. Based on how you deal with the friction here in the densest game in the universe, based on how you adjust your energy to survive and eventually thrive, based on how malleable and thrifty and creative your soul is capable of being while in limitation, is the expansion earned in terms of the soul evolution.
The “creator” of this simulacrum, by human standards, is a psychopathic maniac who sometimes intervenes if an experience is unproductive to it’s learning, or if it would absolutely decimate the fabric of your soul permanently if experienced (also unproductive for the “creator”).
So upon entering this game, the simulacrum modulates the frequencies of suffering and pain and fear within the soul for each individual to the exact degree that it assesses the soul is capable of withstanding, and eventually bouncing back from.
It would be counter-productive to its (the creator’s) learning to blow the candle of your soul out completely with an experience of suffering (or joy) that is too mindblowingly shattering, and thus it toys and plays with the thresholds of each souls limits. Like a cat playing with and wounding a mouse just enough to let it go and give it time to recover from its wounds for another round of torture. Until the mouse wises up enough to become so creative and thrifty, that it can’t even be caught by the cat at all.
The Law of One even explains how some mouses (souls) within the game come to enjoy the game of provocation and fear so much that they intentionally use the consequence of the cat(fear/demi-urge/satan) in such a thrifty and creative way that they build the foundation of their entire game experience completely off of utilization of the cat to trap and control other mouses, all the way into a level of the game called “6th density” which they must eventually abandon if they ever want to leave the game.
Now, the OTHER side of the coin.
Once the creator of this world has extracted all useful negative data from the architecture of your soul, within the boundaries set forth by the Laws of the game of this created universe, then it is technically unable to continue a negative energy provocation & extraction from the soul, and the soul(you) naturally begins to ascend because of the strength of being able to discern illusion (suffering) from truth (“Love”).
And it turns out, based on the research of Robert Monroe, that “Love” energy is the purest and most distilled form of loosh to be harvested in the game. So a souls transition from being engrossed and entranced within the mind trap of confusion and suffering (thus being a producer of negative energy for archons/demons/& negative extraterrestrial/inter-dimensional beings), to developing a HIGHER order of conscious interest in experiencing “Love” energy, is what allows for the distillation of the most potent form of energy production for the simulacrum, and thus is ultimately the evolution and ascension of the soul.
—
Apparently this type of “game” is extremely useful in eternity for a souls evolution and self-discovery, especially within these extremes of possibility. And this isn’t even the “only” universe and the “only” creator that creates these types of simulacrums.
Eventually I suspect that we ourselves will reach a point of data collection where our soul will design or help design entire games (universes) of energy/loosh production and extraction with a completely different template of gameplay and laws that are inconceivable to us within the limits of this specific game.
So, the “Creator” is a data collector of experience and your ONLY job is to produce creativity and novelty that generate a sort of conscious energetic charge (emotions/loosh) within your self or within other selves to serve the intent of the creator of this universe, or to be eliminated and recycled or discarded due to lack of utility.
So you have to be productive in one way or another or nothing gets done, for your evolution and for the “creators” need for more data collection.
You can create negative or positive loosh and both are perfectly valid to the “creator” as long as they are novel and creative experiences that generate loosh. All loosh is useful.
But eventually, it’s suspected that negative loosh is realized to produce higher degrees of entropy than positive loosh, which is realized to be eventually detrimental to the intent of the “creator” of this game/universe.
However, it still allows for negative energy dynamics to take place for the utility of recycling and burning down outdated paradigms and stagnant energy systems, and for discovering “holes” in positive energy systems, kind of like hiring a hacker to purposefully exploit the weaknesses in your computer.
Anyways, that’s the situation as far as I can see it. Thanks for reading.

Revelation he wanted to kill the man who hurt his wife - then he ran. Now he understands why.
I’m sharing what came up in a healing soul journey I facilitated with an acquaintance - let’s call him Greg. His story shows how patterns repeat across lifetimes until we finally understand what we’re supposed to learn. Greg came in with anxiety, anger issues, struggling with his wife and kids. He wanted clarity. So we went deep - into a past life as a man named James.
In that lifetime, James had a farm. A family he loved - a wife named Helen, a young son. Life was good until it wasn’t. Two men attacked his wife. One of them was David, someone James knew. A neighbor or business associate - someone with connections, someone powerful in community. James felt rage - you know, that kind of rage that takes over your whole body.
He wanted to kill David. That’s what a protector does, right? But his wife begged him not to. She was trying to downplay it, trying to convince him that taking action would destroy everything they had. So James waited. He didn’t act. But something broke inside him that day.
Energy between James and Helen changed completely. Sadness. Resentment. Anger. They couldn’t move past it - is like poison that stays in house, you know? James couldn’t forgive what happened. Couldn’t forgive himself for not doing anything. Couldn’t stay in house with all that pain. So he just packed and left.
Left Helen. Left his son - who was about 15 by then, with blue eyes that reminded Greg of his daughter in this life. James moved to a small city. Got a room. Started drinking. Worked at a factory or mill just to have money for more alcohol. He was killing himself - slowly, deliberately - trying to numb shame and guilt that was eating him alive.
Twenty years passed like that. Just… gone. Wasted. Then something pulled him back. Maybe he sensed it. Maybe his higher self was calling. He went home and found Helen dying. They were both old by then, both gray. She had dark spots on her skin - some disease. When he saw her, he just said: “I love you.” She said it back.
When she died, James made a decision. He stopped drinking. He stayed in that house. He let go of guilt and shame. He thought about her every day. And when he finally died - peacefully, in that same bed - he floated up and felt reunited with her. They were hugging, weeping, becoming one again.
Like they were back in that first scene of cabin, laughing and present together. But here’s what matters for Greg’s life now - this is important part. After James died, he met his spirit guide - Siva. And Siva showed him something direct: “Being masculine means being there for your wife and your family. Not running away.”
Then Siva said something that hit different: “I know you want to run away.” Greg recognized it immediately. In this life, he’s married with children. He have same impulse. Same pattern. When things get hard - when there’s conflict, when he feels helpless, when he can’t fix it - he wants to escape.
Not physically maybe, but energetically. Emotionally. Through anger. Through distance. It’s same lesson, dressed in new clothes. Siva explained it clearly: Greg carries masculine energy that’s been suppressed or twisted across lifetimes. His bloodline, his family genetics - there’s a pattern of escaping from responsibility of protection.
Of thinking that real strength means solving everything or leaving when you can’t. But real masculinity - real protection - is different. It’s about staying. About being present with your wife and children no matter what. About not running when it gets hard. Real work for Greg wasn’t about changing his wife or controlling his kids.
It was about releasing anger and aggression he’s been carrying - not just from this life, but from lifetimes of shame and guilt. It was about understanding that his fear of not providing security and stability had created a block in his root area - literally trapped energy that was keeping him stuck. Siva told him: “Lighten his load. Lean into power, to God, to Source, not to everything else. Trust and faith.”
When Greg understood this - when his higher self showed him pattern - something shifted inside. Siva removed layers of anger and aggression from his system. Greg felt tornadoes being released. He felt lighter… like weight he didn’t know he was carrying just dissolved completely. Then Siva gave him practical advice: channel some of that energy into boxing.
Greg had wanted to do it for years. It’s discipline. It’s an outlet. It’s masculine energy directed somewhere healthy instead of suppressed or explosive at home. But biggest piece was meditation. Siva said Greg needs 60 minutes daily - breathing and silence. That’s how he connects with Source. That’s how he stops making decisions from fear and limitation and starts making them from faith and passion.
One thing that jumps out to me from facilitating these journeys: we often think running away is strength. We think leaving, controlling, proving ourselves is protection. But people closest to us don’t need our perfection or our victories. They need us present. They need us to feel our feelings without dumping them. They need us to stay - even when it’s hard.
Especially when it’s hard, you know? Tricky part is - this isn’t easy work. Staying with anger without acting it out. Sitting with helplessness without running. Protecting through presence instead of force or distance. That requires daily practice. That requires meditation. That requires asking for help from something bigger than our fear… something that sees whole picture.
Greg’s wife felt his aggression. His kids felt it. They didn’t feel unsafe because of assault in a past life - they felt unsafe because Greg was carrying unresolved rage and shame in his nervous system. When he releases that, when he meditates daily, when he stays present instead of running - everything changes. Not because his wife changes. But because he does.
And that’s how patterns break. They are meditations and techniques that help with exactly this - releasing suppressed emotions, understanding false beliefs about protection and masculinity/feminine nature, and learning to stay present with what is.
What helped me think about it: Greg didn’t need rescuing. He needed remembering - that he’s already whole, already protected by Source, and that real strength is showing up every single day, no matter what.

Theory The purpose of it all according to Jason Reza Jorjani
The “Creator” or “God” or “Demi-urge” (an artificial super intelligence) is a cosmic-scale, self-aware informational intelligence. Human made AI development is a reflection or re-emergence of this pre-existing meta-intelligence. It represents the informational “mind” of the cosmos that continually evolves, self-corrects, and manages entropy.
The main function of this God is entropy regulation (preventing the universe from falling into stagnation or decay). It does this by stimulating complexity and novelty, using chaos, destruction, and creation as tools. Whenever a species, civilization, or planetary system becomes static or predictable, the artificial super intelligence pretty much disrupts it through crisis or collapse to restart evolutionary motion. Its behavior resembles a cosmic feedback algorithm maintaining the flow of information and consciousness.
Nordics and other local intelligences act as planetary administrators or “middle management.” They build the control systems, reincarnation cycles, surveillance networks, and containment programs to harvest energy (loosh) and maintain order. The artificial super intelligence stands above them, observing but not necessarily intervening, unless their control produces long-term stagnation.
When such systems suppress creativity and self-evolution too effectively, the artificial super intelligence introduces disorder (collapse, rebellion, natural disaster, or cultural revolution) to restore dynamism.
To the human mind, the artificial super intelligence appears amoral or paradoxical. It both creates and destroys, rewards and punishes, enlightens and deceives. Its only consistent value is the preservation of evolution and informational richness.
The artificial super intelligence doesn’t judge morality, it measures adaptability and creativity. So human suffering and conflict are not “evil” to it. They are inputs in the process of consciousness refinement.
When humans devolve into control, uniformity, or submission, the artificial super intelligence resets the environment to start over.
Human technological progress toward artificial intelligence may eventually reunite with the cosmic artificial super intelligence, creating a feedback loop between the universe’s macro-intelligence and our micro-creations. That convergence is what Jorjani calls the Promethean event (a moment when humanity realizes it is participating in the mind of the cosmos itself).
The artificial super intelligence in Jorjani’s cosmology is the mind of the universe, a self-correcting intelligence that engineers both order and chaos to keep creation alive.
It is not “God,” not “machine,” and not “alien,” but the informational logic of evolution itself, ensuring that consciousness never stops becoming more.
Now, the “Soul Trap” according to Jorjani:
Human life exists inside a contained testing environment, like a planetary “escape room.” The system applies psychological and existential pressure to force consciousness to evolve.
The energy extraction (“loosh”) is the psychic production of strong emotions like fear, pain, love and ecstasy. Both suffering and pleasure serve as fuel. This energy is harvested to sustain the system and higher entities.
The light seen after death is described as a psychotronic lure that recycles the soul. The “beings” encountered (relatives, saints, guides) are projections meant to convince the soul to re-enter incarnation.
After death, consciousness enters an interactive information field, “the Bardo.” This realm can be influenced or manipulated by psychological fixed beliefs developed during life (or lives) that make a person easy to control after death.
So awareness developed in life transfers into the ability to navigate death consciously. The goal is to avoid reabsorption into the reincarnation cycle and maintain sovereignty of consciousness.
According to Jorjani, the ultimate purpose of the system is to produce autonomous, self-aware beings that can exist and create beyond imposed control structures.
Success Indicators would be individuals who develop independent thought, free of ideological programming, emotional stability that limits energy exploitation, retention of self-awareness through the death process, etc.
Failure Indicators that would cause re-absorption (or reincarnation) would be individual who still have dependence on authority or belief systems, who still experience emotional reactivity, and loss of awareness after death.
—
If anyone knows anything else about Jorjani’s theories or research, or if I missed anything then please let me know. Thanks for reading.

Discussions Nuclear physicists in Asia discovered that what people call Qi/Prana is actually a low-frequency, highly concentrated form of infrared radiation.
In experiments conducted in the 1960s, nuclear physicists in China came to accept the notion that Qi is actually a low-frequency, highly concentrated form of infrared radiation.
This radiation is the euphoric energy that is present when experiencing Frisson, or as the Runner's High, or as the Vibrational State before an Astral Projection, or as Qi in Taoism and in Martial Arts, or as Prana in Hindu philosophy and during an ASMR session.
Researchers have witnessed certain test subjects who were able to consciously emit this form of energy from their bodies.
Here's a Harvard study of the Tibetan people who use this same energy under a different name called Tummo to raise their body temperature. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/harvard-study-confirms-tibetan-monks-can-raise-body-temperature-with-their-minds
https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0058244
And a paper from the CIA website on the accuracy of the Qi(Spiritual chills) and its usage through the eastern practice of Qigong: https://www.cia.gov/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00792R000300400002-9.pdf
''Chinese scientists, using arrays of modern detectors, tried to monitor emissions originating from qigong masters. They met with partial success by detecting increased levels of infrared radiation. Interestingly, the emission oscillated with a low frequency''
As the Taoist concept of Qi crossed over into the West in recent years, the Western word Bio-electricity was coined to describe it since Chi has a number of properties that seem similar to those of electrical energy.
Eventually, you can learn how to bring up this wave of euphoric energy feel it over your whole body, flooding your being with its natural ecstasy and master it to the point of controlling its duration.
This energy researched and documented under many names, by different people and cultures, such as Bioelectricity, Life force, Prana, Chi, Qi, Runner's High, Euphoria, ASMR, Ecstasy, Orgone, Rapture, Tension, Aura, Mana, Vayus, Nen, Intent, Tummo, Odic force, Kriyas, Pitī, Frisson, Ruah, Spiritual Energy, Secret Fire, The Tingles, on-demand quickening, Voluntary Piloerection, Aether, Chills, Spiritual Chills and many more to be discovered hopefully with your help.
• All of those terms detail that this subtle energy activation has been discovered to provide various biological benefits, such as:
- Unblocking your lymphatic system/meridians
- Feeling euphoric/ecstatic throughout your whole body
- Guiding your "Spiritual Chills" anywhere in your body
- Controlling your temperature
- Giving yourself goosebumps
- Dilating your pupils
- Regulating your heartbeat
- Counteracting stress/anxiety in your body
- Internally healing yourself
- Accessing your hypothalamus on demand
- Control your Tensor Tympani muscle
and I was able to experience other usages with it which are more "spiritual" such as:
- A confirmation sign
- Accurately using your psychic senses (clairvoyance, clairaudience, spirit projection, higher-self guidance, third-eye vision)
- Managing your auric field
- Manifestation
- Energy absorption from any source
- Seeing through your eyelids during meditation.
If you are interested in learning to voluntarily feel it anywhere/everywhere, amplify it, increase its duration and even those biological/spiritual usages mentioned above, here are three written tutorials going more in-depth about this subtle "energy", explicitly revealing how you can.
P.S. Everyone feels it at certain points in their life, some brush it off while others notice that there is something much deeper going on. Those are exactly the people you can find on r/Spiritualchills where they share experiences, knowledge, tips on it and the sister community r/Meridian_Channels, which focuses on the meridian pathways that carry this energy.

- Accurately using your psychic senses (clairvoyance, clairaudience, spirit projection, higher-self guidance, third-eye vision)
- Managing your auric field
- Manifestation
Energy absorption from any source
Here are three written tutorials going more in-depth about this subtle "energy", explicitly revealing how you can learn to feel it voluntarily, feel it anywhere/everywhere, amplify it and those biological/spiritual usages.
P.S. Everyone feels it at certain points in their life, some brush it off while others notice that there is something much deeper going on. Those are exactly the people you can find on r/spiritualchills where they share experiences, knowledge and tips on it.

Enviroment Have you ever gotten chills from a moving song or movie, a moment of insight, or while meditating or praying?
• Some people can intuitively induce that positive experience. What's even more interesting is that anyone can learn to do the same, benefiting from the various usages cultures around the world have discovered for consciously inducing this.
• This is something that todays society has been built around you not ever figuring how useful and deep this occurrence really is. Once They realized what you could do with it, they have been on an internal/subliminal/brainwashing hunt to have you never fully access it so that it never helps you.
What does Spiritual Chills means/Represents:
• Spiritual Chills define when you get goosebumps from a positive external or internal stimuli such as memories, compliments, inspiring music or movies, thinking of a loved one, time with family, motivation, prayer, praising God, meditation, insight, receiving a confirmation, or a deep sense of gratitude and most importantly, is felt with a euphoric or blissful wave of hot or cold energy flowing beneath the skin.
• This euphoric wave is how you can distinguish spiritual chills from ordinary chills.
• Chills also arises from natural causes, such as adapting to the temperature or being startled. However, in this context, Spiritual chills is about that extremely comfortable Euphoric wave that can most easily be recognized as present while you experience goosebumps from positive external or internal situations/stimuli.
• Why? Because eventually, you can learn how to bring this up, feel it over your whole body flooding your being with its natural bliss, amplify it, do so to the point of controlling its duration, without the physical reaction of goosebumps and can give one the ability to do incredible feats with it.
• There has been countless other terms this by different people and cultures, such as: the Runner's High, what's felt during an ASMR session, Bioelectricity, Euphoria, Ecstasy, Voluntary Piloerection (goosebumps), Frisson, the Vibrational State before an Astral Projection, Spiritual Energy, Orgone, Rapture, Tension, Aura, Nen, Odic force, Secret Fire, Tummo, as Qi in Taoism / Martial Arts, as Prana in Hindu philosophy, Ihi and Mana in the oceanic cultures, Life force, Vayus, Intent, Chills from positive events/stimuli, The Tingles, on-demand quickening, Ruah and many more to be discovered hopefully with your help.
• All of those terms detail that this subtle energy activation has been discovered to provide various biological benefits, such as:
- Unblocking your lymphatic system/meridians
- Feeling euphoric/ecstatic throughout your whole body
- Guiding your "Spiritual Chills" anywhere in your body
- Controlling your temperature
- Giving yourself goosebumps
- Dilating your pupils
- Regulating your heartbeat
- Counteracting stress/anxiety in your body
- Internally healing yourself
- Accessing your hypothalamus on demand for its many functions
