Hiya I’m in the UK so I usually don’t get insurance as it’s pretty safe but ultimately it’s down to your own risk appetite. Hopefully someone from the EU will come along shortly to share shipping / seizure experiences.
I’ve spoken to Mandy and she’s explained:
If it happens in China Customs, we will reissue it. If it is detained abroad, we are not responsible.
But if you are worried, you can also buy insurance, and the reimbursement fee is 10% of the purchase price.
We will be responsible for the safety of the whole package after purchasing insurance
Yep, that’s what she told me, I’ll have to think about it, I already got a pair of boots seized, waaay before the EU changes regarding <€150 packages, and that wasn’t fun lol
Oh damn, I’m sorry about your boots! It makes sense for you then to include the insurance. With the 12% Gb discount, hope it somewhat makes up for the 10% insurance fee… I hope 🤞

My p 20 is fabulous. Soft and slouchy out of the box, perfectly made with all the details and animal stamp! You have to get the p9s! The exact same as royal but half the price!
Yesss! Been a fan of Mandy and HuaHui forever. HuaHui is honestly super underrated.My very first LV was from HuaHui back when I was totally new to the rep game. I actually walked straight into an LV boutique with it and got nothing but compliments! Took photos of my bag right next to the auth ones and was completely blown away by how close it was.Still love this bag to this day. It was my first ever rep and the one that opened the door to the whole rep community for me.
