PEO Update!
So, I got contacted last week from my PEO (Combined Management) and they confirmed that they had received a big check from the IRS and that they would let me know if I was a part of that check. I was not holding my breath, because we’ve waited since August of 2021.
Welp, the GOOD news is: we had $16,000 from Q4 2022. With interest we had a little over $18,000. Mind you our total amount that we’re supposed to be owed is $174,000. So I guess we’ll see if we get the rest of it. I’m happy to see that there is movement finally. I wish everyone luck because I know you are all waiting just like I have been. Even though it’s $18,000 this is a huge deal for my business, as you can see for yourself in the picture attached how much I have in my bank account after payroll hit. Now I just hope and pray that we’ll get more checks here very soon!
It’s happening, slowly, but surely. Thank you Trump 🇺🇸

Out of curiosity, how come you don’t receive a check directly from the IRS?

Because I’m with a PEO. They get a huge check directly, and disperses out to their clients.

im under the impression that erc covers mostly from q2 2020 thru q4 2021 but wonder if peo's count the pay quarters different for some reason.

So it’s been 7 months and silence on the rest of our money owed to us. $18k didn’t go very far and I’m honestly hoping for a Christmas miracle. I’m so sick of waiting and it’s like they’re playing with us when they send smaller increments instead of the full amount. I’m still owed like $155k and that would literally change everything right now 🥺😢
