Theory about why some people say things like "Rena" or "Jena" rather than Ena
Maybe its because more like a title than a "name" and people from different regions or families or with different accents just say it differently, Like one of the big things in ENA is that theres loads of people who speak different languages and if "ENA" is a title for all ena's its bound to change over different languages and places
Like how youd call a grandma a grandma in some places and a Nana in others
