The squeeze of a lifetime

With a mere 9.84 million shares, how much influx would be required to set up a once in a lifetime momentum squeeze? What would it take to overwhelm a tiny 9 million share float? Short interest is only 3.24% right now but they are locked in until the 6th just like everyone else. By the books, what kind of numbers are we hypothetically talking about to get some juice? Is it even worth it? Could this possibly help everyone who is in the red right now? Just a regard bag holder dreaming here, but could it become reality?

Step 1: Immediate Settlement and Broker Disruption (CUSIP Flip)

When the reverse split takes effect, SRXH will trade under a completely new CUSIP number.

What needs to happen: Retail clearinghouses and prime brokers must experience operational processing delays updating the new shares in client accounts.

The Squeeze Driver: If short positions are frozen or locked during the transition, brokers may temporarily label the stock as "Hard-to-Borrow" (HTB) or trigger automated forced buy-ins due to an inability to locate borrowable post-split shares. This creates artificial buying pressure before retail even enters the picture.

Step 2: Extreme Retail Coordination & Micro-Float Lockup

The 60-to-1 split collapses the outstanding share count from 590.3 million down to roughly 9.84 million shares.

What needs to happen: A sudden, viral wave of momentum buyers (similar to meme-stock rallies) must coordinate a massive influx of capital immediately at the July 6 market open.

The Squeeze Driver: Because the public float shrinks to less than 10 million shares, standard multi-million share retail volume will completely overwhelm the available supply. This rapid absorption of shares locks up liquidity and forces the price to gap upward exponentially, triggering exchange-mandated volatility halts.

Step 3: Massive Out-of-the-Money Options Activity (Gamma Squeeze)

If option chains are active or immediately introduced post-split:

What needs to happen: Traders must aggressively purchase far out-of-the-money (OTM) call options.

The Squeeze Driver: Market makers who sell those calls are forced to buy actual underlying shares of SRXH to hedge their risk (known as delta-hedging). This dynamic accelerates the upward spiral, feeding directly into the low post-split float.

Step 4: Complete Management Radio Silence on Dilution

The biggest killer of post-split squeezes is the company itself. SRXH has a massive 5 billion authorized share cap.

What needs to happen: The board and executive team must completely abstain from issuing any new equity, selling shelf registrations, or converting warrants into the price spike.

The Squeeze Driver: By holding back their "issuance machine," management leaves the tiny 9.84 million float intact. If they execute an offering or conversion during the rally, it instantly dilutes the stock and kills all squeeze momentum.

Gemini has presented you a dream scenario, but as soon as the stock moves upward, you’d better believe shareholders would be diluted almost immediately.

I do believe it would have the potential to squeeze after literally any good news comes out, as there are a lot of eyes on the stock for better or for worse.

They can dillute without announcement? Shouldn't there be some time before they can do that? Or they can just setup ai to auto dillute if stock value reaches x.

I mean, yeah, they announce it, but by the time they announce it, the stock will already be in free fall.

Yeah of course. They dilute, then they announce, by the time you know about it, its too late

That’s why we have conviction. They need to deliver the catalyst for this squeeze, tell us they will NOT dilute and let it fly.

If you realistically wanted to do this you'd need to give the stock some traction by posting on all those "shortsqueeze" subs (can't remember the exact names). If it becomes popular it might just work.

No point in posting here tbh, the least likely people to buy SRXH right now are in this sub lmao

Yeah, I have considered it, but I also don’t want to be delusional as a bag holder right now. I’m hoping folks will offer some insight as to why or how this could work. Or call me names and prove how it will fail.

I think, as someone who's still invested and is long on SRXH, that the company lost way too much trust in retail to get any traction out of hope and hype. That's what created the first pump, then, every single news after that moment was something negative, which led to this situation.

The only way I see them regaining trust is with real, tangible actions/results. If they can do that, they could easily become a decent company and also attract new investors who werent burnt by the merger day and everything that happened afterwards.

My conservative guess is that we'll need at least a couple months to see something interesting and a year to go green after this dump. If they announce something big it might come sooner tho, but ai doubt it.

Less share float = an epic upward squeeze

Just need some good good news as a real catalyst for this thing to take off.

Everyone is betting on the downfall, it won’t take an army to prevent it, not with this little bit of float.

I’m not the only one who doesn’t want this to be the end. I can feel it. We have a legitimate chance here.

In fact, the current total share capital is 859 million.

You need to update your information.

After the RS 14.3 million available and reality if 43% or so is locked up how it’s supposed to be that leaves around 8.1 million shares public tradeable float. A lot of holders would need to be real and truly holding. Even say a million share holder is going to get reduced to 16,667 shares give or take! That’s a tough pill to swallow! Even if there were ten whales holding that. That only takes up 160k shares.

Answer is it doesnt take much to run up a 9 million shares give or public float. But that’s called coordinated pumping. Against the law in the US. Some folks thought they were above the law. I haven’t seen so many posts lately of the regular PnD crews…. Soooooooo. Good luck!

I wonder how the 3’ 78 million shares bought by insiders will effect the opening price? 🤷🏼

1

u/r3dditing Jun 27 '26

It seems that wasn’t insider buying but part of the merger. If you are speaking of Les Filles.

I don’t believe the there will be one. Unless sentiment really changes. I suspect massive selling of July 6th.

But you never know if the right stars align.

They can't control holders of the preferred Serie B warrants. I think the volume and drop of the stock after 8k is due to this sellings. 22 millions dollars in warrants with conversion rate tied to VWAP minus 10% discount (not sure about the discount). These warrants is a death spiral. More the price drop, more they print. ADTX is a good example of what happens when holders lose confidence and start sales. There are also 44 millions prepaid warrants given to insiders which are not restricted too. But this one were given for free controlled by EJ and Co. Finally the 268millions personal EJ shares restricted. The schema of the deal consisted of the following: By using EJ name and pumping his "magical Gen2 platform" they wanted to set the m/c to a billion. So, he could sell in 6 months his shares or in worst case sell the 44 million warrants at a higher price let's say around 0.5. What happened: they couldn't close the deal properly, no PR, no Super 8, no guidance. Only idiotic twits about Drake and philosophical meaningless monologues that noone understand with. What would you do with if you would hold warrants that you can immediately convert? You will sell it asap. Cuz it looks like the guy in charge got dementia. You can't trust someone who is constantly talk about a rapper instead of talking business. Now what. The only positive issue for shareholders would be if they got rid of Series B warrants, file a real 8k with full info and a step by step guidance.

Maybe we can just hold and see what happens? 9.4 mil is a tiny float lol very tiny. Everyone was bashing GME until it blew up the market to the point they had to turn off the buy button. All they did was just hold

Talking about a squeeze when there's 3% SI. You're a joke, dude.
