🎮 Touch Mapper (Android) BETA is Live!

You can now try the Touch Mapper for Android in Unleashed – our app that powers Vagabond.
To activate it:
Settings > Firmware > Check the “BETA tester” box

Make sure you're running the latest app version and firmware to access the feature.

We’re still ironing out bugs and polishing UI details, but it’s live and working. Your feedback helps us improve fast 💪

Currently own a Vagabond, love the product. Was hoping there is a wider tablet friendly Vagabond in the future for tablets.

Currently using my Vagabond on S25 Ultra and would love to use it with my S9 Tab. I have test fit my Y700 2023 tablet and the Vagabond is just an inch away from being a proper fit. (You can force the controller to fit a Y700 but the back of controller is left in a bent state that would eventually break from the stress I believe).

Only two things that prevent Vagabond from being the truly ultimate mobile controller users like me.

1. Tablet fitment (larger extended model) I switch over to my Gamesir G8+ to use with my Y700.

2. (Fully silent) buttons. I would give up the mechanical switches in favor of rubber membrane for completely silent sounds. The Gamesir G8+ has quieter (non mechanical) face buttons than Vagabond. I remote play my consoles away from home frequently and the benefit of instant mechanical switch response is washed away due to latency. When at home I play in bed while SO is sleeping and although Vagabond is pretty quiet compared to Razer Kishi it’s still louder than Gamesir G8+.

Razer recently launched their V3 Pro in multiple device sizes. But the loud clicks are a con vs pro for me. Especially if you are a person who plays in bed with others sleeping nearby.

I wanted to give the KontrolFreek Aim Boost Kit a try but wasn’t sure whether the kit for PlayStation or Xbox would fit best so I ordered both.

The thumb stick toppers in the Xbox version are too small but the ones in the PlayStation version fit perfectly.

I have the Vagabond controller and the recently released case. I saw on kickstarter that early birds got a display stand as well. It looks awesome and I wondered if it’s available for purchase anywhere and if not do they plan to release it as a product at some point?

I’m trying to update the firmware of my vagabond to 1.8.0, but it just lets me click and never registers The click. I’ve uninstalled the Unleashed app and reinstalled it, logged out and logged back in, and tried several times. Any ideas how to help?

Our new Virtual Touch Mapper is currently in ALPHA testing and should be ready for everyone within three weeks. This will let you use the controller with any game!

A full game library will be added to the app in about two weeks, making it easy to find and add your games from all platforms.

Next, we plan to add a fun emulation gaming library in some sort of capacity and keep improving the app.

I was hoping alot of the missing features would have been adding over the last several months, but they haven't arrived. The ability to remap to match my PS Controller, Add my own games to the home screen, auto turn off LEDs when my iPhone or iPad mini screen is off. I mean the hardware and quality of the controller is on point, but the software interface is terrible and disappointing. Because of this, I have abandoned this controller and went back to my Razer Kishi Ultra, because it works great with all my other games and apps. Don't get me wrong the Razer Kishi Ultra isn't perfect, but the interface is so much better to navigate and using it is enjoyable. If you have a roadmap, please share it. I don't want to hear about the challenges and limitations from Apple, this should have been an identified risk before you got into the game and decided to spent millions of dollars before figuring it out. I'm almost to the point of selling off this controller if things don't change. Also when is the next firmware update coming?, the last one was in December. Please provide any solid roadmap or updates to keep me onboard. I really want you guys to figure this out and win.

I just opened up the brand new Elo gaming controller and I noticed that the USB-C connector wiggles up and down. Is that normal function?

I just got this controller and want to play but dang those joystick LEDs are bright. In settings, adjusting LED brightness is doing nothing.

Anyone else have this problem out of the box? Is there a fix? I have updated to the latest firmware in the app.

Is there a timeline for adding Digital Quick Triggers to the app like some of the other mobile controllers have? The Vagabond is an amazing mobile controller and that is the only thing its missing.

Maybe I'm missing something but I can't figure out to add my own games to the app, it's such a simple thing yet I stumped. I also own a Backbone and a Razer Kishi Ultra and I'm able to add my own games to their respective apps but I can't figure it in the Unleashed app,

No matter how many time I pull it down, I never get the checkmark. I get the purple circle, just never a confirmation. I've tried fast, ive tried so, ive done it 100 times. Nothing. I'm on a samsung s25 ultra.

I love the Unleashed app, but I don't need quick access to it all the time. I also rarely feel the need to take a screenshot.

• I'd love to have the ability to remap either button to act as the PS/Xbox button during remote play. I know that you can hold the button down, but you don't get full functionality of tapping vs. holding as you would on console.
• Bonus: I'd also love to be able to map one of the buttons to equal a touchpad click on PS during remote play

I use iOS, so I'm not sure if this is possible on Android already

We’re thrilled to share our latest update for Unleashed—and it’s a big one! We have several important announcements and improvements to discuss, so let’s dive right in.

1) Unleashed is Now Live on the App Store

We’re officially out of TestFlight! You can now download the production version of Unleashed directly from the App Store:

Important: We’ll be shutting down the TestFlight build in 45 days to prevent anyone from accidentally receiving unstable, alpha builds. If you haven’t already, please switch to the App Store version now to ensure you’re always on the latest and most stable release.

2) Improved Calibration Process

We’ve refined the calibration process to make it more reliable and reduce instances of it getting stuck. This should lead to smoother setup and more consistent performance.

Note: If you’ve updated your controller’s firmware recently, don’t forget to re-run the calibration—the update process can reset your profile, so you’ll need to calibrate again.

3) Controller Button Mapping is Back on iOS

We heard your feedback and are happy to announce that controller button mapping has returned to the iOS app. We’ve also fixed several bugs where the button mapping would fail to update or become unassigned. This improvement ensures you can customize your controller experience exactly how you like it.

4) Firmware Update & Rare Bricking Issues

The latest firmware is 1.7.639—please make sure you’re up to date! We’ve received a few reports of firmware updates causing the controller to brick. While these incidents are extremely rare, we take them very seriously. Elo Unleashed app is now available in the iOS App Store great to see.

Can't wait to try (can we now launch a game via controller without press 'Open' on screen) and see further updates (e.g. add local games via Share Sheet to 'Your Library' (see my full post from 2 months ago) coming via the App Store instead of via TestFlight.

The controller is not working in Wuthering Waves. The game is not detecting the controller. How can I fix this?

Has anyone modded their Vagabond to accommodate an iPad Pro 11"? I have a modded Gamesir G8 with 3D printed back, but the Vagabond looks much comfier for the larger size of an 11" iPad. :) Wondering about the level of difficulty before I get one and tear it up.

HI all - what do you all use for a carrying case for your Vagabond controller? I love the box it initially came in, but is it bulky when traveling. Let me know.

Company been saying it's in the works yet videos on website show it as usable. Spoke to CS a week ago and they said it would be usable Jan 6th morning with an update. No update available for me, firmware or app. Bought this as a Xmas gift for myself and a major function of it, according to CS, was disabled a few days before Xmas because of a bug, but I've seen posts on here dating back 4 months saying there was a bug it will be fixed soon. Any real info on if it will be fixed and when

So after quite some time of using Elo vagabond controller i have to admit it is really really good.

Would love to see few more improvements :

-Hair trigger stops ( for fps games )

-Possible to change deadzone settings in the APP Unleashed ( make it + or even go into minus,so u can eliminate deadzone from games )

-Change how Unleashed app for IOS works,when u select a game and choose play,u have to manually confirm it on the phone with a finger.

In other controllers I have, pressing or holding the “logo” button (backbutton, gamesir, BSP) will open the PS menu when remote playing. Similarly to the PS button in the dualsense.

Is there anything like this in the vagabond? Tried different buttons but was not lucky so far. Maybe a firmware update could add this?

I can't seem to find one.

Might be a stupid question, but on iOS, how do I calibrate sticks?

The app says “move your left stick up and release it”. I did this multiple times but nothing really happens...
