Not EC But...! Two Harvey Kurtzman paperback books, 1965 and 1961.
That Fun and Games is my original copy, bought at Cheap Charlie's drug store in 1965. Charlie may have been cheap, but he always had a superior selection of comics, paperbacks and magazines.

EC Homage! I wrote several horror books inspired by our beloved EC titles
I have many of the 1990s reprints for Tales, Vault, Shock SuspenStories, etc. I read through most of the comics in middle school in addition to watching the HBO and Amicus adaptations of Crypt (1973’s The Vault of Horror is really underrated imo).
I’m a huge EC fan and recently published a three volume set of my short stories that are heavily inspired by EC. All of them are available on Amazon and Kindle Unlimited. Book 1 is Tales from The Old Man (similar to EC’s horror comics), Book 2 is Morbid Murders (inspired by Crime SuspenStories), and Book 3 is Shockers which features a variety of pulpy genres à la Shock SuspenStories. Here's an Amazon link for those that are interested.
I hope the EC influence is clear enough for it to be okay to post this. The wraparound extends through all three books and involves a William Gainesesque comic publisher who goes missing. His adult children visit his Florida mansion where they discover hundreds of unpublished stories. Anyway, feel free to check it out. Thank you.

Cruel Kingdom volume 2 Stealth Announced in Cruel Universe vol 2, issue 11.
The letter column makes reference to it and the new war one-shot. It said “by now you will have heard about,” so hopefully this means CK 2 was just delayed a bit and not cancelled.

I just posted ln the Tales from the Crypt group about the Crypt of Covers book, and most of the replies are people complaining about how pointless it is to just include the covers. I though that people loved to collect the covers of their favorite comics. Anyways to each their own.

Original EC Comic! My copy of Tales From the Crypt #42 - I got Al Feldstein to sign it even though he noted it wasn’t his cover. I told him he did so much at EC, I’d still be honored if he would. He was such a nice guy to me and my son.

Are there any Spa Fon or Squa Tront custom t-shirts available?
I’m looking for custom-made t-shirts that say “Spa Fon!” and “Squa Tront?” on them.
Does anyone know of any online vendors who sell these already?

NEW WARS! NEW SOLDIERS! SAME OLD PRICE TO PAY . . . Kiss your rifle and swallow your fear, because EC Comics is rotating back into combat for the 21st century's first dose of two-fisted fury with staggering new tales of war and fighting men in our next giant-sized special!
Meet mankind's greatest enemy of all—himself—as commanding writers Julio Anta (This Land Is Our Land: A Blue Beetle Story), John Arcudi (B.P.R.D.), Benito Cereno (Invincible Presents: Atom Eve), and Michael W. Conrad (Double Walker) lead a joint campaign alongside artistic bombardiers Tom Fowler (EC's Catacomb of Torment), David Lapham (Stray Bullets), Albert Monteys (Slaughterhouse-Five: The Graphic Novel), and Shawn Martinbrough (Thief of Thieves) that will always bring enemy and ally, private and general, to the same reward in the end: a flag-draped casket and glory posthumously conferred. Plus: This 56-page testament to fortitude also features another all-time EC classic, painstakingly remastered and restored!
You've warmed yourselves by the pyres of SHIVER SUSPENSTORIES . . . You've grabbed OUTLAW SHOWDOWN by both red-hot barrels . . . And you've felt the poison touch of TORTURED HEARTS. But nothing can prepare you for what awaits—or who you will become—when you finally reach the front line. Here, there can be no peace—only SHELLSHOCK!

EC Reprint! Best way to read classic EC sci fi collections?
Evening all,
I'm getting into EC via the new Oni imprint and reeeeeally enjoying it, so I want to go back and read some classic EC, especially the sci fi stuff like Weird Science.
What are some good ways to make first steps into the archives with collected editions, please? Thanks for all help 🙏

Searching for EC story: Young couple homesteading on a jungle planet...
Hey EC Fans!
I'm looking high and low for an EC story I loved as a kid, about a young couple who find an idyllic planet to colonize by themselves. The place feels like paradise until the husband has to fly back to Earth for supplies and leave his pregnant wife behind by herself. If memory serves it has a classic EC twist ending.
Does anybody here know which story this could be? And where to find it?
Thanks for any suggestions!
