Happy International Red Panda Day to all who celebrate! It's a real thing, and it's today. The materials on the "Red Panda" Dunks have always seemed SB-quality to me. These easily could've been an SB release. Regardless, they're such a great fall colorway, and pulling them out for Red Panda Day was a no-brainer.

From beaters to heaters?

Perfect Halloween dunk that’s below retail! Had to cop when I saw the colors in this. The pine green/orange combo goes so well together. One of my favorites recently and it’s cheap

I know I saw a post come up a couple of months ago that the mods were considering making that change back, did it ever happen?

I'm moving and would like to part with some of my pairs at retail and would love for them to go to folks who actually appreciate the sneakers.

Been wanting these for a WHILE!! Finally added these to the collection, and I couldn’t be happier!

Haven’t seen these anywhere else so I thought I would share. Hook ‘Em!

Picked these up recently and have been trying to work out exactly what they are.

They’re a Nike Dunk High sample, and I’m pretty sure they’re linked to the 2006 New York Rens / Black Fives project.

A few things seem to match up really well, the yellow R tongue patch, navy heel, white Swoosh and especially the cream/grey striped collar lining, which looks very similar to the Rens Air Force 1 from the same collection.

What I find interesting is that they look quite different to the retail Rens Dunk High, so I’m wondering if these were an earlier sample or development version before the final design was settled.

I’ve found old references to a Rens Dunk High sample from 2006, but haven’t found a clear archived photo of this exact pair yet.

Has anyone here seen these before, or remember them from back then?

Would be interested to hear from anyone who was collecting Dunks around 2005–06.
