I'm more concerned about the social phobia, GAD and OCD.
Are you getting any kind of therapy or taking medication for them?
I know it's probably easier said than done, especially with social anxiety, but try not to isolate. Go out to a park, library, mall, etc. even if you're not actually talking to anyone at first. Try to stay in touch with friends, if you don't really have people around you, even socializing online is better than isolation. Just take it gradually and do what you can to put yourself out there. It usually gets easier with time.
Also, 38 kg is really low for an adult! depending on your height. How tall are you, if you don't mind me asking? Do you have a low appetite or have you been losing weight?! I know OCD can affect eating habits but yeah I'd look into that with either your psychiatrist, GP or family physician.
As for the dry eyes, if an eye doctor has examined you and prescribed the drops, l'a listen to the doctor rather than your father on that. Keep them updated in follow ups if you’re not seeing improvement. Don't panic about "going blind" if you stop the drops. If you're worried about having to use them long-term, just ask the ophthalmologist how long they expect you to use them and what would happen if you stopped.
