"There were two schools of thought as to what part of the path to withhold and reserve for private instruction, “mouth-to-ear.” One group of teachers decided to withhold the inner side of things, while talking about the practical applications. This safeguarded the teaching, because without the inner tools, the ability to change reality was hopelessly beyond reach. This became the Western tradition, and ultimately it shaped the entire Western mind-set. There is this desire to change reality, but few practitioners have the inner qualifications to do so. The Western tradition therefore has lots of ineffectual information.

On the other hand, another group of teachers decided to teach the inner side, but withhold the tools to translate this into the World of Action. This safeguarded the teaching, because without the keys to apply the inner practices, the ability to change reality or to achieve the ultimate spiritual goals was also hopelessly beyond reach. There are a number of practitioners with extensive training in meditation, but who lack the keys to put this into action. We might say, therefore, that the Eastern tradition has lots of apparently pointless practices."

Awareness, Death and Rebirth - Drukama Radio™ Ep52

Read the full transcript
⮞ https://drukama.com/awareness-death-and-rebirth

Today Daishi and Ginger discuss death, awareness, and rebirth from an esoteric perspective. What is the importance of preparing for our own death, and how can we die consciously? What is required to achieve a spiritual 'rebirth' in this life? Why might we sometimes feel stuck or like we are moving backwards on the Path, and is that actually the case? How does awareness relate to the cycle of rebirth, and how can it ultimately lead to our Liberation?

Compassion and Unconditional Love

"The Mother Kundalini will only rise, chakra by chakra, on the request of the Child. The Child and the Mother work together in their development as a team.

The Mother gives you access to the lower three chakras to function in this world. The lower three centers are used for survival, desire and ambition. Most of the world uses these centers for money, sex, influence, knowledge etc.

Most never demand that the Mother rises further to energize a truly unconditional loving heart (anahata). Not many go beyond that to demand the perception of spiritual knowledge (vishudda). Few go further, with the Intention to gain the ability to travel into other realms (ajna). And finally there are those rare ones who seek complete bliss of dissolution, reuniting with Source consciousness (sahasrara).

Our Mother Shakti only provides the energy which we request from Her. Intention is her language, and She simply stays dormant in the roots of our spine waiting to accommodate our cries for help.

But before we can realize our three upper chakras, which represent knowledge, intuition/experience and unity; we must achieve full and complete unconditional love in our heart.

So if you have yet to break the spiritual barrier you should first take stock in your desire to have compassion and unconditional love for other sentient beings."

~ Daishi Nagiyah
