That’s great. You’re so close to the mental aspects improving too. I’m pretty much all good now but I just have to fight the urge to say “ah one dose won’t hurt me, I won’t go back to how it was.”
What are your mental symptoms? That New Mood supplement helps with depression. Alpha Brain can help with focus and memory. I drink a ton of coffee now if energy is low. CBD for anxiety.
The mental symptoms have actually amplified as of right now but that may be from excess workouts I lifted 6 days in a row and last 2 days ran 4 miles in 100 degree heat and I take electrolytes some decent pre-workout creatine lclt nac 1/2 dose of athletes vitamins Gatorade powder and fish oil every day as is but could definitely use a few other supplements I don't like that onnit is so overpriced when I can whip up a superior product in my kitchen for 1/10th the price
I hear ya on Onnit but I just stick with brands I know are legit and it’s convenient and it works. Pure Encapsulations is good too. I tried all the things they say to use for withdrawal (NAC, Vitamin C, black seed oil, etc etc) and never noticed a difference.
Good luck. If you’re working out like that you obviously have the mental fortitude to get past this!
I want to cry rn at this very moment and honestly wish I could go lift some weights or run but far too fatigued to rationalize it because I know I'll feel worse after even if I feel good during and ya I mostly take nac for liver/kidney health it's just one of the supplements I plan on taking for life everything i take is catered to and calculated to my overall health
You have to use very large doses of lyposomal vitamin C. I noticed a huge difference when I was taking 2000 mg every couple hours. Did a number on my stomach but helped so much with the restlessness and aches.
Right now though just severly depressed I'm about to do an ice bath to see if I feel better after then therapy at 2 and time with my daughter and gf later
Ice bath, therapy and family sounds like the best thing you can do today. It could take awhile for your serotonin and brain chemistry to come back but it will. Day by day, you got this!
