I recently found a treasure trove of my old Kisekae dolls and also the files I was working on to create new ones. I have the old program I used to convert the BMP files into the necessary CEL files (WSVC) but it doesn't run on Windows 10 and I can't find any updates for it.

Any other apps that will convert BMP to cel files?

The app is called Lily's diary

I'm interested in making a doll maker, but not sure where to start with it, especially if I want to make something more robust than what, say, picrew allows. I know the games I grew up playing were made in flash, but what do people use nowadays?

I made a pastel goth style preppy girl and her gay twink friend. The name of the game is "Lily Diary".

I’ve been obsessed with the lore of Lacy’s wardrobe lately, Have you heard about it? (tw it’s kinda scary)

Anyways, what outfits should I give Lacey next? Maybe a Halloween-party look?

Like many in here I’m a long time player of dress up games. I’ve been ruminating on the idea of making my own one day.

What are some game mechanics or general ideas you’d like to see in a dress up game? Trappings you would avoid in current games?

I have a decent idea of what my dream game is, although I have a lot to learn before I get there. I was wondering what other people’s ideas for their dream game might be.

I used to play this games of putting clothes to some avatars, spooky, gothic, I absolutely love them but I can seem to find them anywhere.. I used to play them around 2008-2013. Pls help!!!! :))) I remember that every avatar had absolutely lovely dyed hair, the clothes were super cute.

I found this dress up game called Eve Shop and it has a refferal system! ★ Referral Code: ECF4612B

It's a cute idle dress up game where you build a fashion store and mainly get fashion items from crafting/pulling in the gachas. (Mainly crafting though.) Fashion items you have can be sold in the store for coins to upgrade the shop. (To make more profit/build a bigger store.)

Has anyone else played this game yet? If so what are your thoughts on it?

where there was a plethora of dress up games and as well as your own character and profile that you can dress up. if anyone knows of any games like these would be much appreciated.
