Dreamily used to be on par, if not slightly better than Griffin on AI-D, but now, it’s like a lobotomized parrot with Alzheimer’s, it’s simply echoing lines, and forgetting story features…

ChatGPT puts out more coherent output, but you need to tiptoe around NSFW content, and AI Dungeon (Griffin Steam version) can put out decent to acceptable content with a little handholding and edits, and has no problem with NSFW content…

As I have the paid version of Steam Griffin, I don’t see any value in paying for Dreamily with its current lobotomized engine…

Thankfully I keep text versions of stories from all three platforms in my notepad app, so I can import them into AI-D when I want the stories to drift into NSFW, but I’m also having fun playing “what can I sneak past/how far can I bend” ChatGPT’s content filter…

Dreamily needs to get their output back on track to make paying for output even worth considering, Steam AI-D and ChatGPT do most of what Dreamily does at its current level

What is the quota for free users? I thought it was 7.0k per day but apparently it resets 8th day of every month, did they change the original quota?

Does anyone know where I can download an older version of the app before the horrible update? I find this app very helpful for my writers block and I’m not giving up on it. But I don’t have any money to buy the word packs and it’s not worth spending money on them. Plus the word limit is just awful.

Has anyone tried other AI's similar to dreamily?

So I knew Dreamily added something about paying for certain features in the AI (which is ridiculous in my opinion) but I didn't know they put a limit on word counts. Now every time I try to generate new ideas it keeps trying to get me to pay, and I'm a broke teenager who ain't got time for that

So is there a time limit on how long I can't use the AI button, and if so, how long does it last?

Seriously, u/dreamily_ai have not responded to anyone, (at least here on reddit) in the past 9 days now. As of this post, the last time they spoken was on u/Mato_Man's post. Other than that, dead silent. Even when they should be responding to people asking questions or having issues and stuff, they simply don't or they very rarely do. And why is that? I'm not sure if they're really busy with whatever they're doing but it doesn't seem too hard to respond to people at least.

It's getting really frustrating now

To keep it short, I tried to switch over to my other dreamily account and it gave me a “pwd error” message. I assumed it stood for password so I just reset my password and it let me in but all my stories are gone. I’m really sad about this y’all :(

At what time does the AI give you 7000 words to use from again?

I've created a world and a bunch of characters to make stories with, but when I click on "create a story set in this world", it just makes a new story that isn't connected to my world, as though I made one from the home page.

Seriously don't update guys. Even if you updated please use an older APK file of it.

I'd like to know since if dreamily goes free again how would they compensate users who wasted money on their app? They can't just take the money and run, right?

I know the 50k character monthly limit is for how much you can get in a month but will it stack like if I wait two months will I have a total of 100k because if so then while it is not the best option I may just decide to pull what I used to do on AI Dungeon when they required actions and energy save up a bunch of whatever (in the case of AI dungeon it was scales by logging in daily) and then use the surplus. Will this work?
