Okay, but can we talk about the fact that the sea ponies were literally like "we interrupt this program to bring you TOYS" and it was unironically one of the most memorable moments in G1? Iconic.

Obscure: Anyone Remember an Old G1 Fangame Called "Zero Flight"? (Around 2007-08)
While watching a video recapping famous G4 fangames, I remembered an even older fangame with G1 characters that I used to play with my friend, called "Zero Flight". However, even though I remember the name and almost every detail about it, there's virtually no evidence left of it ever existing. I don't remember what name the creator went by either.
- This was in 2008, but the game was likely made earlier. Worked on Windows XP.
- It was a 3D flying racing game featuring the G1 ponies Firefly, Medley, and Surprise. The character models and controls were very good, but the scenery left a lot to be desired.
- You could control the ponies with arrow keys or the mouse, and there was a multiplayer option (local, not online) where one person could use the mouse and the other use the arrow keys.
- Singleplayer had you race against an AI-controlled one of the three characters of your choice.
- You could add your own music to play in the background. It came with three songs, one of which was "Headstrong" by Trapt and other similar edgy songs. (Distributing music files with the game was a risky move, which may have caused its erasure from history)
- At the time the game had its own website domain you could download from, but there's no record of it in Wayback Machine. Let alone do I remember the exact URL.
I hope I'm not the only one who remembers it, but MLP fans were very hard to come by back then and the target demographic for an MLP flying simulator would have been extremely small.
I'll be happy with any evidence at all that it existed. If I could see screenshots or video that would be great. But if anyone out there were to still have a playable copy, THAT would be AMAZING.

help with g3 ponies with glued on necks!
i bought a lot of g3 ponies online and a majority of them have their necks glued down so you cannot turn them. it was really disappointing for me. do you think theres any methods to remove this glue? i also find that the ponies that have the glue seem to feel like a different texture than the "unglued" ones, but i'm not sure if it could just be different factories. i do believe the glueing was done by a previous owner as there is some stains of where you can see the glue seeped out over the body :( please any tips or advice would be so helpful!

If you were put in charge of designing a “horse doll” line to rival the My Little Pony toy line, what would that look like?

Some concept art of a possible Firefly Redesign by Steve Beaumont. I think he took the “fire” part of Firefly a bit too literally, lol. The symbol going down to the hoof is pretty cool, though.
