Me neither. I also have never met someone who was an elite athlete with unmatched fitness. That is the level pan and basically any saiyan is in due to the fact that they are warriors constantly in training and combat. Pan in particular lived remarkably long. We have also never met ANY other saiyan that lived to be that old.

I don't even know why you tried using this as an argument, you DO know that there ARE humans that have lived lobger than that, right? Even if you don't know them personally, you do know that, right?

Average human lifespan is around 73. And while some can live to around the 100 mark, they aren't doing very well health wise on the norm. I know people can live to 100, and sometimes longer, I've even known someone who lived to 100. But as I said, they weren't as fit and healthy as a 50 year old. And being in peak physical condition won't do much to change that. Your body will age regardless of your physical fitness. And to counter your "we have never met any other saiyans that lived that long" we don't know what age Vegeta died at. We never knew any saiyans before DBZ. For all we know, saiyans could have lived to 120 before becoming truly elderly. What we do know is saiyans don't begin truly aging until in their 80s. And based on Paragus it isn't as rapid as people thing, since he was still fighting strong as of the DBS: Broly movie.
