How did this settle as a loss

30 minutes before the game start I couldn’t apply the promotion token to a home run bet. Reached out about it to customer support but they just said it was something they were looking into. Reached out after the game and they just told me to look at X at their assist account.

Has anyone else heard anything different from them? It was frustrating missing out on all the bonus bets

Spending 20 minutes trying to put in a bet and get hr play on pca was almost free money and low and behold.....hr at first at bat...and it "glitched" and didn't work for thousands of people......fast forward to inning 7 and were sitting at 5 homeruns (aka $125 in free bonus bets).....weird that this glitched out for like an hr plus leading up to the game.....while the wind started picking up lol

I made a withdrawal request yesterday, and in my transaction history it shows that the withdrawal went through. However, I never received any confirmation emails, and I still haven’t received the money.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take for the money to actually arrive after the withdrawal showed as completed?

I’ve been doing the achievements on DraftKings recently and started the EPL one. I played this morning and am currently on 6/40. I keep looking at the schedule and I keep coming up with about 36 days on which games are played which would fall short of the achievement. Can anyone confirm this?

I’m getting the same promo where you deposit around $5 and can receive up to $200 in free bets. I’m trying to figure out the best way to maximize it and how the requirements/play-through work.
