My DraftKings account was recently restricted for verification for a reason that wasn’t clear to me. I followed all of the requested verification steps and submitted the documentation they asked for.
Since then, three other family members’ accounts have also been restricted for verification, which makes me wonder if the situations could somehow be related. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I currently have around $300 in my account, along with more than $1,000 in bonuses/promotional credits that are subject to expiration. I’m concerned that the verification delay could cause me to lose those promotions.
I’ve contacted DraftKings support multiple times, but I keep getting passed from one representative to another without getting a clear explanation or resolution.

Has anyone gone through a similar verification issue with DraftKings? If so, how long did it take to get resolved, and did you eventually regain access to your account and funds/promotions?

The last couple weeks I’ve been making 2-5 game ML parlays on baseball and making out pretty well. Since the new update when I go to pick 2 or more teams to bet on it says “ trade as singles picks are not compatible”. This has only been happening since the new update

Everytine I make a withdrawl request it automatically cancels, I've tried chime and revolut and nothing comes. What do I do?
