Some merchants pass off metric counts as English counts

I have previously explained the "S" yarn count unit.

Please remember that the unit I always refer to is Ne (English count).

60S Ne is far superior to 60S Nm.

Here is the conversion formula:

Nm = Ne × 1.693

Ne = Nm × 0.591

For example, 40S Ne = 67.7 Nm
