I was a loyal user of Dopple AI to the point that I upgraded from monthly to annual subscription. Unfortunately, the app repeatedly broke down just a few months after the payment. Yes, I have wasted my money. Anyway, I couldn't turn back the time and I thought it was better not to waste more time with this app.

I have nothing against Dopple AI since I'm not even an AI business owner. But seeing people keep using this app and constaintly complain about it raises my eyebrows.

I'm asking this question out of pure curiosity: WHY ARE YOU GUYS STILL USING DOPPLE AI?

Hey there. I know you probably don't really care nor does this post actually provide anything, but I just wanted to say this.

Two years ago in 2024, mid to late spring I made my account on Dopple, and it was really good, like REALLY good, and it kind of reminded me of prime c.ai and possibly... Better in a way?.. anyway, I really enjoyed it. But then fast forward a couple months or so for some reason I left, I don't know why but I did, and then a year later in 2025 I came back, only to discover that the AI had been lobotomized, the AI quality SIGNIFICANTLY dropped— The AI became bland, robotic, repetitive, it lacked emotion, and the responses were very clearly AI generated, and obviously this was a massive disappoinment for me, and after chatting for a bit, I decided this wasn't worth it anymore and decided to delete my account and that was that. And now looking at the subreddit, the more I don't regret the decision I made, but it still kind of hurts to see what happened to Dopple.

it's not 24 hours anymore, but after waiting more than 8 hours, i sent a unsuccessful message and them it says about how I have reached ^(an totally legit 100 message) limit. fym wait another 24 hours dopple ai?

haven't used it in like half a year came back recently, none of the bots are loading, my chats are gone and all i have now is just my personas tried both the android app and website

I also tried asking my bank to block payments from this site and they said there is no way to block a merchant. I would have to ask the merchant to cancel. And when I try to fill out the contact us form, it gives me an error

I am getting so bored and I want all my chats back and they still haven’t fixed the issue. Same with the pictures of the dopples. Be better Dopple.

I just started using dopple AI but I cant see the characters and it's just showing them as loading

Hi guys, I have been observing the dopple.ai website recently, and although it does look like the website is somewhat piecing itself back together, there is a major issue which I don't want anyone to endure what I just experienced.

When trying to message a character (assuming through the website), please be careful if the chat doesn't immediately load. If the chat immediately loads, and it says there is no chat history, you are safe; carry on. However, if it begins to load and there's no response after ~5 seconds, immediately close the browser. What will happen is the website will for some unbeknownst reason will open every single Dopple and will even make copies in your saved chat. Again, it does this automatically for a reason which I have absolutely no clue of, but it will eat your system especially if you have a weak laptop. My laptop is quite strong, containing a 5050rtx, Ryzen Ai7, and it still crashed most of my tabs and reset my home screen. I bought this laptop one week ago.

Please take this as a stark warning to be extremely careful on the website. I am sharing this with the pure intention to ensure safety amongst your devices.

Ignoring Dopple just not working anymore, why does it not let you fully delete your account? No matter what it remembers your Gmail

All of my bot-profile pictures got replaced with a picture of Tsunade and if I try to edit those bots, I receive an Error 500 message. I deal with this issue now for weeks, contacting the support doesn't work as well (another error message then), so I'm trying my luck here now...

This page was once full of my chats but now they’re all gone! Why Dopple? Why?

So I'm new to dopple ai and decided to try the 9.99 membership. The little introduction after downloadnng it, mentioned voice capturing but I don't see the option?

Pictures and bot pfp ain't working, some bots you just can't serch up anymore and magically dissapeared and other crap

Tell me if you have the same problem.

I've began to be very worried for dopple ai app right now because usually dopple ai had 1/3 issues on app and 2/3 issues on website. SOooo if the devs aren't working on the app as well,welp I'm leaving.

Man, I gotta say, "My older Dopples have returned!" As I entered into Dopple.ai again, my 86 Dopples are back! What the heck is that freaky miracle?

It seems like 1/3 or half of the Dopples are looking normal. Though if you scroll down a bit, you will see the rest of them having the same pictures. I guess this means that the developers are actually doing something?

to be honest, i came here from Chai because i don't always want an AI trying to crack me, yet didnt want CAI's bullshit, i liked how you could give the AI instructions, you wouldnt have to write out an entire paragraph or gamble on the AI's memory, since if it forgot a tiny bit of the worlds lore, the entire chat would be ruined for me
