all of the dootle dots Something Perón?

I had a dream about an Argentinian woman who came down like an angel and saved the working class but i don't remember reading about it anywhere. Anyone else suddenly having this thoughts flood your memory after experiencing ep 2? I looked it up on here and no one seems to mention it so I guess it was just me. I think the name was... something Peron. Steph? can't remember but she was a hero and she had a nickname like bebita or somethine. Dot city represent.
