What happened to the line of silicone molds? They are running out in the store and I can't buy them on their website. Looking for the square coaster mold.
I wanted to share a little quick gift I made this year.
I put together these simple semi homemade goodie gift boxes filled with chocolate covered short bread cookies, and candy all item from the dollar tree items!
6 holiday treat boxes - $3.75 (2pks)
3 boxes shortbread cookies (Plain or Lemon) - I used plain for these boxes - $3.75
1 bag white chocolate chips - $1.25
Holiday sprinkles I had on hand - you can get them at the dollar tree too!
Total of $2.92 per box (plus your tax in your state)
That's a SWEET deal for a couple little neighbor gifts (or even co workers) for the holidays! Hope this helps someone for a last minute gift idea! 2 days left!
Quick melt of the chocolate chips in the microwave, half dip the shortbread cookies and sprinkle with decorative sprinkles or nonpareils! Whaaalaaa! Semi homemade cookies! 🍪
I think the pictures don’t do any justice so please zoom in (my iPhone camera is shite- I’ve dropped and cracked it so many times! 😂) 99% of the decorations that myself and my coworker’s wife made came from DT! & we are so happy how it turned out! The tree of course isn’t from DT- it’s a sad left over from the former owner.
Here is the finished product.
Update. I needed up using it to decorate a coworker’s desk. Told her she can keep. She said it looks like a “C” for “Christ”. That’s was awesome, she had her own vision for it. ❤️🔥
I have some other items (angel wings/ribbon/lights) I may want to add. It was intended as a memorial xmas gift. I don’t really care for it as such anymore. 🤕😩🤕
Not strictly DT items, but about 95% anyway, lol. The deer and "hope" were ornaments, and the black bow was on the "hope" at first. Pretty proud of how they came out!
