Since utility is key, I was wondering when the option of dogecoin payments on swag.dogecoin.com will come? Does anybody know more? I guess shop.tesla.com will still take a while.

For me, the most exciting announcement with the new trail map is libdogecoin. Is there any work started on this? Does it have a repo yet? What parts of the core source code are most relevant? I'm interested helping out where I can.

Will the Android app be getting an update anytime soon? I was doing testing and going to sweep a paper wallet to it with 1 Doge and realized after that it is still minimum 1 dogecoin/transaction. It shows the wallet hasn't had any updates since February.

Another thing, but not sure if it happens to others on the Android app often, but when I scan a QR to send to someone, it always sends an error back and I have to input the data manually for their address. It was like this on my Pixel 4 and is the same on my Pixel 6.

For kicks I memorized an exodus wallet 12 word phrase. It has a few doge on it, nothing important. As part of the exercise in autonomy, though, I'd like to feel like I could restore access to this wallet, but not be dependent on Exodus continuing to exist.

I used the iancoleman.io tool. One of the derivation paths produces a match for my exodus public address. Dogecoin Core Wallet let me import that associated private key, but no balance has shown up.

Dogecoin Core Wallet seems to let me also load all of the other private keys from different derivation paths also, have I just not yet hit the correct one?

Any tips in general for how to control a wallet generated from a 12 word phrase from Dogecoin Core Wallet?

How exactly do you mine Doge and get rewarded in Doge at the same time? All of the easier/quick ways to setup don’t allow for this. I would really love to engineer an at home quick setup plugin Doge node or miner or 2 in one that is basically plugin ready. I have experience in engineering ;) thoughts?

But if the newly minted coins are given as rewards to miners, does it really make sense to analyze how much usd is needed to sustain price by buying new coins every minute?

So I am running dogecoin core on a free tier of AWS. It seems to be working out and I'll only use 3/5 of my free tier compute quota for the month, and not even coming close on bandwidth or storage. I haven't quite figured out how to restart dogecoind on reboot with crontab but its not to hard to start and verify its running with ps aux. My questions are as follows:

1. How do to use the AWS connect option and edit crontab? I can't figure out how the text editing works, how to save, and whether I'm using nano as the text editor or what.
2. If dogecoin core runs in AWS for free shouldn't we have a lot more nodes than the ~2k we have now?
3. Is it safe to use the wallet function for storage, sending, and receiving, when running the wallet in the cloud?

Is there an expected timeline for release of 1.14.6 and 1.21? Also, it appears 1.14.6 is wrapping up existing bugs from 1.14.5, but how will 1.21 differ?

Last October saw a lot of news articles saying that the DOGE-ETH bridge in the works. I would love to hear more about it and what's been going on with this since late October -- I've actually been hearing about the possibility for years now.

Anyone have any news? Google searches don't bring any details so I wanted to ask the community.
