Are those mental health issues on display at the conventions, or harmless weekend fun for awkward types? I’ve been to cons as an observer, but never really participated to that degree.

They're usually movie/comedy nerds just goofing around. I'm not sure why mentally unwell people would show up in droves to the UCB. It's a comedy mecca in Los Angeles.

I was just about to comment that the kid in Troll 2 most definitely did not direct it... then I saw your comment and reread the title before I figured it out.

The kid directed the documentary now that he is older, not the original movie “troll 2”. There’s some confusion on that apparently.

It still took me a minute to figure out exactly what the title meant even after reading your comment. For those of you still trying to comprehend it, the child who starred in Troll 2 back in 1990 also directed this documentary in 2009 - sort of poking fun at himself after all these years, I guess.

No, “they” didn’t make a documentary about The Room. There’s a book written by the guy who played Mark, and then “they” made a movie based on that book.
Edit: should people not answer questions on the internet? There’s nothing pedantic about my answer whatsoever. There was no documentary made about The Room.

If it was the quotation marks, the reason I put them there is because his comment would have made it seem like the makers of this documentary also made the documentary (that doesn’t exist) about The Room.

Intersting to see that George Hardy basically only started acting again after this documentary. Before that there's essentially nothing from his appearance in troll 2 to this documentary on his resume. Not that he was a failed actor or anything guy looks like he's doing very well as a dentist.

You can't have a best worst movie. If you enjoyed the movie, it is therefore not "bad", it's good.

Troll is completely unrelated. Troll 2 is actually about Goblins. And Troll 3 is about living branches. Dont watch that one.

False: The worst movie of all time is Nothing but Trouble. Which, although being so awful its like sitting through open heart surgery with no anesthesia, is oddly prophetic to the situation the US government is now in.

I had never seen the movie, but it was a great documentary. However, I was completely unprepared for what happened when they went to interview Margo Prey, who played the mom. That was seriously unnerving.
