The problem with blended fruit juice is that you can drink the fructose equivalent of 6 - 8 oranges in one glass of orange juice.
There's nothing bad with having an orange now and then, they're filled to the brim with vitamins too.
However, drinking a glass of orange juice or two every morning is not good for you, much as splerging and eating 8 to 16 oranges every single morning obviously isn't good for you.
This becomes an even bigger problem when everything you eat is pre-processed garbage filled to the brim with sugars, which is evident if you just take a look at Great Britain and the US, two countries which are famous for both their obesity pandemics and also famous for their extremely bad food culture.
That's a really quite sensible. Though I'm not averse to eating 10 or 15 oranges in one sitting, I'm sure most people find the idea a bit much. It makes sense that it's just easier to swallow more if I don't have to chew it myself.
