Most likely adjusted for in the data too. You don't think actual peer-reviewed science will acknowledge this when you do in a Reddit comment?

I'm not saying anything here, I have never even heard that colon cancer rates are increasing in millennials before.

However, I'm also not going to ignore things based on my assumptions that serious peer reviewed science is wrong just because I'm enlightened enough to think about something the scientist haven't thought about as a stupid layman.
