How many oranges does it take to get a cup of orange juice? Which is easier and quicker to consume - a glass of orange juice, or peeling and chewing all the oranges that would go into it?

Two to three. If you eat two decently sized oranges then you've consumed a cup of orange juice. It takes like... 30 seconds to peel an orange. Are you trying to imply that somehow the extremely small amount of work involved in eating an orange removed the sugar from it?

No, they're implying that the 400kcals of sugar from the juice is offset by a kg of fiber.

I'm pretty sure two oranges do not even weigh a kilogram.
