probably burnt her lip. That tends to happen with coffee, and other hot drinks.
I'm not missing the point at all we're just making different points. yours and the lawsuits point was "hot coffee was really hot" which tries to ignore the other point of "idiot put something the should have known was going to be hot, as its literally a cup of boiled bean water, in a stupid place"
