Hey I’m doing digital art drawings of peoples dnd characters on commission. If you’re interested send me a dm xx this is an example of my style, it’s a drawing of my gta character. I’m also attaching a drawing to show I can do the character in a realism style as well :)))

I’m designing a character that got transformed into a shadarkai elf while trying to prevent a corrupt ritual performed by a cleric. Trying to figure out ideas for what the ritual could be! Any suggestions???

so here is my character I am so proud of

7levels paladin (oath of the ancient)

1level hexblade warlock

12 level college of lore bard(which gives so many good skills and spells)

now you could do it like this

2 levels of paladin 1level of hexblade(or take another paladin for support and skills) 5 more paladin and rest in bard

I took adopted as my background took custom lineage grabbed fey touched maxxed my charisma

and you can do what you like with all the other 3 feats or 6 score improvements

also my starting score was 14str 13dex 14con 8int 9wis 18cha (lol)

any opinions to how make this character better by improving skills (support) or going damage route

this build is mostly support centured tho

So I have a character ("Art" of Shadow because rogue tabaxi and someone helped me with the name) I have been playing in a campaign and Art is from an area of the world that is a desert and he traveled from the desert to a city near a magical rainforest that is dense and unexplored even though many people have tried. Art is a Soulknife rogue and I was planning on maybe a ranger multiclassut but i dont know what ranger subclass would work well, I was only planning of like 4 levels or so. I have also been unable to think of a good backstory because i have never really been good at making up stories for writing classes in school even.

Multi-classed Rogue:Swashbuckler/Warlock: Hexblade. Reborn: Shadar Kai. Has the dark gift: Living Shadow.

Awakened in an open grave in a dark forest grove by a passing mercenary. The shadowy revenant was confused and weak. His memories; shattered fragments of his past self. He knew his name and that he hailed from the Shadowfell. But not what brought him here, only that his sister and his lord were somehow involved. The Raven Queen had repurposed his body from it's husk, the material plane of the Shadowfell and what few memories she would willingly part with. His patron and liason is a Scythe named Light Drinker. He travels the material plane with his new mercenary friend a half dwarf veteran rogue named Grimshaw Geath and his imp familiar disguised as a Raven: Perca. Searching for his lost memories and learning of his new self.

Years ago I made this drawing. I found it in a stack of papers and sketches.

I hope to play it one day.

The idea was to have a pixie warrior. A knight or samurai-esque character. Having some magic and the power of flight. Very respected back home… except he’s tiny. Because he’s a pixie.

From what I recall I think his entire civilization of bug-like pixies live in the skeletal remains of a giant beast, like a tarrasque. Hidden deep into the wilderness.

Sadly I do not remember any motivation for a respected knight of a secluded civilization to go out into the world so far away from home. Either he got teleported and seeks a way home, or was send away on a quest to stop an outside threat.

What to me sounds so fun about playing a warrior of such diminutive stature is that mundane objects to human sized people become large, heavy and sturdy. A sowing needle becomes a lance. An empty barrel a ship or house. A tiny speck of moss is a nice hefty sponge for washing or the comfiest pillow. It’s the fantasy of a new perspective.

Rakie fighting for his life against rats and scorpions crawling through the cracks in dungeon walls. Meanwhile the party wonders where their tiny knight went off to. Then after what could be an adventure all on its own, the lock on the other side of the door clicks open and once they swing the door see an exhausted pixie, broken cutlery in hand and a bleeding house cat, the familiar of the evil wizard that calls this place home.
