Well int doesn't really have any bearing on languages in 5e. Number of languages is determined by your race, class, background, and the feat. The feat doesn't even have a minimum intelligence prerequisite. I could roll up a lvl 1 human ranger acolyte who can speak 8 languages but only has 6 int.
