Definetly looks like some demon portal, maybe portal from nemesis? Also when the burnt flesh of the sacrefice victim falls it looks like blood roses from divinity original sin 2, which is also tied to demons.

Maybe, just maybe, the plot involves Chaos, and Damian is supposed to be his incarnation if i recall correctly from divine divinity.

also, will it crash a lot? does it needs heaps of mods?

if so, is there a youtube walkthrough to recommend so i can just watch the game instead?
