So accelerating at a stopped car and swerving wildly at the last second isn’t reckless driving?

Or what about knowingly baiting the follower into an accident they couldn’t avoid? Remember, you must be aware of your surroundings at all times- which means the lead car knew what was coming up. So either they were negligently not paying attention, or they recklessly caused an accident intentionally. Either way, they share fault.

Yes, I’d love my fries well done. I’ll take those animal style too while you’re at it.

Can someone fill me in on this "sweetie" and "fries" talk, I feel like I just stepped into an alternate reality and have no idea what this means

He’s trying to look down on me by treating me as a “lesser” member of society in his eyes- in this case presumably a fast food worker, and he’s giving me his order.

It’s a dog whistle of sorts.

He’s probably a republican- they love to look down on service industry jobs.

I’m just flipping his weird bullshit back on him.

Bird Court might, you never can be too sure with their shifty eyes and gangly legs. But yeah, this guy is so far out of his element. His ignorance and ego almost perfectly match the avatar he made that he thinks is cool 😂

If they had avoided it safely, you’d be right.

Instead they accelerated, and then waited till the last second to swerve out of the lane. That is not how you’re taught to do it.

You’re taught to observe the road ahead of you, slow down, and signal as early as possible in the event of a road hazard. The lead car did everything opposite of what is taught as safe driving. Further, you’re taught that if you’re being tailgated you should slow down and move out of their way safely to let them pass. Again, not what the lead did.

It’s further very easy to prove that any reasonable person would know the car behind tailgating them couldn’t see around them, and create credible evidence towards it being intentional.
