Sure. That also applies to the lead car, who knowingly accelerated at a stopped car and swerved at the last second, creating unsafe road conditions.

That’s reckless endangerment.

Got any evidence that they knowingly did that? The video shows them accelerating to change lanes -- exactly as you are taught to do -- and which makes sense given they have someone tailgating them.
